Abstract

The IT governance audit aims to determine the level of importance (maturity level) of a company or government agency. IT governance audit is essential because if governance is not implemented correctly, the harmony between IT is beneficial to support business processes, and standard procedures will not be achieved. One of the agencies that require the implementation of good IT governance is Office X in Badung Regency. Office X in Badung Regency has a function in developing ICT infrastructure through application development, public service content, and ICT networks to improve public services. Conditions that occur in the field are frequent errors caused by internal and external parties that negatively impact the data management of Office X. The audit process begins with observations in the agency environment related to activity data and implementation, then mapping with business goals according to COBIT 5, followed by mapping business goals with IT Goals to obtain IT processes. The obtained IT processes are then selected to obtain critical IT processes according to the Executive Office. The audit results show that four IT processes need to be given recommendations for improvement, namely MEA 01, EDM 01, APO 07, DSS02.

Abstract

Increasing tourist arrivals in Bali should be followed by the preparation of the supporting factors of tourism. One of taurism support in Bali is spreading out tourist attraction in all Bali’s regency.Wide diployment and many tourist attraction cause less equalization on maintenance and promotion. The idea of Geographic Information System Applications Tourist Visits obtained byless inequality in the development of tourism in Bali. Application design utilize Google Maps asmaps provider. In this application is also equipped with features forecasting tourist visits.Forecasting is done by using least square method by processing number of tourist visitshistory. Result of application design is a application which can give information in text andimage of tourist attraction in entire Bali’s regency shown by infoWindow in each marker on map.Forecasting feature in geographical mapping application tourist visit be used for forecast number of visits coming.

Abstract

Tingkat usability dapat mempengaruhi kemudahan penggunaan suatu aplikasi termasuk aplikasi mobile, sehingga penting untuk dilakukanya evaluasi. Aplikasi Simalu merupakan sebuah aplikasi lokal Bali yang bergerak dalam bidang kebersihan lingkungan. Simalu tergolong aplikasi baru karena dirilis pada awal bulan Januari tahun 2018 dan belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi usability sebelumnya. Evaluasi usability dilakukan untuk meningkatkan User Experience pengguna, sehingga aplikasi dapat diterima dan digunakan lebih mudah oleh pengguna. Metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan evaluasi yaitu usability testing dengan teknik Retrospective Think Aloud dan Performance Measurement. Hasil yang didapatkan adalah aplikasi Simalu memiliki kualitas yang belum dapat dikatakan efektif, efisien dan memenuhi kepuasan pengguna, sehingga perbaikan desain juga dilakukan agar aplikasi lebih baik lagi untuk memenuhi harapan pengguna. Kata kunci: Aplikasi Simalu, Evaluasi Usability, User Experience, Usability Testing, Retrospective Think Aloud, Performance Measurement.

Abstract

DKI Jakarta merupakan daerah yang terkenal dengan bencana banjir pada musim hujan setiap tahun. Salah satu informasi mendasar yang dibutuhkan terkait bencana banjir adalah daerah tergenang banjir. Informasi genangan banjir digunakan untuk melakukan pemetaan dan perhitungan luas genangan, sehingga dapat diketahui daerah yang memiliki potensi banjir. Perhitungan informasi genangan banjir menjadi ide dasar dibentuknya penginderaan jauh pemrosesan data satelit Landsat 8 untuk deteksi genangan. Landsat 8 dimanfaatkan sebagai parameter utama dalam melakukan identifikasi genangan pada penelitian ini. Metode GSWIR (Green-Short Wave Infrared) diaplikasikan pada citra Landsat 8 menggunakan Band 3 (Green) dan Band 6 (SWIR). Metode GSWIR merupakan filter edge detection yang digunakan untuk memisahkan antara air dan non air. Hasil perhitungan metode GSWIR menunjukkan obyek permukaan mempunyai respon spektral dan luas yang bervariasi saat banjir (tergenang air) dan tidak banjir (tidak tergenang air). Metode GSWIR yang diaplikasikan membuktikan metode ini dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi genangan dengan memisahkan antara air (genangan) dan non air (tidak tergenang air) dikarenakan Band Green memiliki kegunaan untuk memperbesar nilai reflektan dari air, dan badan air memiliki daya serap lebih kuat pada band SWIR. Kata kunci: DKI Jakarta, Genangan, Landsat 8 , GSWIR.

Abstract

Module Management Information System of Accounting and Finance in a hospital is required, because the transactions that occur in a company already so much. Transactions that are not recorded properly, there’s no chance in making judgments and decisions well. Module of Accounting and Finance to increase its benefits, the data must be systematically recorded, summarized and grouped, and presented in the report. Manually recording transactions is still a constraint to get a good recording results because of errors in recording transactions often occur as well as the time required to obtain a sufficiently long financial statements. In this study will be made of a system of management accounting and financial information that is useful to overcome obstacles in the accounting process is done manually. The management system includes recording in journalizing, ledgers, and report generation. The management information system in the form of context diagram, diagram Tiered, Overview Diagram, Data Flow Diagrams, Database, and GUI.

