Abstract

Introduction: Generally, paresthesia are a pain or uncomfortable sense or abnormality feeling like a burned, sweating, etc. The symptoms can be temporary or permanent, an acute nerve injury will reduce risk of permanent paresthesia. Review: Paresthesia can caused by local anesthesia ( injection method), extraction of third molar, dental implant, endodontic treatment, and trauma. It can prevented by proper patient identification, treatment planning and procedure. The management of paresthesia are observation, Physiologic treatment (cryotherapy, electro-iontophoresis, heat-therapy, massage treatment or acupunture), pharmacology therapy (antibiotics, anti- inflamation, antidepressant, neurotropic group, and topical), phsychologic therapy and laser therapy. Conclusion: Using Laser for paresthesia are to accelerate and enhanced regeneration the nerve tissue. With low-level laser it wiil be e xpected to healing an injured nerve.

Abstract

Abstract : This study examined the effect of positive psychological capital (PsyCap) on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) mediated by job satisfaction. In this study, a quantitative approach was applied. The research sample consisted of nurses of Siaga Banjarmasin Surgical Hospital, with the criteria of permanent nurses, and the sample consisted of 39 people. The distribution of questionnaires was the method used for data collection. Data analysis was performed with the help of SEM-PLS (SmartPLS 4.0). As a result, there is an influence between positive psychological capital on organizational citizenship behavior. Likewise, positive psychological capital on job satisfaction. This study also concluded that job satisfaction mediates the effect of positive psychological capital on organizational citizenship behavior.Abstrak : Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menguji peran mediasi kepuasan kerja pada pengaruh positive psychological capital (PsyCap) terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sampel penelitian merupakan perawat Rumah Sakit Bedah Banjarmasin Siaga dengan kriteria perawat tetap, sampel berjumlah 39 orang. Penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan sebagai metode pengumpulan data, yang kemudian dianalisis dengan bantuan SEM-PLS (SmartPLS 4.0). Hasilnya, terdapat pengaruh antara positive psychological capital terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Demikian pula positive psychological capital terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Terdapat pengaruh antara Kepuasan Kerja dan organizational citizenship behavior. Hasil penelitian juga menyimpulkan bahwa kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh positive psychological capital terhadap organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

Oral health is important in today's modern world, as it allows individuals to eat, speak and socialise comfortably. But sometimes this condition is difficult to achieve, because the incidence of caries is still quite high. Dental caries is an infectious disease of the hard tissues of the teeth, namely enamel, dentin and cementum. If dental caries is not treated, it can continue to the supporting tissues of the teeth. Dental restoration materials help to reconstruct and repair dental hard tissues. To improve the physical pro-perties and reduce the water sensitivity of conventional materials, resin-modified glass ionomer cements (RMGIC) were deve-loped, which are restoration materials that combine the properties of conventional glass ionomer cements with composite resins. Several studies have shown that the amount of fluorine ions released by hybrid ionomers in RMGIC is greater than other res-toration materials such as composite resins and composites, making RMGIC an option.

Abstract

Dunia pemasaran dalam beberapa tahun terakhir ini mengalami perubahan yang signifikan akibat adanya perubahan yang signifikan pada tehnologi informasi. Hampir Sebagian besar Masyarakat telah mengenal penggunaan teknologi informasi yang menyebabkan ternjadinya perubahan perilaku termasuk perilaku konsumenTujuan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah: Memberikan pemahaman tentang digital marketing kepada pelaku UMKM dalam memahami pentingnya digital marketing dalam mempromosikan produk UMKM; Membuat toko online di salah satu e commerce/marketplace dan pengelolaannya sehingga calon pembeli semakin tertarik untuk membeli produk UMKM. Pelatihan ini sasarannya adalah pelaku UMKM yang berada di Kota Banjarmasin Beradasarkan analisis situasi diketahui bahwa permasalahan yang terjadi pada pelaku UMKM yang berada di Banjarmasin adalah kurangnya keterampilan dan pemahaman tentang Digital Marketing dalam mempromosikan produknya dan transaksi pembelian produk yang mayoritas masih menggunakan cara yang manual. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka dibutuhkan pelatihan digital marketing, Pengabdian pada Masyarakat ini telah memberikan edukasi kepada pelaku UMKM tentang digital marketing dan bagaimana menggunakan e-commerce atau marketplace. Secara umum kegiatan pelatihan ini berjalan lancar dan mendapat dukungan dari Dinas Koperasi, Usaha Mikro dan tenaga Kerja sehingga kegiatan ini berhasil dilaksanakan tanpa kendala yang berarti.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan karier terhadap turnover intention dan pengaruh kepuasan gaji terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT. Ciputra Graha Mitra Regional Kalimantan Selatan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menguji pengaruh kepuasan karier terhadap turnover intention dengan dimediasi oleh komitmen organisasi, dan pengaruh kepuasan gaji terhadap turnover intention dengan dimediasi oleh komitmen organisasi. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampel jenuh pada karyawan PT. Ciputra Graha Mitra Regional Kalimantan Selatan. Data penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 67 orang karyawan dengan unit analisis adalah individual karyawan PT. Ciputra Graha Mitra Regional Kalimantan Selatan. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian adalah PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepuasan karier berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention secara langsung maupun dengan dimediasi oleh komitmen organisasi, kepuasan karier berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi, tidak ada pengaruh kepuasan gaji terhadap turnover intention secara langsung maupun dimediasi oleh komitmen organisasi, tidak ada pengaruh kepuasan gaji terhadap komitmen organisasi, dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Kata kunci : kepuasan karier, kepuasan gaji, turnover intention, komitmen organisasi.

