Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kemunculan aspek keterpaduan yang dilakukan oleh guru dan pencapaian penguasaan konsep terpadu siswa kelas IV SD melalui KTSP dan Kurikulum 2013 pada IPA konsep sumber daya alam. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif dengan sampel dua SD yang menggunakan KTSP dan dua SD Kurikulum 2013. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa software videograph untuk menganalisis kemunculan aspek keterpaduan dan tes penguasaan konsep terpadu berupa soal pilihan ganda. Berdasarkah hasil kemunculan aspek keterpaduan dalam proses pembelajaran baik KTSP maupun Kurikulum 2013 masih sedikit dalam memunculkan aspek keterpaduan. Sedangkan perhitungan t’ untuk tes penguasaan konsep terpadu KTSP lebih baik daripada Kurikulum 2013. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini bahwa pembelajaran terpadu tidak hanya dalam kurikulum 2013 saja, tetapi dalam KTSP pun yang pembelajarannya masih disipliner pembelajaran terpadu dapat dimunculkan.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Kecamatan Cimahi Tengah, Kota Cimahi, berfokus pada pelatihan kader kesehatan dalam mengolah Pemberian Makanan Tambahan (PMT) menggunakan bahan baku lokal. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader kesehatan serta memanfaatkan bahan pangan lokal yang ekonomis, mudah didapat, dan ramah lingkungan. Pelatihan yang dilakukan secara kolaboratif dengan Pemerintah Daerah dan Ibu-Ibu PKK mencakup edukasi tentang bahan pangan, teknik pengolahan, dan demonstrasi praktik langsung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta mengenai pengolahan PMT serta manfaat penggunaan bahan lokal. Kerjasama antara AKPAR NHI Bandung dan mitra lokal berjalan efektif, mendukung keberhasilan program. Untuk mendukung dampak jangka panjang, disarankan agar program ini berlanjut dengan fokus pada edukasi berkelanjutan mengenai konsumsi makanan tambahan sehat berbasis bahan lokal.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of recruitment, selection, and motivation on employee performance at AKPAR NHI Bandung, a college of hospitality and tourism in Bandung, Indonesia. A sample of 62 respondents, consisting of 20 academic staff and 42 administrative staff, was selected to participate in the study. Data were collected using questionnaires distributed to the respondents. The findings revealed that both recruitment and selection had a significant positive impact on employee performance. Effective recruitment practices, such as attracting and selecting qualified candidates, were found to be crucial in driving employee performance. Similarly, aligning candidates' qualifications with job requirements through a well-designed selection process positively influenced employee performance. However, no significant relationship was found between motivation and employee performance. These results underscore the importance of implementing effective recruitment and selection strategies to enhance employee performance. Organizations should focus on attracting and selecting highly qualified individuals while ensuring a good fit between candidates and job requirements. Efforts should also be made to foster employee motivation through recognition, career development, and a supportive work environment. The study contributes to the understanding of human resource management practices and their impact on employee performance in the hospitality and tourism industry. The findings highlight the need for strategic human resource management approaches that optimize recruitment and selection processes and address employee motivation.

Abstract

This research investigates the dynamics of talent acquisition and performance enhancement within PT. Java Wood Industry, focusing on the effectiveness of innovative recruitment strategies compared to traditional methods. Employing a quantitative research design, data was collected from a sample of 89 employees using random sampling techniques. Path analysis, utilizing Smart PLS as the analytical tool, was conducted to examine the direct and indirect effects of Training and Development Programs, Leadership Styles, Employee Engagement, and Employee Performance. The findings reveal significant direct effects of Training and Development Programs and Leadership Styles on both Employee Engagement and Employee Performance. Specifically, Training and Development Programs significantly influences Employee Engagement and Employee Performance, highlighting the crucial role of investing in employee skill enhancement. While Leadership Styles directly influences Employee Performance, its indirect effect through Employee Engagement was found to be statistically insignificant. These findings underscore the importance of adopting a holistic approach that integrates training and development initiatives with effective leadership practices to optimize employee engagement and performance. Overall, the research provides valuable insights for strategic decision-making and organizational policies aimed at enhancing workforce effectiveness and maintaining competitiveness in the wood industry.

