Abstract

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kinerja karyawan Divisi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia PT.INTI (Persero) Bandung yang ditandai dengan hasil penilaian kinerja karyawan yang tidak mencapai target dan cenderung menurun dari tahun ke tahun. Permasalahan ini apabila terus dibiarkan, maka akan berdampak pada rendahnya kinerja perusahaan dan gagal bersaing juga mengancam keberlangsungan perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, permasalahan tersebut harus segera diatasi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dan verifikatif, dengan metode penelitian survey explanatory. Ukuran sampel berjumlah 42 responden. Data yang digunakan berupa data ordinal yang diubah ke interval, dengan menggunakan koefisien korelasi pearson product moment, dan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan koefisien determinasi (r square). Teknik analisis juga dibantu dengan software SPSS 16.0 for windows. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji F-test untuk melihat pengaruh secara simultan dan dan uji t-test untuk melihat pengaruh secara parsial.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan kemampuan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Divisi Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia PT.INTI (Persero) Bandung baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Pengaruh secara simultan lebih kuat dibandingkan secara parsial. Besarnya pengaruh Motivasi dan Kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan adalah sebesar 72,8%. dan sisanya sebesar 27,2% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti oleh peneliti.

Abstract

Universities are organizations with inputs and outputs in the form of human resources so that in achieving quality graduates required quality input. By improving the quality of lecturers and educational staff is a quick way to improve the quality of graduates. In addition, in the process of transformation, organizational support is needed through an organization-focused culture of knowledge. In this case, colleges are trying to optimize what they have to determine the right strategy. Based on our previous research results the commitment of human resources is the factor that most influence the performance of universities. One way that is used is to associate the concept of quality with human resource management as a system of human resource improvement, which is with total quality human resource management (TQHRM). This study aim to develop a performance model of higher education organizations based on TQHRM and Knowledge Strategy. This research use survey method. This research is done at the Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) with the subject of research is all academic units consisting of graduates study program which amounts to 71 departments. Because this research develops a model which is more formative then more suitable to use Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The result finding in Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia, TQHRM and Knowledge Strategy does not affect the performance of the organization. In using the indicators of organizational performance using balance scorecard in higher education is required assumptions include (1) the clarity and alignment of key performance indicators and performance appraisal university courses, (2) high organizational commitment of his teachers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan pengaruh antar variabel yaitu strategi pengetahuan dan keunggulan bersaing berkelanjutan perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di UPI, dengan unit analisis seluruh program studi sarjana yang berjumlah 46 program studi tersebar di tujuh fakultas. Adapun teknik penarikan sampling adalah purposive yang melibatkan ketua program studi sebagai sumber datanya dengan alasan sebagai regulator dan partisipan sekaligus. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 82.61% program studi sarjana di UPI ada pada kelompok dengan keunggulan bersaing sementara dan 76.09% program studi sarjana di UPI sudah cukup dalam menjalankan strategi pengetahuan. Selain itu, pembentunkan keunggulan bersaing berkelanjutan program studi sarjana di UPI dipengaruhi oleh penerapan strategi pengetahuan sebesar 34.1%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran mengenai kepuasan kerja dan perilaku kewargaorganisasian di PT Papyrus Sakti dan juga mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap perilaku kewargaorganisasian di PT Papyrus Sakti. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan populasi sebanyak 466 karyawan dan sampel 100 karyawan PT Papyrus Sakti dengan menggunakan teknik sampling propotionate stratified random sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi pearson product moment dan analisis regresi sederhana. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan Uji-t untuk melihat pengaruh secara parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gambaran kepuasan kerja dan perilaku kewargaorganisasian karyawan PT Papyrus Sakti berada pada kategori tinggi, dan hasil koefisien regresi menunjukkan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku kewargaorganisasian.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior with affective commitment as a mediating variable in PAUD teachers in Sumedang District. Organization need to develop its human resources in a way that can build the high level of Organizational Citizenship Behaviour (OCB). Job satisfaction and affective commitment can became an important factor which affecting OCB. The aim of this study is to identify the mediating role of affective commitment in the relationship between job satisfaction and OCB. The samples were derived from a survey using 20 items questionnaire distributed to the 64 teachers of early childhood education in Kabupaten Sumedang. The bootstrap confidence interval used to measure the mediation. The analytical techniques used in this study will use Structural Equation Modeling – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis. The result revealed that there was a direct and indirect effect in the relation between job satisfaction and OCB. Since the interval did not contain zero in the equation, then the research found these relations was mediated by affective commitment. Affective commitment indeed contributes as mediator in the effect of job satisfaction on OCB.

