Abstract

Family is a group of two or more people related by birth, marriage or adoption who live together; All related persons are considered as members of one family. The purpose of this community service is to create a happy family with interactive discussion methods. The community service method used is an interactive discussion method. Beginning with the delivery of family-themed materials, then disclosing household issues, and interactive discussions. Discussion is needed during the process of exploring certain topics or problems in groups. The results of the service state that it is important to do community service to families. Sometimes, from the outside we think that the family is fine, but actually the family is not well. Families that are not good have an impact on children's growth, disturbed children's growth will interfere with their mindset, disturbed mindsets will have an impact on their relationships with others, both in the neighborhood of the neighborhood community, school, office, and their families in the future if they marry. The country will be at a loss.

Abstract

Banyak masyarakat yang mengeluh bahwa tubuhnya sakit. Penyakit yang diderita pada umumnya adalah penyakit yang diakibatkan oleh pola hidup yang salah. Pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan di kampung Rangalau, Sabah, Malaysia. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk menjalin Kerjasama, menjalin hubungan antar negara tetangga dan memperkenalkan pola hidup “NEWSTART”. Metode yang dilakukan adalah menggunakan metode edukasi dengan teknik demonstrasi. Hasilnya adalah kehadiran setiap malam adalah 120 penduduk yang telah mengenal teknik pola hidup sehat “NEWSTART”. Mereka telah memahami cara melakukannya dan berkomitmen untuk melakukannya agar tubuh sehat.

Abstract

This study's objectives were to (1) determine the effect of communication and organizational culture simultaneously or partially on employee performance in Allianz companies; (2) find out how the level of culture, communication, and organization affects employee performance; and (3) find out how these factors interact with one another. A quantifiable approach was taken for this study's methodology. Primary data acquisition procedure by collecting respondents from the questionnaire. Through the use of the straightforward random sampling method, we were able to select 49 employees as our respondents of a total population of 100 employees. The findings of the study indicate that the variables of organizational culture and communication both have a significant effect on employee performance simultaneously, partially indicating that the organizational culture variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the performance variable (Y), and partially indicating that the communication variable (X2) has an effect that is positive and significant to the Performance variable. The results of the study show that both of these effects occur simultaneously (Y). Keywords: Organizational culture, communication, performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi dan budaya organisasi secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan di perusahaan Allianz; (2) mengetahui bagaimana tingkat budaya, komunikasi, dan organisasi mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan; dan (3) mengetahui bagaimana faktor-faktor tersebut berinteraksi satu sama lain. Pendekatan kuantitatif diambil untuk metodologi penelitian ini. Prosedur perolehan data primer dengan mengumpulkan responden dari kuesioner. Melalui penggunaan metode random sampling langsung, kami dapat memilih 49 karyawan sebagai contoh kami dari total populasi 100 karyawan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi dan komunikasi keduanya berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai secara simultan, secara parsial menunjukkan variabel budaya organisasi (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja (Y), dan secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel budaya organisasi (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja (Y), dan secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa variabel komunikasi (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Kinerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua efek tersebut terjadi secara bersamaan (Y). Kata Kunci: Budaya organisasi, komunikasi, kinerja

Abstract

The optimal performance of employees is the hope of every company; in fact, employee performance still needs to be improved. This condition can be caused by employees' lack of motivation and creativity. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the extent to which employee creativity acts as an intermediary variable for employee motivation and performance variables. This study uses a quantitative method and a correlational design. The data collection technique is to use a purposive sample. The instrument used was a questionnaire that was distributed through Google Forms. This research was conducted on 73 employees at PT. Global Solutions Science. The data analysis technique used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), and analyzed using SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a moderate effect on performance, work motivation has a substantial effect on employee creativity, employee creativity has a moderate effect on performance, and motivation has a moderate effect through employee creativity on performance. This study concludes that strengthening employee creativity must be balanced with employee motivation to achieve optimal performance. Keywords: Employee Creativity, Employee Performance, Motivation

Abstract

The background to the research problem is the low level of compliance in paying taxes from taxpayers. Therefore, the aim of this research is to analyze and understand the relationship between tax compliance and taxpayer behavior, understanding technology in paying taxes, and individual spiritual intelligence. The data collection technique used a questionnaire which was distributed directly to RT 010, 05, 04. The method used by researchers was a quantitative method with primary data processed from 108 respondents who were in modern park housing. The data analysis technique used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and analysis using SmartPLS. The results of the research, 1). There is a significant influence between understanding technology and compliance in paying taxes. 2). There is a significant influence between taxpayer behavior on the spiritual intelligence of taxpayers. 3). There is a significant influence between spiritual intelligence on compliance in paying taxes; 4). There is a significant influence between tax behavior on compliance in paying taxes through understanding technology; 5). There is no significant influence between Taxpayer behavior on compliance in paying taxes through spiritual intelligence. The originality of this research is that tax behavior greatly influences the use of tax technology, emphasizing the need for collaboration and education of tax officers and taxpayers in the early stages of digital taxation

