Abstract

This study aims to develop Augmented Reality (AR) based learning media in the form of videos to improve the mastery of Tahiyyat Arabiyah vocabulary in students who take Arabic language courses. This media is designed to help students understand and memorize Arabic mufrodat more interactively and interestingly through the use of AR technology. The development model used in this research is ADDIE, which includes five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects involved early semester students of Arabic language courses at Institut Agama Islam Negeri Sheikh Nurjati Cirebon, with the participation of 53 students in the initial survey and 33 students and seven lectures in the product trial. The results showed that the use of AR video contributed significantly in improving the mastery of Arabic vocabulary, especially those related to Tahiyyat Arabiyah. Students who used this media showed improvement in terms of vocabulary mastery and proper pronunciation. In addition, AR video was considered very effective in terms of visual appearance and ease of use. Respondents rated this media as able to increase learning motivation and provide a more interactive learning experience compared to traditional methods. However, there are some technical challenges, such as device compatibility that only supports the Android system. This research makes a new contribution in the context of Arabic language learning and shows that AR technology has great potential to be adopted in foreign language learning more widely.

Abstract

Asphyxia neonatorum is a condition where a newborn baby (neonate) cannot begin to breathe spontaneously after birth. Several factors that cause neonatal asphyxia include maternal, infant and umbilical cord factors. The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between Post Date pregnancies at RSIA Husada Bunda in 2022. This type of research used analytical observational using a Case Control research design with a Retrospective approach. The population in this study used a 1:1 ratio of case samples (neonatal asphyxia) and 50 control cases (no neonatal asphyxia). Control samples were taken using systematic random sampling.  The data collection tool in this research used a checklist sheet. Then the data was analyzed Univariately and Bivariately using the chi square test. The results of this research showed that there was a relationship between post-date pregnancy and the incidence of neonatal asphyxia with p value (0.002). The conclusion was that there was a relationship between post-date pregnancy and the incidence of neonatal asphyxia at RSIA Husada Bunda in 2022. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide an illustration for health workers and policy makers as material for consideration, information and decision making for the management of newborns with neonatal asphyxia.

Abstract

Introduction: Implementing patient safety such as reducing patient risk of falling requires SOP. In 2023, the nurse compliance rate in conducting fall risk assessments at Tiara Hospital was 97%. Objective: This study was conducted to analyze various factors that influence nurse compliance in implementing fall risk prevention SOPs at Tiara Hospital Tangerang. Method: The type of research is analytical with an observational approach and using a Cross Sectional study. Questionnaires were distributed to 73 nurses. The dependent variable is Nurse Compliance in implementing the Fall Risk Prevention SOP, the independent variables of the study are Knowledge, Motivation and Supervision Techniques of the Head of the Room. Result: The results of the study showed that simultaneously knowledge, Motivation and Supervision techniques of the Head of the Room had a significant effect on Nurse compliance in implementing the Fall Risk Prevention SOP in inpatients at Tiara Hospital Tangerang. R square of 0.734 means that the variable can explain the influence of knowledge, motivation and supervision techniques of the Head of the Room by 73.4%. Recommendation: It is recommended that the management try to improve knowledge through training both internally and externally to the hospital and commitment in implementing SOP for preventing patient false

Abstract

This study aims to describe the impact of social media, specifically TikTok, on advertising and marketing in Labuan Bajo's tourism industry. The study was conducted in Labuan Bajo with approximately 100 respondents, and data was collected and analyzed quantitatively to assess the influence of social media on consumer behavior and purchasing decisions. This study examines the effectiveness of TikTok as a promotional and marketing tool in encouraging consumers to purchase tourism products in Labuan Bajo. The findings indicate that TikTok is a viable promotional medium that can have a significant impact on consumer decision-making when it comes to culinary products. The use of this social media platform has a notable influence on the tourism industry in Labuan Bajo

Abstract

The quality of education in Integrated Islamic Elementary Schools faces demands for adaptive, contextual, and continuous improvement in line with global dynamics and stakeholder needs. This study aims to analyze quality-control strategies grounded in Total Quality Management (TQM), operationalized through the PDCA cycle and integrated with Islamic values, at SDIT Fithrah Insani 2 Bandung. The methodology adopts a descriptive qualitative approach with a single-case study design; data were collected through interviews, observations, and institutional document analysis. The findings indicate three primary levers: (1) data-driven periodic evaluation in the Check-Act phase; (2) teacher–parent engagement that strengthens follow-up improvements; and (3) the internalization of the values of amanah (trustworthiness), honesty, and ihsan within instructional practice, which together enhance student learning outcomes and school–community collaboration. This study extends understanding of TQM in value-based education by showing that aligning quality strategies with an institution’s sociocultural characteristics is a prerequisite for effectiveness. The practical implications include designing a quality-control model responsive to local context and leveraging technology and community participation for a continuous feedback cycle, which is relevant for replication in similar schools.