Abstract

“Tafsir Tarbawi” in the formation of students' moral personality comes from the need to instill strong Islamic moral and ethical values in students. In the context of Islamic education, Tafsir Tarbawi is a method of interpreting the Qur'an that focuses on educational values and character development. Through this approach, the moral values contained in the verses of the Qur'an are elaborated and used as the basis for the formation of noble morals in learners. Tafsir Tarbawi aims to introduce learners to ideal role models (uswatun hasanah) in Islamic teachings. These examples are found in the stories of the prophets, companions, and verses of the Qur'an that discuss ethics and noble personalities. With this approach, Tafsir Tarbawi acts as a tool to internalize Islamic values in students, in order to form a person who is not only intellectually intelligent but also has good morals. The study of Tafsir Tarbawi helps learners understand how the teachings of the Qur'an should be applied in daily life. It helps them internalize moral values such as honesty, patience, perseverance and responsibility, all of which are essential in personality formation. This process also teaches learners to take the Qur'?n as a guide to life in interacting with others, making moral decisions, and living life in an Islamic manner. Overall, Tafsir Tarbawi emphasizes that the main goal of education in Islam is the formation of human beings who are noble and pious to Allah, who are not only able to be good individuals, but also able to provide examples and benefits for others.ABSTRAK"Tafsir Tarbawi" dalam pembentukan kepribadian moral peserta didik berasal dari kebutuhan untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai moral dan etika Islami yang kuat dalam diri peserta didik. Dalam konteks pendidikan Islam, Tafsir Tarbawi adalah metode tafsir Al-Qur'an yang berfokus pada nilai-nilai pendidikan dan pengembangan karakter. Melalui pendekatan ini, nilai-nilai moral yang terkandung dalam ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an diuraikan dan dijadikan dasar pembentukan akhlak yang mulia pada peserta didik. Tafsir Tarbawi bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan peserta didik pada model teladan (uswatun hasanah) yang ideal dalam ajaran Islam. Contoh-contoh tersebut banyak ditemukan dalam kisah para nabi, sahabat, dan ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an yang membahas etika dan kepribadian luhur. Dengan pendekatan ini, Tafsir Tarbawi berperan sebagai alat untuk menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai Islam pada peserta didik, agar terbentuk pribadi yang tidak hanya cerdas secara intelektual tetapi juga memiliki moral yang baik. Studi Tafsir Tarbawi membantu peserta didik memahami bagaimana ajaran Al-Qur’an harus diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Ini membantu mereka menginternalisasi nilai-nilai moral seperti kejujuran, kesabaran, ketekunan, dan tanggung jawab, yang semuanya esensial dalam pembentukan kepribadian. Proses ini juga mengajarkan peserta didik untuk menjadikan Al-Qur’an sebagai pedoman hidup dalam berinteraksi dengan orang lain, mengambil keputusan moral, dan menjalani kehidupan secara Islami. Secara keseluruhan, Tafsir Tarbawi menekankan bahwa tujuan utama pendidikan dalam Islam adalah pembentukan manusia yang berakhlak mulia dan bertakwa kepada Allah, yang tidak hanya mampu menjadi pribadi yang baik, tetapi juga mampu memberikan teladan dan manfaat bagi orang lain.

