Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh program pengembangan alumni terhadap intensitas alumni engagement di STIPI Maghfirah. Fenomena keterlibatan alumni menjadi krusial bagi institusi pendidikan, namun pola hubungannya memerlukan landasan teoretis yang kuat. Penelitian ini menggunakan Social Exchange Theory (Teori Pertukaran Sosial) untuk menjelaskan hubungan timbal balik antara almamater dan lulusannya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif deskriptif dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang telah teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya rhitung > 0,284 dan Cronbach's Alpha 0,770 kepada 48 responden alumni. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pengembangan alumni berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap alumni engagement dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 dan thitung sebesar 5,484. Koefisien determinasi R2 sebesar 0,395 mengindikasikan bahwa program pengembangan alumni berkontribusi sebesar 39,5% terhadap variasi keterlibatan alumni. Temuan ini mengonfirmasi bahwa manfaat yang diterima alumni melalui program pengembangan memicu kewajiban moral untuk memberikan timbal balik positif bagi institusi. Implikasi penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya penguatan manajemen alumni yang sistematis untuk menjaga keberlanjutan keterlibatan alumni.

Abstract

The decline in student enrollment poses a significant challenge for Islamic educational institutions, including SMP Qur’an As-Salam Bogor, highlighting the need for effective organizational communication management. This study aims to analyze Public Relations (PR) strategies in managing communication and their contribution to strengthening the school’s public image. This research employed a qualitative case study approach, with the research subjects consisting of school leaders, teachers, PR officers, and community representatives. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation, and analyzed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that internal communication management is implemented through coordination meetings, task distribution, and collaboration among school stakeholders, while external communication focuses on activity publications, achievement promotion, and partnerships with the community and external institutions. These strategies contribute to a positive institutional image, increased public trust, and growing community interest in student enrollment. The study concludes that PR functions as a strategic connector between the school and its environment, extending beyond publication activities. It is recommended that Islamic schools optimize PR strategies using systematic and measurable communication approaches to enhance sustainability and competitiveness in the modern era.

Abstract

Teacher quality is factor key quality Islamic education is required balance competence academic and character . Research This analyze management I'dad Murabbi Program curriculum at STIPI Maghfirah , cadre development model intensive " Warrior Teacher ". Research objectives is describe implementation management curriculum , its contribution to quality murabbi on MILBoS, as well as its development strategy . Use method qualitative descriptive , data collected through interviews , observations , and documentation , then analyzed with the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña. Findings show management curriculum implemented through planning based standard six competence murabbi ( mindset , spiritual, social , practical , leadership , and managerial ). Organizing done with structure authority clear , while implementation blend formal learning with approach living curriculum in the dormitory. Evaluation implemented in a way daily , weekly , and incidental For ensure accountability . This program in a way significant increase spiritual maturity , skills pedagogy , and readiness adaptation prospective teachers in the field . Abstract

Sarana ibadah merupakan bagian penting dalam pembinaan karakter keagamaan siswa. Namun, tidak semua sekolah memiliki mushola yang memadai dari segi luas, kelengkapan dan kelayakan penggunaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perencanaan dan pengelolaan sarana ibadah di SMP Kemala Bhayangkari 3 Jakarta yang memiliki keterbatasan mushola, serta mengkaji strategi alternatif yang dilakukan sekolah untuk memastikan kegiatan keagamaan tetap berjalan optimal. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan sarana ibadah masih bersifat jangka pendek dan terbatas pada perawatan rutin, sementara pengelolaan belum sepenuhnya memenuhi standar kelayakan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan. Keterbatasan lahan menjadi hambatan utama dalam pengembangan mushola. Sebagai solusi, sekolah menjalin kerja sama dengan masjid warga di sekitar sekolah sebagai alternatif  tempat pelaksanaan sholat berjamaah dan kegiatan keagamaan lainnya. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keterbatasan sarana ibadah  tidak menghambat program keagamaan sekolah selama didukung oleh strategi pengelolaan dan kemitraan yang efektif.