Abstract

Android can be identified as the phone with the ability a high degree resembling computer, by making use of technological progress, an error in the determination of type and value of obstruction from resistors led a series of electronics result of the damage can be avoided, this is because of a resistor having the function of as parapet an electric current or as voltage divider of the series, detection so that the application of type and value of resistor able to contribute to the introduction of a resistor, by using processing tecnology digital image that is a method of hsv ( hue saturation value ). Hsv useful as a limit of a color become a reference of the rings of color resistor, by applying this method application can do the introduction of against resistors diinputkan, to then give them the information relating to a type and value of a resistor. It has the percentage research success in the introduction of the value and type resistor by 57 %, to misidentified 30 % and not being recognized of 13 % .

Abstract

Evaluation of learning outcomes focus on the National Examination aims to assess the achievement of students of junior high school nationally in Indonesian Language, Mathematics, English and Science. Tryout activities held to train students in answering the questions of the National Exam. This study aims to create an application National Exam Tryout for Android. The development of this application using hybrid application development with a website as a back-end system and an Android applications as a front-end system that works like a client-server process on a computer network. Tryout types that exist in this application adjusting to Tryout conventional with added features with more and varied question.Based on the results of application testing followed by 30 students of Junior High School, the results of the Tryout application for Android is appropriate and declared eligible with 93% percentage to be used as tools to help students of Junior High School in preparation for the National Exam.

Abstract

Tourism event data data in Gianyar regency must be managed well, so that it can giving knowledge to all event organizers about tourist interest of all tourism objects around Gianyar Regency. The knowledge also helping them for strategy determination and decision making. Each event organizer can manage their own tourism event data into the system and all of data can be processed to be information and report for the tourist, to make tourism service in Gianyar Regency better. This paper show the design, implementation, and testing of Tourism Event Management System using Gianyar Smart Tourism based on Cloud for all event organizers in Gianyar Regency, developed using Design Science Research Methodology (DSRM) and tested using User Accepted Testing (UAT). It also act as Knowledge Management about tourism event data and tourist demand. Conclusion, all tourism event can be managed well and all event organizers can manage their tourism event data easier.

Abstract

Aksara Bali sudah menjadi salah satu mata pelajaran wajib untuk siswa mulai dari Sekolah Dasar sampai dengan Sekolah Menengah Akhir. Keluhan siswa yang tertampung dalam angket orang tua siswa menunjukkan terdapat sebanyak 52,86% yang menyatakan bahwa pelajaran Bahasa Bali khususnya Pasang Pageh Aksara Bali dirasakan susah oleh anak-anak mereka. Seiring perkembangan teknologi permasalahan tersebut dapat ditanggulangi dengan sebuah metode pembelajaran baru di bidang Teknologi Informasi yaitu salah satunya dengan memanfaatkan teknologi Smartphone Berbasis Android. Pembelajaran Pasang Pageh Aksara Bali diimplementasikan ke dalam sebuah game edukasi berbasis Android menggunakan metode drag and drop dan dirancang semenarik mungkin, dengan tujuan agar minat belajar anak-anak untuk mempelajari Pasang Pageh Aksara Bali lebih meningkat. Hasil survey masyarakat terutama anak-anak, Game “Pasang Pageh Aksara Bali” mendapatkan respon yang baik sebagai media bantu dalam mempelajari Pasang Pageh Aksara Bali, dengan persentase 67% menarik dalam aspek grafis, 50% baik dalam aspek rekayasa perangkat lunak, 74% baik dalam aspek entertainment, dan 60% dipahami dalam aspek konten

Abstract

Pneumonia is an inflammatory lung disease that causes the second largest number of deaths in Indonesia after Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF). In 2021, there was an increase in cases of 7.8% compared to the previous year, and was exacerbated by the Covid-19 pandemic. Predictive methods were needed to predict and compare the ARIMA and MLP methods, where the results of the best methods were selected for long-term forecasting. The research data used was from January 2014 – December 2021, with a total of 96 data. In choosing the best method, the basic error calculations used were Mean Absolute Deviation, Mean Squared Error, and Mean Absolute Percentage Error. This study aims to build a predictive model for the next period of pneumonia under-five mortality. These results can be used for government policy-making related to mortality prevention for the next period. The results showed that the MLP method was superior to ARIMA. Testing 28 mortality rate data using the final test result showed that the best method was MLP, with a hidden layer value of 2.2, a learning rate of 0.3, and an error percentage of 1.27%. The prediction results of the overall mortality rate of pneumonia under five in 2022 was predicted to be 136 people.