Abstract

Since cars and motorbikes are the most popular personal mobility, public spaces must always provide enough parking for every visitor. However, occasionally there are more parking spaces available than there are guests, which makes it difficult for visitors to find an empty spot and takes a while. It can be found in the case study conducted in a hotel in Tangerang. This case study informs the development of an Internet of Things (IoT) smart parking system that uses Wi-Fi and the MQTT communication protocol to monitor user behavior, identify available parking spaces, and recognize vehicle entry. The ESP8266 microcontroller serves as the sensor node. Other sensors that are used include the RFID RC-522 sensor to determine how long a car user has been in the area, the Servo SG92R infrared (IR) sensor to detect the presence of a vehicle, and the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor to detect parking spaces. The outcomes showed that the Thingsboard platform's monitoring capability and the ability to reserve particular parking spaces using an MIT App Inventor app proved the smart parking system's successful implementation.

Abstract

Aplikasi Astro merupakan aplikasi quick commerce yang berfokus memberikan layanan belanja online dengan produk kategori groceries hingga kebutuhan rumah tangga dengan pengiriman dalam waktu hitungan menit. Aplikasi Astro dirilis pada tahun 2021 dan masih beroperasi sampai saat ini, maka dari itu penting bagi Astro untuk mengetahui tanggapan atau sentimen dari pelanggan terkait pelayanan yang telah diberikan agar dapat menjadi evaluasi bagi Astro supaya tetap menjaga kepuasan pengguna. Untuk mengetahui banyaknya sentimen bernada postif dan negatif dari pengguna, dilakukan penelitian mengenai analisis sentimen terhadap ulasan pengguna pada aplikasi Astro di Google Playstore menggunakan algoritma support vector machine (SVM). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebanyak 1.000 ulasan dari hasil web scraping, kemudian data tersebut melalui tahap preprocessing, pelabelan data, pembagian data, pembobotan kata dengan TF-IDF, klasifikasi menggunakan support vector machine (SVM) dan kernel linear hingga evaluasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu diperoleh 696 ulasan bersentimen positif dan 304 ulasan bersentimen negatif, dengan evaluasi menggunakan confusion matrix diperoleh nilai akurasi sebesar 84%, presisi untuk kelas positif sebesar 93%, presisi untuk kelas negatif sebesar 69%, recall untuk kelas positif sebesar 83%, recall untuk kelas negatif sebesar 85%, f-1 score untuk kelas positif sebesar 88%, dan f-1 score untuk kelas negatif sebesar 76%. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh nilai akurasi yang baik dengan jumlah sentimen postif yang lebih besar sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Aplikasi Astro memberikan pengalaman yang positif kepada pengguna. Abstract

BSTRACT This literature review explores how Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and the nursing career ladder contribute to improving nurses’ competence, motivation, and quality of care. Thirty national and international studies published from 2019 to 2025 were examined, covering aspects such as CPD implementation, influencing factors, organizational support, nurses’ perceptions, and the outcomes of structured career progression systems. The analysis indicates that CPD plays a key role in strengthening clinical skills, professional conduct, and overall performance through continuous learning. Additionally, career ladder programs offer clearer pathways for professional advancement, enhance job satisfaction, and lower turnover intention. Despite these advantages, challenges persist, including time constraints, limited institutional backing, inconsistent policies, financial limitations, and the underuse of digital systems for tracking competencies. Overall, the review emphasizes the importance of consistent CPD guidelines, stronger institutional engagement, and the integration of digital innovations like e-logbooks to support long-term professional growth. Further research is needed to evaluate the long-term effects of CPD and career ladder integration on patient safety and nursing care quality. ABSTRAK Literature review ini meninjau bagaimana Continuing Professional Development (CPD) dan jenjang karir perawat berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kompetensi, motivasi, dan mutu pelayanan keperawatan. Literature review ini mereview sebanyak 30 penelitian nasional dan internasional yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2019–2025 dianalisis, mencakup implementasi CPD, faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi, dukungan organisasi, persepsi perawat, serta dampak dari sistem jenjang karir yang terstruktur. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa CPD berperan penting dalam memperkuat keterampilan klinis, perilaku profesional, dan performa kerja melalui proses pembelajaran yang berkelanjutan. Di sisi lain, jenjang karir memberikan arah perkembangan profesional yang lebih jelas, meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, dan menurunkan keinginan untuk berpindah tempat kerja. Meski demikian, masih terdapat beberapa tantangan, seperti keterbatasan waktu, minimnya dukungan institusi, kebijakan yang tidak seragam, kendala biaya, serta kurang optimalnya penggunaan teknologi digital untuk pencatatan kompetensi. Secara keseluruhan, review ini menekankan perlunya pedoman CPD yang lebih terstandardisasi, keterlibatan institusi yang lebih kuat, dan pemanfaatan inovasi digital seperti e-logbook guna mendukung pengembangan profesional jangka panjang. Penelitian lanjutan diperlukan untuk menilai dampak jangka panjang integrasi CPD dan jenjang karir terhadap keselamatan pasien dan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan.
