Abstract

Sumedang is improving in optimizing the tourism sector. Several strategies are planned to make Sumedang Regency a new tourist destination. One of the leading tourist destinations in Sumedang is Kampung Karuhun. Karuhun Village offers a beautiful green mountain atmosphere with an eco green park concept so that tourists will be presented with very beautiful natural nuances. The fluctuating level of tourist visits makes managers have to design marketing strategies to influence the decision of potential tourists to visit. One of them is by utilizing information technology in the form of electronic word of mouth (e-WOM). This study aims to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth on the decision to visit tourists to Karuhun village, Sumedang. The type of research used was quantitative research with a descriptive approach and verification using multiple regression analysis techniques. The method used in this research was a survey method. The sample in this study were 210 respondents with a convenience sampling. The test results show that electronic word of mouth on the decision to visit has an effect simultaneously and partially. E-Wom has a positive influence on the decision to visit Kampung Karuhun.

Abstract

Kabupaten Sumedang memiliki banyak potensi wisata yang dapat menarik wisatawan untuk berkunjung dalam setiap tahunnya. Sumedang memiliki banyak kecamatan yang tersebar dengan beragam kesenian dan tradisi yang memiliki ciri khas di setiap daerahnya. Hal ini yang menjadi modal untuk mengembangkan dan mempromosikan tradisi dan kebudayaan Sumedang dengan berbagai cara. Salah satu contoh tradisi yang ada di Kabupaten Sumedang yang memiliki potensi memberikan nilai lebih bagi Kabupaten Sumedang adalah tradisi upacara adat ngalaksa. Tradisi upacara adat ngalaksa adalah tradisi yang menjadi ciri khas masyarakat Rancakalong yang bukan hanya bisa dijadikan sebagai kesenian dan adat masyarakatnya saja, namun tradisi ini juga dapat dijadikan sebagai daya tarik wisata budaya di Kabupaten Sumedang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menganalisis potensi tradisi upacara adat ngalaksa sebagai daya tarik wisata budaya di Kabupaten Sumedang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan pengumpulan dengan dengan cara wawancara, observasi dan studi literatur. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tradisi upacara adat ngalaksa berpotensi menjadi daya tarik wisata budaya karena telah memuat aspek-aspek pariwisata budaya yaitu memiliki produk naratif seperti adanya pemandu wisata dan adanya narasi untuk dipaparkan kepada wisatawan. Memuat aspek wisata yaitu wisatawan dapat melihat pembuatan laksa, menonton kesenian tarawangsa yang merupakan pengiring dari pelaksanaan tradisi upacara adat ngalaksa. Memuat produk destinasi yang berarti tradisi upacara adat memiliki aspek-aspek seperti lokasi yang stategis dan menetap, akses jalan yang terjangkau dan terdapat fasilitas-fasilitas untuk wisatawan. Memuat aspek produk budaya yang memiliki nilai spiritual, nilai sosial dan nilai sosial serta nilai sejarah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh fasilitas wisata dan harga terhadap kepuasan wisatawan di Gunung Puntang, Kabupaten Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada wisatawan yang mengunjungi Gunung Puntang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik fasilitas wisata maupun harga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan. Fasilitas wisata memberikan kontribusi yang lebih besar terhadap kepuasan wisatawan dibandingkan dengan harga. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa wisatawan lebih memperhatikan kualitas fasilitas yang tersedia saat mengevaluasi pengalaman mereka di Gunung Puntang. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas wisata dan harga bersama-sama berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pengelola Gunung Puntang harus fokus pada peningkatan kualitas fasilitas wisata dan melakukan penyesuaian harga yang sesuai dengan persepsi wisatawan untuk meningkatkan tingkat kepuasan wisatawan.