Abstract

The objective of this study is to evaluate the influence of e-filing technology and taxpayer attributes on taxpayer compliance. The selected research methodology for this study is quantitative, employing a correlational design. The data collection process employed non-probability sampling techniques. The research instrument employed in this study was a questionnaire that was administered only to a sample of 100 taxpayers residing in Parongpong District. The research employed the data analysis technique of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) utilizing the smartPLS software. The empirical evidence suggests that the introduction and utilization of the e-filing system does not yield a substantial impact on taxpayer compliance. Nevertheless, it can be observed that the implementation of the e-filing system has yielded favorable outcomes in terms of taxpayer attributes. In addition to this, it was observed that the characteristics of taxpayers exert a significant impact on tax compliance. Moreover, it is evident that the electronic filing system, by influencing the attributes of taxpayers, plays a role in augmenting tax compliance. The research presented in this study highlights the originality of utilizing tax e-filing as a means to enhance the attributes of taxpayers, including their traits, obedience, and discipline.

Abstract

This research discusses factors that can infuence taxpayer behavior and knowedge on taxpayer compiance. One of these factors is taxpayer compiance. This research exp s that peope's behavior and knowedge regarding compiance with paying taxes is sti reativey ow. Therefore, there are chaenges in achieving higher eves of compiance. The instrument used was a questionnaire which was distributed directy. The method used by researchers is a quantitative method with primary data processed from 100 respondents in Parongpong District. The data anaysis technique used in this research is Structura Equation Model ing (SEM) and anaysis using SmartPLS. The resuts of this research show that behavior has a significant effect on taxpayer knowedge, behavior has an effect on taxpayer compiance, but taxpayer knowedge does not have a significant effect on taxpayer compiance and behavior aso does not have a significant effect on taxpayer compiance through taxpayer knowedge. The novelty of the study shows that taxpayer awareness eads to compiance, but the knowedge aone isn't aways enough to get peope to foow the rues.

Abstract

Due to a lack of commitment during studying, students cannot complete their educational requirements on time. This study examines how an academic information system affects student loyalty to campus facilities as a mediating variable. Data collection for this study was done quantitatively using questionnaires and interviews—a non-probability sample of 73 people filled out the questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this study is PLS-SEM. First, the findings show that academic information systems do not significantly impact student loyalty. Second, campus facilities are significantly impacted by academic information systems. Third, school facilities have a significant impact on how loyal students are. Fourth, campus facilities significantly affect how academic information systems and student loyalty are related. This study's novelty is that to cultivate student loyalty, and it is crucial to adopt a simple, real-time multimedia technology to promote learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kondisi kesehatan keuangan perusahaan dan memverifikasi keakuratan melalui model Altman Z-Score terhadap opini audit pada perusahaan minyak dan gas yang telah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan data sekunder. Data-data ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode Altman Z-Score dan mengkaji keakuratan opini audit. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan migas memiliki kondisi keuangan yang tidak stabil dan cenderung berpotensi bangkrut. Hanya dua dari tujuh perusahaan yang memiliki kemungkinan untuk diselamatkan. Hasil lain menunjukkan rendahnya akurasi model Altman Z-Score terhadap opini audit. Artinya, kinerja keuangan perusahaan migas pada 2013-2017 masih perlu ditingkatkan.

Abstract

Sebagai umat manusia penting mengetahui siapa yang menciptakannya, sehingga setiap orang datang untuk menyembah penciptanya dengan benar dan baik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui melalui Set anak dari Adam kita dapat mempelajari dasar penyebutan nama Allah sebagai khalik yang harus disembah. Allah selalu rindu menyatakan diri-Nya agar manusia dapat mengenal dan mengasihi-Nya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dan studi kepustakaan dari literatur yang tersedia. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah keturunan Adam manusia pertama itu adalah selalu memperkenalkan Allah kepada keturunannya, namun ada diantaranya mengenal dengan keliru disaat yang sama masih mempertahankan pengenalan akan Allah dengan benar. Dengan mengenal Allah dengan benar maka akan meuntun kepada penyembahan atau perbaiktian yang benar dari zaman ke zaman hingga masa kini dan masa yang akan datang.
