Abstract

Kegiatan pembelajaran yang berkesan dan bermanfaat untuk peserta didik dapat diulang berkali-kali. Namun, untuk membuat pembelajaran yang berkesan sejumlah hambatan sering dihadapi oleh para pendidik. Padahal seyogianya, pengalaman seorang guru yang berhasil dengan metodenya dapat ditularkan kepada guru yang lain, sehingga metode dan trik mengajarnya bisa diadopsi oleh yang lain. Hambatan tersebut dapat muncul karena kurangnya kreativitas seorang guru untuk mendokumentasikan pengalamannya dalam melakukan praktek baik yang sudah dilakukannya. Jadi, pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pendampingan guru sekolah penggerak untuk melakukan pendokumentasian sumber belajar. Oleh karena itu, metode yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian ini adalah pembelajaran orang dewasa dengan konsep tahapan mulai dari diri, ekplorasi konsep, ruang kolaborasi dan demonstrasi kontekstual dan evaluasi. Adapun hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan yang dilakukan telah mengubah persepsi para guru sekolah penggerak tentang urgensi dokumentasi sumber belajar. Selain itu, melalui pengabdian ini, para guru sekolah penggerak juga telah mampu mendokumentasikan sejumlah sumber belajar yang berasal dari contoh praktek baik, pelatihan, video kegiatan, alat peraga dan dokumen belajar lainnya.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of knowledge, promotion and motivation on the decision of the people of Sibolga city to use Islamic Bank products. This research is descriptive quantitative research by distributing questionnaires as a data collection method. The sample in this study were 95 respondents who were people of Islamic Banks in Sibolga City. The data analysis technique uses the application (statistical product and service solutions) SPSS version 23. The results of this study indicate that there is no effect of knowledge on the decision of the people of Sibolga city to use Islamic Bank products. There is a promotion on the decision of the people of Sibolga city to use Islamic Bank products. There is knowledge motivation on the decision of the people of Sibolga city to use Islamic Bank products. There is an influence of knowledge, promotion and motivation on the decision of the people of Sibolga city to use Islamic Bank products.

Abstract

Acts of violence in the world of education are currently an issue that is widely discussed because it has become quite an alarming phenomenon. On this basis, universities as institutions that have the role of providing enlightenment to the public must provide knowledge to the public regarding the prevention of violence in the world of education. This service activity aims to provide training to prevent bullying to school residents, especially teachers at SDN 1505 Pasir Julu. The method used in this training consists of an introductory phase, a formulation and solution phase, an implementation phase and a monitoring and evaluation phase. Meanwhile, the subjects in this training were teachers, student representatives, school committee and parent representatives at SD 1505 Pasir Julu. Based on the results of the analysis carried out after the implementation of the activities, the results obtained include (1). Prior to the implementation of the training, students, teachers, school committees and parent representatives did not know much about the concept of bullying in the world of education. (2). After being given structured training, information was obtained to increase knowledge and produce creative plans to prevent bullying at SDN 1505 Pasir Julu. The conclusion of this service activity is that violence prevention training is an effective effort to provide knowledge to school residents to increase awareness of bullying prevention in schools.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the practice of down payment in rice field rental in Tinjoman Lama Village, Padangsidimpuan Hutaimbaru District and review it based on the Compilation of Sharia Economic Law. This research is a field research with a qualitative approach and uses a descriptive-analytical method. The data was obtained through in-depth interviews with rice field owners, tenants, traditional leaders, religious leaders, and village officials, and strengthened by observation and documentation studies. The results of the study show that the advance payment of rice field rent is a common practice and has become a habit ('urf) in the local community. The down payment is paid at the beginning of the contract as a sign of the tenant's seriousness and guarantee for the rice field owner, while repayment is made after harvest according to the agreement on the lease term. However, this practice has not been accompanied by clarity of the contract, especially regarding the time of use of rice fields and the mechanism for refunding the advance if the contract does not continue. Judging from Compilation of Sharia Economic Law, advance payments in ijarah contracts are basically allowed as long as they meet the principles and conditions of the contract and are based on the agreement of the parties. However, the practice of non-uniform advance refunds has the potential to cause injustice and lead to 'urf fasid if it harms one of the parties.
