Abstract

Current business developments after Covid have started to creep back up, this is shown by the survival of the coffee business and the strengthening growth of the coffee business again. One of the innovations that is currently trending among the people of the city of Bandung is culinary delights in the form of cafes with aesthetic and instagrammable nuances that can attract visits and attention from consumers. Furthermore, consumer behavior in trade relations is influenced by the business culture that usually applies in that country. So understanding the business culture in a country will really help smooth business relationships both in building communication with trading partners. It is hoped that this can also develop potential not only seen in the product marketing aspect but also the importance of the role of strategy development in order to achieve profit optimization. For this reason, the development and increase in the competitiveness of coffee products targeted by the government has targeted a series of production and trade policies for coffee products. Therefore, it can be said that Indonesia has the potential to increase competitiveness by regularly marketing kaka coffee to various corners in order to build a marketing strategy that synergizes not only kaka shops in particular but the coffee sector in general.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan seberapa besar pengaruh perputaran kas, perputaran piutang dan perputaran persediaan terhadap profitabilitas pada perusaahaan sub sektor food and beverages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2017-2022 secara parsial dan simultan. Data sekunder yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah data dari laporan keuangan perusahaan sub sektor food and beverages yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2027-2022. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 54 laporan keuangan dari 9 perusahaan food and beverages selama enam tahun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan metode deksriptif dan verifikatif. Teknik pengujian data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji koefisien korelasi berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji parsial dan ujin simultan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial variabel perputaran kas berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. perputaran piutang tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. Perputaran persediaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. Secara simultan perputaran kas, perputaran piutang dan perputaran persediaan berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to identify the factors that motivate tourists in creating content related to tourist destinations on TikTok and analyze their level of involvement in the process. In addition, this study also aims to assess the influence of content produced by tourists on the image and promotion of tourist destinations, as well as evaluate the impact of the content on other tourists' decisions in visiting these destinations. provide recommendations on effective destination promotion strategies through tourist engagement on TikTok. A quantitative method to analyze the relationship between tourist engagement in creating content on TikTok and its impact on the promotion of tourist destinations. The sampling technique was random sampling of 100 respondents. Smart PLS as a tool. The involvement of tourists in creating content on tiktok significantly increases the visibility and attractiveness of tourist destinations. Authentic and personalized content is more effective in influencing other travellers' intentions to visit the destination than formal promotional content. The implications of tourists in creating content on TikTok significantly increase the visibility and attractiveness of tourist destinations. This emphasizes the importance of a marketing strategy that leverages user-generated content to effectively strengthen destination promotion.

Abstract

Financial distress can occur in any company, whether small or large. Additionally, the COVID-19 pandemic has caused economic instability in Indonesia, impacting the telecommunications sector and resulting in many companies experiencing financial distress, including PT. First Media Tbk, which has faced a decline in performance for more than five consecutive years. This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of liquidity, leverage, and firm size on the financial distress of PT. First Media Tbk. during the period 2013-2022. The indicators used in this study are the current ratio for liquidity, the debt to asset ratio for leverage, the natural logarithm for firm size, and the Z" score for financial distress. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification with a quantitative approach. The population and sample used in the study consist of 10 financial statements from PT. First Media Tbk. The results of the t-test (partial) show that leverage has a value of 5.947, firm size has a value of 2.246, and liquidity has a value of 1.611, indicating that leverage and firm size have a partial effect on the financial distress of PT. First Media Tbk. during the period 2013-2022, while liquidity does not have a partial effect on the financial distress of PT. First Media Tbk. during the same period. The results of the F-test (simultaneous) show a value of 20.463, indicating that liquidity, leverage, and firm size simultaneously affect the financial distress of PT. First Media Tbk.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat desa adalah upaya mengembangkan kemandirian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, keterampilan, perilaku, kemampuan, kesadaran, serta memanfaatkan sumber daya melalui penetapan kebijakan, program, kegiatan, dan pendampingan yang sesuai dengan esensi masalah. Pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan peran dan kemampuan masyarakat dalam implementasi waste management dalam penanganan sampah dan mengurangi perilaku membuang sampah sembarangan sehingga diharapkan dapat memperbaiki kondisi lingkungan sekitar dengan kemampuan waste management melalui pengolahan sampah menjadi ecobrick dan menggunakan shredder machine serta Meningkatkan peran dan kemampuan masyarakat dalam mengolah residu waste incinerator menjadi peroduk bernilai. Waste management adalah proses sederhana yang digunakan untuk membuang,mengurangi,menggunakan kembali dan mencegah limbah. Pendekatan Waste Management merupakan pendekatan dimana dalam penerapan strategi komprehensif untuk mengolah limbah secara efisien mulai dari asal hingga pembuangan akhir. Desa mandiri adalah desa yang memiliki kemampuan untuk melaksanakan pembangunan desa dan memberikan penghidupan yang layak bagi masyarakatnya. Desa mandiri tidak hanya bergantung pada bantuan dari pemerintah, tetapi juga mampu mengembangkan potensi dan suber daya yang ada di desanya. Desa Karya Mekar Kecamatan Pasirwangi diharapkan mampu mengembangkan keberwujudan Lingkungan yang sehat mampu melakukan pengelolaan limbah sampah secara berlanjut dan memiliki value added bagi masyarakat Dimana tujuan dari Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini  memiliki capaian akhir sebagai  sense of purpose agar terjadi evolusi perilaku dan pemberdayaan peran masyarakat yang berorientasi pada sosial kultur, sehingga muncul kebudayaan bijak sampah melalui peningkatan kesadaran dan kepedulian masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the description and influence of Profitability and Capital Structure on Firm Value. The object of this research is healthy care sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019–2023 period. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach. The population in this study consists of 35 companies, and the sampling technique used is purposive sampling, resulting in a sample of 11 companies with a total of 55 financial reports. The results of this study indicate that partially, Profitability has a significant effect on Firm Value with an influence of 38.2% and a t-test value of 5.654, while Capital Structure has no effect on Firm Value with an influence of 1.8% and a t-test value of 0.934. Simultaneously, the results show that Profitability and Capital Structure influence Firm Value with a total contribution of 37% and an F-test value of 16.764.

Abstract

This study explores the outcomes of the "Talk Series" community engagement program, which aimed to enhance understanding and awareness of sustainable business practices among SMEs and stakeholders in Malaysia. The program effectively introduced key business sustainability concepts through a structured approach involving expert lectures and interactive discussions, including its benefits, challenges, and practical applications. The findings indicate that the program motivated participants to adopt sustainable practices, emphasizing their potential to improve business reputation, operational efficiency, and innovation while contributing to broader societal and environmental goals. However, the program faced limitations, including a restricted participant scope, short duration, and resource constraints among SMEs. This research highlights the effectiveness of knowledge-sharing initiatives in promoting sustainable business practices. It underscores the need for expanded, long-term engagement to support the broader adoption of sustainability in the SME sector. The outcomes of this program contribute to advancing sustainable economic and environmental practices in Malaysia, aligning with global sustainability objectives.