Abstract

COVID19 pandemic has significantly changed the world and human's normal life into a new normal life. World Health Organization had recommended early in the pandemic for the people to wear a face mask, keep a distance at a minimum of 1 meter between individuals and practice frequent handwashing with soap. Compliance with health protocols in the COVID-19 pandemic may be influenced by external factors and internal factors i.e., individual perception, knowledge, attitude, beliefs and intentions. This study aimed to compare Milgram's compliance theory and HBM concerning the community’s compliance to the health protocols of COVID-19 prevention. An online survey for a cross-sectional study had been conducted among the community in East Java province in 2020 which had obtained a total of   350 respondents. The results showed some internal factors in Milgram Theory such as region status, personal responsibility, support between communities, and relationship of heads of villages with the community had significantly influenced compliance to health protocols. Meanwhile, internal factors in HBM Theory which include perceived benefits, perceived barriers, self-efficacy, and cues to action had also a significant influence on the community’s compliance with health protocols. The internal factors in HBM Theory were more influential on the community's compliance compared to the external factors in Milgram Theory. Based on this, the government and other related parties who are responsible for improving community awareness and understanding on the need to comply with health protocols could apply the internal factors as stipulated in the HBM. The community awareness on the internal factors could also be a success factor in declining the case fatality rate (CFR) from Covid 19 infection.

Abstract

Literasi keuangan dan teknologi informasi dapat membantu Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) meningkatkan kinerja serta mempertahankan keberlangsungan usaha. Salah satu kendala yang sering dihadapi oleh Pelaku UMKM adalah sulitnya untuk mendapatkan akses pendanaan yang disebabkan karena tidak adanya laporan keuangan yang dimiliki oleh Pelaku UMKM. Oleh karena itu Tim Dosen FEB ULM bekerja sama dengan PT. Sarana Kalsel Ventura melakukan kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat untuk meningkakan literasi keuangan dan teknologi tersebut.Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi dan pelatihan kepada Pelaku UMKM Binaan PT. Sarana Kalsel Ventura  mengenai pentingnya pencatatan keuangan bagi pengembangan usaha, salah satu sumber dana dan penggunaan Aplikasi SIAPIK dalam melakukan  pencatatan  keuangan  usaha  dalam  rangka  mencari sumber pendanaan eksternal. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan metode ceramah, diskusi, dan simulasi langkah-langkah penggunaan aplikasi SIAPIK.Hasil dari kegiatan ini yaitu adanya peningkatan pengetahuan keuangan Pelaku UMKM mengenai sumber pembiayaan alternatif, pencatatan transaksi keuangan usaha, Laporan Keuangan dan Manfaat Laporan Keuangan  dan  Pelaku UMKM mampu membuat laporan keuangan dengan aplikasi SIAPIK

Abstract

This study examines the influence of Green Transformational Leadership (GTL) on Employee Green Behavior (EGB) with Green Human Resource Management (Green HRM) as a mediating variable in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) producing Sasirangan fabric in Banjarmasin, Indonesia. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through a census survey of 155 employees across 41 SMEs. The data were analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling using Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results show that GTL significantly affects both EGB and Green HRM, while Green HRM positively influences EGB. Furthermore, Green HRM mediates the relationship between GTL and EGB, with the indirect effect stronger than the direct effect. These findings highlight the critical role of leadership and human resource practices in fostering pro-environmental behavior among employees in traditional creative industries. The study contributes to extending sustainability research beyond large corporations by offering empirical evidence from SMEs rooted in local cultural heritage.