Abstract

Authenticity is an important role that is able to attract visitors who are looking for an authentic experience. Authenticity will not only attract more visitors but also encourage them to return. The TMII Central Java Pavilion is one of the Regional Pavilions in Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII). The purpose of this study is to find out how the Central Java TMII Pavilion is described and how the role of Authenticity in the interest of visiting the TMII Central Java Pavilion is revisited. In this study, the author uses a quantitative research method with a survey technique design through a questionnaire. Data collection in this study uses observation techniques, interviews, literature studies and documentation. From the results of the research, it was obtained that Authenticity has a very significant role in revisiting.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of the effect of memorable tourist experience on tourists’ revisit intention in Tidung Island. The research employed a quantitative approach using a correlational method and purposive sampling based on non-probability sampling, involving 100 respondents who had previously visited Tidung Island. Data were collected through a Google Form questionnaire and analyzed using IBM SPSS version 25. The results indicate that memorable tourist experience has a significant effect on revisit intention. The indicators of involvement and knowledge showed significant results in creating a memorable impression on tourists visiting Tidung Island. In contrast, the indicators of refreshment and social interactions were not sufficient to provide a significant effect on the memorable tourist experience in Tidung Island. These finding suggests that destination managers need to pay more attention to these aspects in order to enhance the value of memorable tourist experiences and motivate tourists to revisit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh kualitas destinasi terhadap minat berkunjung kembali ke destinasi wisata Gili Iyang Sumenep menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengalaman yang memuaskan menciptakan dorongan intrinsik bagi wisatawan untuk menginginkan minat kunjungan kembali ke destinasi tersebut, atau bahkan merekomendasikan kepada orang lain Data dikumpulkan melalui kuisioner online dan diisi oleh 100 responden yang pernah mengunjungi Gili Iyang minimal sekali, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat berkunjung kembali dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan dari semua faktor kualitas destinasi yaitu atraksi wisata, informasi, fasilitas, layanan, kebersihan, aksesibilitas dan SDM. Faktor SDM memiliki pengaruh paling dominan dalam meningkatkan loyalitas wisatawan, sedangkan faktor kebersihan memiliki pengaruh paling rendah. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa aspek kebersihan perlu ditingkatkan, sehingga persepsi atau kesan baik terhadap kualitas destinasi akan mendorong wisatawan untuk kembali berkunjung. Karena itu meningkatkan kualitas dari masing masing indikator ini sangat penting untuk menumbuhkan daya tarik dan loyalitas wisatawan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh destination brand experience terhadap minat berkunjung kembali wisatawan ke TWA Gunung Papandayan. Penurunan kunjungan wisatawan ke Kabupaten Garut, termasuk TWA Papandayan disinyalir ole pengalaman wisatawanyangbelumsepenuhnyamemenuhiharapan.Penelitianiniberfokuspadaketerkaitan langsung antara destinasi brand experience dan minat berkunjung kembali di TWA Gunung Papandayan yang mampu menyesuaikan preferensi wisatawan hingga mendorong untuk melakukan kunjungan ulang ke destinasi tersebut. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan metode survei melalui kuesioner, penelitian ini melibatkan 68 responden yang merupakan pengunjung TWA Gunung Papandayan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat berkunjung kembali wisatawan dipengaruhi oleh destination brand experience. Analisis statistik menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana mengindikasikan bahwa destination brand experience berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung kembali wisatawan. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran penting untuk pengelola destinasi dalam menjaga dan meningkatkan pengalaman wisatawan melalui aspek sensorik, afektif, perilaku dan intelektual untuk meningkatkan minat berkunjung kembali ke TWA Gunung Papandayan.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the observation that Batu Parsidangan Siallagan is one of the main tourist destinations in Samosir Regency and consistently attracts many visitors. The site is highly rated on several travel platforms, confirming its strong potential as a cultural tourism icon. However, despite this popularity, some visitors provide negative feedback, particularly regarding inconsistent service quality, attractions that do not fully meet expectations, and inadequate supporting facilities. These conditions encourage further study to analyze tourists’ perceptions of service quality and tourist attractions, as well as their influence on visitor satisfaction. A total of 99 respondents were selected using purposive non-probability sampling to ensure the data collected aligned with the research objectives. Data were gathered using a structured questionnaire tested for validity and reliability, then analyzed through descriptive statistics and inferential methods, including multiple regression, the coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test. The findings show that service quality and attractions together account for 56.3% of the variation in visitor satisfaction. These results highlight the need to enhance service quality, create more engaging cultural attractions, improve supporting facilities, and provide continuous training for local human resources so that Batu Parsidangan Siallagan can maintain its status as a leading tourist destination.

Abstract

The development of agro-tourism is one of the sustainable developments in the agricultural industry that can increase various potentials in the agricultural industry and improve the economy through tourism activities. Developing agro-tourism, of course, requires the right strategy, in this study an analysis of the potential owned by Leuweung Tiis Agrotourism, Trunamanggala Village, by identifying internal environmental factors and external environmental factors, with to produce alternative strategies to develop the potential of Leuweung Tiis Agrotourism. The research uses qualitative methods by conducting observations and interviews with parties involved in the development of Leuweung Tiis Agrotourism. The data analysis method used is SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis. The results of the analysis show that the current position of Leuweung Tiis Agrotourism is in quadrant II, which means that it has strong internal strength but is faced with various threats. An alternative priority strategy that can be applied is the S-T (Strengths-Threats) strategy by developing the current potential,building new attractions following the concept of agrotourism and the developing owned commodities, supported by adequate facilities and accessibility to provide comfort to tourists. In addition, taking advantage of support from the government to improve the quality of human resources of the surrounding community to encourage the strategy of developing the potential of Leuweung Tiis Agrotourism in the future.

Abstract

Destinations with the concept of ecotourism are natural attractions that still maintain their culture but are not outdated. Has an attraction that has the potential to bring in tourists, but is not yet well known enough to the outside community, one of which is the Sapatapaan tourist destination in Sumedang Regency. This study aims to analyze the role of tourism support facilities on tourist satisfaction in Sapatapaan tourist destinations. The research method used in this research is quantitative research method with descriptive and verification data analysis techniques. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who were tourists who had visited Sapatapaan tourist destinations. The data that has been collected will be analyzed using the simple linear regression analysis method and using IBM SPSS Statistic 26 software. The results showed that supporting facilities have a significant positive impact on the level of tourist satisfaction.
