Abstract

Tujuan penelitian: Menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh partisipasi pekerja dan manajemen sumber daya keberlanjutan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Rumah Sakit Advent Bandar Lampung. Metode/pendekatan: Penelitian kuantitatif eksplanatori dengan 183 responden karyawan. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan teknik accidental sampling. Analisis data menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) melalui perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil:  Partisipasi pekerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan maupun sumber daya keberlanjutan. Selain itu, manajemen sumber daya keberlanjutan terbukti memberikan kontribusi positif yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara keseluruhan. Implikasi praktik: Rumah sakit perlu mengoptimalkan keterlibatan karyawan dan mengintegrasikan praktik manajemen sumber daya berkelanjutan sebagai strategi inti untuk memacu produktivitas dan efektivitas kerja staf medis maupun non-medis. Orisinalitas/kebaharuan: Penelitian ini mengintegrasikan konsep sumber daya keberlanjutan sebagai variabel penghubung antara partisipasi pekerja dan kinerja karyawan dalam konteks spesifik industri kesehatan (rumah sakit) di Bandar Lampung.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the purpose of worship based on John 12:1-12. The method used in this article is literary research or literature with a descriptive approach. As Christians the purpose of our worship is to glorify God's name, God-centered worship should be where God is glorified, regardless of the human factor. The purpose of worship is not only to receive blessings from God, but also to give offerings to God.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate how employees at PT. PYX Solusi Teknologi perform in relation to work-life balance and the green environment. Indicators of the factors of Work Life Balance, Green Environment, and Employee Performance were measured using a closed questionnaire with a Likert scale. All PT. PYX Solusi Teknologi employees were included in the study's population. The accidental sampling method was used to select 116 respondents. The operational definitions of the variables include Work Life Balance, which measures the balance between work and personal obligations; Green Environment, which assesses healthy working conditions that promote environmental sustainability; and Employee Performance, which gauges aspects of quantity, quality, timeliness of task completion, work effectiveness, independence at work, and interpersonal skills. The outer model, inner model, R-square, and path coefficient were all tested using the data analysis method (SEM-PLS). The assertion that family support leads to better performance at work has the greatest value of the work-life balance variable indicator, according to descriptive data. The claim that the presence of a green environment promotes employee care for the environment and enhances comfort at work has the highest value of the green environment variable indicator. The ability to do tasks on schedule and in accordance with goals has the greatest value of the employee performance variable indicator. The study's findings show that employee performance is positively and significantly impacted by both work-life balance and the green environment, both directly and indirectly through the green environment's role as an intervening variable.

Abstract

The market is a factor in the continuity of economic growth to improve people's welfare. Some types of markets are, monopsony, monopoly, oligopoly, and oligopsony which have different characteristics in transaction activities between buyers and sellers. Traditional markets help the community by providing efficient prices and helping the development of small traders' businesses. The research method is an approach carried out to collect and analyze, which begins with a thought that forms a problem formulation so that it gives rise to an initial hypothesis, assisted by research understanding, so that research can be analyzed which produces a conclusion. The theory of economic growth explains the importance of the readiness of physical, human, and government capital that supports economic growth so that it can run well and have a long term. However, the existence of market failures such as monopolies and externalities shows the need for government power to maintain efficiency and justice in it.

Abstract

This study attempts to determine how the implementation of green controlling can enhance the outcomes of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives among employees. This research employs a quantitative methodology with an explanatory framework to elucidate the impact of green controllable variables on the implementation of CSR. The sample comprised 164 employees from organizations that apply green controlling and CSR practices, selected via non-probability sampling methods. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire utilizing a 5-point Likert scale, administered through Google Forms over a two-week period. The findings indicated that green controlling exerted a substantial and beneficial influence on the implementation of CSR. A robust sustainability control system can facilitate implementation tasks. This study's innovation is in recognizing that green controlling procedures serve not only for regulatory compliance but also provide organizations with chances to enhance profitability through corporate social responsibility (CSR).
