Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk menganalisis pengaruh komitmen organisasi, gaya kepemimpinan dan keterlibatan kerja terhadap loyalitas kerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Tabir Ulu di Kabupaten Merangin. Alat Analisis yang digunkan adalah analisis PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas kerja pada pegawai Kantor Camat Tabir Ulu di Kabupaten Merangin. Gaya Kepemimpinan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas kerja pada pegawai Kantor Camat Tabir Ulu di Kabupaten Merangin. Sedangkan Keterlibatan Kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas kerja pada pegawai Kantor Camat Tabir Ulu di Kabupaten Merangin.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah (1) Menggambarkan praktek sistem fractional reserve banking Bank Umum BRI di Indonesia (2) Menghasilkan uji empiris pengaruh fractional reserve banking terhadap kinerja dan kesehatan Bank Umum BRI di Indonesia dan implikasinya terhadap resiko Kegagalan Bank. Objek penelitian ini adalah Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI). Data yang akan diambil adalah laporan keuangan secara bulanan tahun 2016 hingga tahun 2020. Pada penelitian dilakukan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif untuk mengukur implementasi sistem fractional reserve banking pada aktifitas Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI). Hasil analisis penelitian ini adalah semua variabel sudah berada pada posisi yang benar dapat dilihat dari variabel giro wajib minimum (GWM) Yang menunjukan Bank BRI berdistribusi normal. Selanjutnya pada variabel loan to deposito ratio (LDR) yang menunjukan masih terbilang cukup normal pendistribusiannya. Selanjutnya dapat dilihat dari return on asset ( ROA ) yang mencapai nilai mean 3,28% yang melebihi standar dari Bank Indonesia ( BI ) yaitu 1,5%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to have an overview of servant leadership, organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at the Regional Secretariat of West Tanjung Jabung Regency and to analyze the influence of servant leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) mediated by organizational commitment at the Regional Secretariat of West Tanjung Jabung Regency. The analysis tool used is PLS. The research results show that the leadership in this agency shows good leadership attitudes. Organizational commitment at the Regional Secretariat of West Tanjung Jabung Regency, it can be seen that the level of employee commitment to the organization as a whole is relatively high. Meanwhile, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at the Regional Secretariat of West Tanjung Jabung Regency, overall it can be concluded that the OCB of employees in this agency is in the Fairly High category. Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Servant leadership has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior through the organizational commitment of employees at the Regional Secretariat of West Tanjung Jabung Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of green human resource management on employee green behavior and employee green performance, as well as to explore the mediating role of employee green behavior in the relationship between green human resource management and employee green performance. The research employed a quantitative approach using a survey method, with questionnaires distributed to 90 employees at the Environmental Agency of Jambi Province. The collected data were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method with the help of SmartPLS software. The research results indicate that green human resource management has a significant impact on employee green behavior. Additionally, green human resource management also has a significant direct effect on employee green performance. Employee green behavior has been shown to significantly affect employee green performance. Furthermore, employee green behavior acts as a mediator, significantly mediating the relationship between green human resource management and employee green performance.
