Abstract

SMK Negeri Penerbangan Aceh is one of the educational institutions in the Aceh region that focuses on vocational education. In this community service initiative, the team identified the challenges faced by teachers at this school, as the lack of motivation and time constraints in writing academic papers. In an effort to address these issues, the team designed and implemented a training program that encompasses academic writing techniques and the use of research software. The evaluation results show a significant improvement in the motivation, self-confidence, and knowledge of teachers related to academic paper writing. This program also facilitates collaboration among teachers, members of the team, and guest speakers. This collaboration provides emotional support and a deeper understanding of research strategies and the application of technology in developing academic papers. The contribution of this community service initiative aids teachers at SMK Negeri Penerbangan Aceh in enhancing their ability to write academic papers, which supports the requirements for promotion and professional career advancement. This training program also has the potential to be implemented in other educational institutions facing similar challenges in improving teacher professionalism.

Abstract

Asset management is a crucial aspect of governance at the village level. Gampong Tingkeum, Aceh Besar Regency, faces issues with asset recording, which is still done manually without proper codification and labeling. This study aims to design and implement a web-based asset information system to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of asset management in the village. The system was developed using the Waterfall method with a Prototype approach, utilizing the CodeIgniter framework and MySQL database. The implementation process included system installation, configuration, and training for village officials on system usage. The system was tested using Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), which showed that it successfully performed asset recording, codification, labeling, and reporting functions. The implementation results demonstrated improvements in time efficiency, data accuracy, as well as increased transparency and accountability in asset management. This system is expected to serve as a model for modern and structured village asset management, aligned with the latest regulations of Permendagri No. 3 of 2024.

Abstract

A quantitative descriptive approach with a retrospective pre-test design was used to assess changes in community perceptions through a Likert-scale questionnaire covering seven key indicators, including service speed, data accessibility, and digital literacy. Results show significant improvements across all indicators, with the highest gains in data access (21%) and administrative transparency (20%). These outcomes highlight SIGAP’s potential to strengthen technology-driven governance and foster community engagement in smart village development. The findings offer practical implications for rural digital transformation and the implementation of information systems in other local contexts.

Abstract

Vannamei shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) merupakan salah satu komoditas utama akuakultur nnasional di Indonesia dengan potensi?ekonomi yang besar. Nonetheless, obstacles like poor water quality and inadequate feed practices prevent sustainable aquaculture. This study aims to design an automatic feeding system for the Internet of Things (IoT) equipped for real-time monitoring of water pH and temperature, powered by solar energy. The system consists of a pH sensor (PH-4502C), a temperature sensor (DS18B20), an ESP32 microcontroller and a Blynk application, which serves as the main interface for the system. The testing was done to prove that this whole system works fine with 2 nos of 100Wp monocrystalline solar panels with 12V 100Ah batter. The system successfully enhances farm operational efficiency, boosts energy sustainability, and offers a novel solution for vannamei shrimp farm management.