Abstract

This study aims to critically examine the application of the Small Group Discussion (SGD) model in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) and to evaluate the opportunities and challenges associated with its implementation. The central issue addressed is the extent to which SGD contributes to improving the quality of PAI learning, encompassing the cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains of students. This research employs a qualitative approach through a literature study method, analyzing and synthesizing findings from various previous empirical studies related to the use of SGD in educational settings. The review reveals that SGD significantly enhances student engagement, content comprehension, critical thinking skills, and the development of social attitudes such as tolerance and interpersonal communication. However, several challenges are identified, including the dominance of certain group members, limited discussion time, and variations in student capabilities, which may hinder the effectiveness of the method. The study concludes that SGD is a pedagogically effective and contextually relevant approach for Islamic education, provided that teachers play an active role as facilitators and the implementation is carefully designed.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara mendalam penerapan model pembelajaran Small Group Discussion (SGD) dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI), serta mengevaluasi peluang dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaannya. Permasalahan utama yang diangkat adalah sejauh mana model SGD mampu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran PAI, yang mencakup aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka, yaitu menganalisis dan menelaah temuan dari sejumlah hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang relevan dengan implementasi SGD dalam konteks pembelajaran PAI. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa model SGD memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap peningkatan partisipasi aktif siswa, pemahaman materi ajar, keterampilan berpikir kritis, serta penguatan sikap toleransi dan kemampuan komunikasi antarpeserta didik. Namun demikian, ditemukan pula sejumlah tantangan seperti dominasi diskusi oleh anggota tertentu, keterbatasan waktu, serta variasi kemampuan siswa yang dapat menghambat efektivitas diskusi. Kesimpulannya, SGD merupakan strategi pembelajaran yang efektif dan kontekstual dalam pendidikan agama, asalkan didukung oleh peran aktif guru sebagai fasilitator dan desain pelaksanaan yang matang

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the role of information and communication technology (ICT) and social media in enhancing the effectiveness of PAI learning in the digital era. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach through literature review, the study finds that digital technology and social media integration can improve interactivity, learning motivation, and flexible access to Islamic content. Platforms such as YouTube, WhatsApp, and Instagram contribute to creating engaging learning environments aligned with the characteristics of digital-native students. However, challenges such as low ICT competence among teachers and the spread of unverified content remain critical issues. Thus, effective PAI learning strategies should combine digital tools with reinforcement of Islamic values and ethical digital literacy. The study recommends ongoing teacher training and the development of educational policies that support ethical and transformative technology integration in PAI learning.ABSTRAKArtikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (ICT) serta media sosial dalam mendukung efektivitas pembelajaran PAI di era digital. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif berbasis studi pustaka, kajian ini menemukan bahwa integrasi teknologi digital dan media sosial dapat meningkatkan interaktivitas, motivasi belajar, serta akses terhadap materi keislaman secara fleksibel dan kontekstual. Platform seperti YouTube, WhatsApp, dan Instagram berkontribusi dalam menciptakan pembelajaran yang lebih menarik dan sesuai dengan karakteristik generasi digital. Namun, pemanfaatan teknologi juga menghadirkan tantangan, seperti rendahnya kompetensi TIK guru dan potensi penyebaran konten yang tidak valid. Oleh karena itu, strategi pembelajaran PAI yang efektif perlu memadukan teknologi digital dengan penguatan nilai-nilai Islami dan literasi etika digital. Hasil kajian ini merekomendasikan pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi guru serta pengembangan kebijakan pendidikan yang mendukung integrasi teknologi secara beretika dan transformatif dalam pembelajaran PAI.

Abstract

The rapid business competition is a challenge for managers in running the organizations they manage. This article aims to analyze the effect of job involvement and job satisfaction on employee commitment to the organization of Bank BPR KS in Bandung. This research is based on a survey of Bank BPR KS where in recent years there has been a high turn-over. Respondents were asked to provide responses related to the factors that influence commitment, namely job involvement and job satisfaction. There were 83 employee respondents who were sampled using the slovin formula. Multiple linear regression analysis was used in this study. The results showed that the variables of job involvement and job satisfaction had a partially significant effect on employee commitment. Based on the results of the F test, it is found that the two variables have a significant effect on employee commitment simultaneously. Based on the test results, the coefficient of determination shows that the effect of the three independent variables on the dependent variable is 58%. While the remaining 42% or influenced by other variables not examined.