Abstract

Dedikasi seorang karyawan dan budaya organisasi perusahaan mempengaruhi sikap mereka, baik secara positif maupun negatif. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk menguji bagaimana kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh budaya organisasi dan dedikasi. Penelitian semacam ini bersifat kuantitatif. Dengan menggunakan prosedur pemilihan non-probabilitas, sampel sebanyak 40 responden dipilih dari tenaga kerja. Setelah dilakukan analisis dengan menggunakan teknik statistik yang digunakan, data dari sampel penelitian diinterpretasikan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi penyebaran kuesioner, observasi, dan studi literatur. Melalui penggunaan program SPSS 22, validitas, reliabilitas, dan uji asumsi tradisional serta regresi linier berganda dan pengujian hipotesis melalui uji f, t, dan koefisien determinasi adalah teknik analisis yang digunakan. Temuan analisis menunjukkan bahwa dedikasi dan budaya organisasi memiliki dampak yang baik dan penting terhadap kinerja.

Abstract

This study examines the role of creativity and critical thinking in higher education through bibliometric analysis, aiming to identify trends and gaps in the literature. Analyzing 588 documents from 2020 to 2023, key themes such as student engagement, instructional design, and sustainable development were identified. The findings underscore sustained research interest in higher education, creativity, and critical thinking, with a growing focus on creativity-related topics in recent years. Collaboration among authors and international partnerships was notable, highlighting the importance of cross-border knowledge exchange in addressing global challenges. The study emphasizes the need for innovative teaching methods and curriculum design to foster creativity and critical thinking effectively, informing strategies to enhance educational quality and prepare students for the demands of the 21st century.  ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mengkaji peran kreativitas dan pemikiran kritis dalam pendidikan tinggi melalui analisis bibliometrik, dengan tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tren dan kesenjangan dalam literatur. Dengan menganalisis 588 dokumen dari tahun 2020 hingga 2023, tematik utama seperti keterlibatan siswa, desain pembelajaran, dan pembangunan berkelanjutan diidentifikasi. Temuan menunjukkan minat penelitian yang berkelanjutan dalam pendidikan tinggi, kreativitas, dan pemikiran kritis, dengan peningkatan fokus pada topik terkait kreativitas dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. Kolaborasi antara penulis dan kemitraan internasional sangat mencolok, yang menunjukkan pentingnya pertukaran pengetahuan lintas-batas dalam mengatasi tantangan global. Studi ini menekankan perlunya metode pengajaran dan desain kurikulum yang inovatif untuk mengembangkan kreativitas dan pemikiran kritis secara efektif, yang akan membantu dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tantangan abad ke-21.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aimed to determine the mediating role of job satisfaction in the relationship between human resource information systems and employee performance in the Project Deployment Center Division of PT Len Industri (Persero).Design/methods/approach – This research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 75 employees in the PDC division. The sampling technique used a simple random sampling technique and the data was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) technique with SmartPLS software.Findings – The findings indicate that HRIS has a positive impact on job satisfaction, which in turn improves employee performance. This study shows that job satisfaction is a significant mediator in the relationship between HRIS and employee performance, suggesting that HRIS implementation can lead to better performance outcomes through improved job satisfaction.Research implications/limitations – The research implications suggest that organizations should invest in HRIS to improve job satisfaction and employee performance. However, the study is limited to a single division within a specific company, which may affect the generalizability of the findings. Future research could expand the scope to include multiple divisions or different organizations to validate the results.Originality/value – This study contributes to the existing literature by highlighting the importance of job satisfaction as a mediator in the relationship between HRIS and employee performance. It provides valuable insights for organizations seeking to enhance employee performance through technological advancements in human resource management

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of OnlineImpulse Buying Reviewed from Shopping Lifestyle and Flash Sale on Unper Shopee Consumer Students. The type of research used is quantitative, with a sampling technique, namely purposive sampling, with a total of 100 respondents. The data collection method in this study is a survey method using a questionnaire through a google form.The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression through SPSS version 25. The results of the study showed that the variables of shopping lifestyle and sale flage had a partial and simultaneous effect on online impulse buying in students of the University of Struggle Shopee consumers.
