Abstract

Tujuan dari Pengambdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini untuk meningkatkan minat dan keterampilan literasi membaca siswa melalui penyediaan sarana baca yang menarik dan interaktif. Lamanya pengabdian ini selama 4 bulan guna membuat Taman Baca Siswa(TBS) sebagai sarana literasi membaca di SDN Rengasdengklok Selatan III sehingga minat membaca siswa dapat meningkat. Metode dari PKM ini diantaranya Observasi, Perencanaan dan Penyediaan Fasilitas TBS, Mengadakaan sosialisasi dan seminar, Pengembangan Program Baca dan Evaluasi dan Monitoring. Dari hasil PKM ini menghasilkan Peningkatan Minat dan Literasi Membaca siswa di SDN Rengasdengklok Selatan III, Penambahan Koleksi dan Ragam Buku di SDN Rengasdengklok Selatan III, Dampak Sosial Positif, Peningkatan Prestasi Akademik dan dapat mengahsilkan Kerja Sama dengan Komunitas dan Orang Tua. Siswa yang sebelumnya kurang antusias membaca menjadi lebih tertarik karena adanya akses ke buku yang bervariasi dan menarik, selain itu Taman Baca Siswa (TBS) ini berkontribusi dalam peningkatan kemampuan literasi membaca siswa di SDN Rengasdengklok Selatan III, baik dari segi pemahaman bacaan maupun kecepatan membaca. Keterampilan ini penting untuk mendukung pembelajaran di kelas dan meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif siswa di SDN Rengasdengklok Selatan III. Tidak hanya dari aspek akademis, Taman Baca Siswa (TBS) ini memberikan ruang bagi siswa untuk berinteraksi, berdiskusi tentang buku yang mereka baca, dan berbagi pengetahuan. Hal ini berdampak positif terhadap keterampilan sosial siswa dan rasa percaya diri mereka

Abstract

Pamali is a form of belief that exists in society related to customs and manners. Pamali or commonly referred to as a prohibition or taboo that should not be violated because it is considered to have a bad impact on the perpetrator. Not only in the form of actions or behaviors that are considered not allowed, but also the use of certain sentences or language that are considered inappropriate or worth hearing. Sundanese society, especially in this study, the Karawang Regency community has its own view of pamali, a lot of pamali believed by the Sundanese community which is still a cultural heritage and is used today. The purpose of this study is to determine the educational value contained in the Pamali tradition of the Sundanese community as well as the character value contained in the Pamali tradition that is still alive in the Sundanese community today. The type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative research with an ethnographic approach. Data obtained through direct observation and interviews with informants who know and understand the pamali tradition. As for the results of this study, that the character values contained in the pamali tradition consist of politeness values, manners values, and mutual respect values while the content of educational values consists of moral values and social values.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of using the open the box type wordwall educational game on the cognitive learning outcomes of IPAS students at SDN Palumbonsari 1, East Karawang District. This study used a quantitative method of pre-experiment type with a one group pretest posttest design. The population in this study were all fourth grade students of SDN Palumbonsari 1, totaling 135 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, so the sample in this study was class IV A with a total of 46 people. Data collection techniques using multiple choice tests as many as 30 items before and after treatment. Then carried out feasibility testing with validity test obtained 20 valid items, reliability test obtained r11 0.73, differentiator test and difficulty level.  Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics. Then the statistical hypothesis test was carried out with the paired sample t-test test obtained a Sig (2-tailed) value of 0.001 < 0.05, meaning that H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of using the open the box type wordwall educational game on the cognitive learning outcomes of IPAS students at SDN Palumbonsari 1.

Abstract

This research is based on the results of observations and interviews at SD Al-Hikmah Indonesia that the learning carried out is still limited due to time so that only the target of material completion is pursued, while the achievement of learning outcomes and students' understanding of concepts is still lacking. Learning is only student-centered. For this reason, there is a need for appropriate and effective methods in learning. Therefore, researchers tried to use a jigsaw type cooperative learning approach to overcome this problem. This research uses a pretest-posttest control group design, data collection techniques using test and non-test data. Test data was obtained from pre-test and post-test results, while non-test data was obtained from questionnaires. This research took as subjects students of class IV A and students of class IV B. In this research three meetings were held which included pre-test, learning and post-test. After applying this approach, the average gain for the experimental class was 0.49 and the control class was 0.25. The results of the research show that there is an increase in students' post-test results in learning using the jigsaw type cooperative learning approach. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of this approach on science learning on the subject of natural resources. The results of this research are recommended as a reference for further research, especially research that uses a jigsaw type cooperative learning approach in learning natural resources in order to improve students' understanding of concepts better in the future.

Abstract

The learning outcomes of students' science content are still low. The minimum completeness criteria (KKM) of 70 is not met by most students who take the class IV test. This is because students do not want to participate in learning because learning activities are still dominated by lectures. The purpose of the study was to improve the learning outcomes of science material on changes in the form of objects based on the problem. Data from 27 fourth grade students were collected and presented using an experimental approach. There were two cycles when the research was conducted in the even semester of the 2022/23 academic year. Planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting are part of the research procedure. In terms of pre-cycle learning results, the average benefit of learning outcomes reached 60 or 33%, the first cycle benefited the average learning outcomes reached 72 or 67% of students mastered the learning completely while the second pattern increased. student learning outcomes increased to 83 or 92.5% of students achieved learning authority. Therefore, the material changes in the form of objects in class IV SDN 1 Kertaraharja can be improved by the experimental method.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine: the learning motivation of Grade IV primary school students; the learning outcomes of Grade V primary school students in science; and the correlation between learning motivation and learning outcomes of Grade V primary school students in science. This research is a type of quantitative research with a descriptive correlational design. The population used in this study were all fourth-grade students from SDN Lengahjaya 02, a total of 63 students. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with a large sample size of 39. Data were collected using a research instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Of the 30 items tested, there were 28 valid questions. The data analysis technique used was product-moment correlation. The results showed that the average learning motivation of the students was 74.1 and the average learning outcome of the students was 71.5. There is a significant correlation between learning motivation and science learning outcome of the 5th grade students of SDN Lengahjaya 02 with a correlation test value of 0.323 and a low coefficient value.
