Abstract

Sistem absensi guru di UPTD Negeri Sawah Baru masih belum optimal karena proses presensi menggunakan QR Code belum sepenuhnya otomatis. Setelah pemindaian, guru masih harus memasukkan Nomor Induk Pegawai (NIP) dan melakukan konfirmasi secara manual sehingga mengurangi efisiensi proses absensi. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun sistem informasi absensi guru berbasis web yang mengintegrasikan validasi QR Code secara otomatis. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Waterfall, meliputi analisis kebutuhan, perancangan menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), implementasi dengan PHP dan MySQL, serta pengujian sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mengenali identitas guru melalui QR Code secara otomatis dan mencatat data kehadiran secara real-time tanpa input manual. Sistem yang dikembangkan meningkatkan efisiensi proses presensi, mempercepat pencatatan kehadiran, serta meningkatkan akurasi data absensi guru di UPTD Negeri Sawah Baru.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of Management Information System (MIS) implementation in enhancing operational efficiency among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) at Kantin Universitas Pamulang Viktor. Employing a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis, this research collected primary data from 50 MSME respondents through structured interviews and observation. The findings reveal that 58% of MSMEs have adopted various forms of MIS, including Digital POS systems (34.5%), accounting applications (24.1%), spreadsheet tools (24.1%), and QRIS payment systems (17.2%). Quantitative analysis demonstrates that MSMEs utilizing MIS achieved significantly higher daily revenue (Rp1,047,931) compared to non-adopters (Rp784,762), representing a 33.5% increase. Furthermore, MIS-adopting businesses recorded higher daily customer counts (42.3 customers) versus non-adopters (29.8 customers), indicating improved service efficiency. The study identifies key benefits including streamlined transaction processing, accurate financial recording, and enhanced customer service quality. However, challenges such as limited digital literacy, initial investment costs, and technological adaptation remain significant barriers. This research contributes to the understanding of digital transformation in traditional food service MSMEs and provides practical recommendations for policy makers and MSME practitioners in accelerating digital adoption within campus-based economic ecosystems.

Abstract

Nutrition is a substance that influences the development of the human body so that the body's functions run as they should. Nutritional status is a condition where nutritional intake is balanced with the body's needs. If a child has excess nutritional intake, it is not good for the body. Posyandu officers record children's weighing data, detect the child's nutritional status and then provide a report on the child's nutritional data to the community health center. Data collection on children's nutritional status at the Posyandu is still manual in the form of data being recorded on paper, which can cause data to be lost, damaged, torn, and nutritional data. children are scattered, or piled up with other information. Therefore, we need a web-based application for checking children's nutritional status with the Body Mass Index (BMI) standard for assessing children's nutritional status, so that children know the ideal weight and height to prevent obesity or malnutrition so that children can adopt a healthy lifestyle. The research method used in this research is Agile Development Software which consists of requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation and evaluation. Then, in making this application, we also used the CodeIgniter 3 Framework. This application is expected to help Posyandu officers and parents in collecting data and detecting children's nutritional status based on Body Mass Index standards.

Abstract

The development of digital technology requires educational institutions to manage data and information more effectively to support strategic decision-making and improve reporting accountability. Management Information Systems (MIS) are a crucial instrument because they can integrate data in a structured, accurate, and timely manner, thus supporting data-driven decision-making. This article aims to analyze the role of MIS in strategic decision-making in the digital era, identify its contribution to optimizing reporting accountability in educational institutions, and explain the factors influencing the success of MIS implementation in digital reporting management. The research method used is a qualitative approach through a literature review, reviewing various books, journal articles, and relevant scientific sources. The results of the study indicate that MIS plays a significant role in providing objective information, supporting data-driven decision-making, and increasing transparency and accountability in academic and financial reporting. The success of MIS implementation is greatly influenced by the competence of human resources, the readiness of technological infrastructure, and the support of leadership and organizational policies. Thus, MIS can be viewed as a strategic pillar in strengthening the governance of educational institutions that is professional, transparent, and adaptive to the demands of the digital era.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has encouraged organizations to utilize Management Information Systems (MIS) to support operational activities and enhance employee performance. The use of MIS is expected to improve work productivity by providing faster, more accurate, and well-organized information. This study aims to examine the effect of Management Information Systems on employee work productivity in the digital era. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to employees in organizations that have implemented MIS. The data were analyzed descriptively to assess the relationship between MIS usage and employee productivity. The results indicate that the implementation of Management Information Systems has a positive impact on work efficiency and helps employees complete tasks more effectively. Therefore, Management Information Systems can be considered a key supporting factor in improving employee productivity in the digital era.

Abstract

The rapid growth of digital payment systems has increased the complexity and risk of credit card fraud, particularly due to the highly imbalanced nature of transaction data. This study aims to compare the performance of Random Forest and XGBoost algorithms combined with the Synthetic Minority Over sampling Technique in detecting fraudulent credit card transactions. The proposed approach focuses on improving classification effectiveness by addressing class imbalance and reducing bias toward legitimate transactions. Data preprocessing includes normalization, stratified data splitting, and the application of over sampling techniques on the training dataset. Model performance is evaluated using precision, recall, F score, and the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve, which are more appropriate for imbalanced classification problems. The findings indicate that Random Forest demonstrates more stable and balanced performance, particularly in minimizing false fraud alerts while maintaining adequate fraud detection capability. These results suggest that Random Forest with over sampling provides a practical and reliable solution for real world credit card fraud detection systems.

Abstract

This research presents the development of a web-based Stock Opname Information System integrated with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to support inventory decision-making at PT Sikat Bersih Indonesia. The existing stock opname process relies on spreadsheet-based recording, which increases the possibility of data inconsistencies, delays in reporting, and difficulties in identifying procurement priorities. The application was developed using the Waterfall software development model and implemented with PHP and MySQL. The SAW method evaluates inventory items using three criteria: Level of Need, Usage Frequency, and Remaining Stock. The developed application centralizes stock opname data, streamlines report generation, and produces objective recommendations for procurement priorities. Functional testing using the Black Box Testing approach confirmed that every feature operated as expected. These results indicate that the proposed system can effectively support stock opname activities and improve decision-making related to inventory management.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis tingkat pemahaman masyarakat terhadap risiko keamanan dan strategi mitigasi dalam penggunaan aplikasi dompet digital pada aktivitas sehari-hari. Pertumbuhan transaksi nontunai menawarkan kemudahan, kecepatan, dan efisiensi, tetapi juga meningkatkan paparan terhadap phishing, penyalahgunaan kode OTP, kebocoran data pribadi, pengambilalihan akun, kesalahan transfer, serta kerugian akibat kelalaian pengguna. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Kegiatan penelitian dilakukan di wilayah Tangerang Selatan dengan melibatkan informan yang aktif menggunakan GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay, dan LinkAja. Data dianalisis melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan dan verifikasi kesimpulan, sedangkan keabsahan temuan diperkuat melalui triangulasi sumber dan metode serta member checking. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat telah mengenali risiko dasar, terutama penipuan yang meminta kode OTP dan tautan promosi palsu, tetapi pemahaman mengenai keamanan data, autentikasi berlapis, pengamanan perangkat, dan pengaturan privasi masih beragam. Strategi mitigasi yang paling sering diterapkan meliputi tidak membagikan PIN atau OTP, menggunakan kata sandi berbeda, memperbarui aplikasi, mengaktifkan verifikasi dua langkah, dan menghindari jaringan Wi-Fi publik. Namun, penerapan fitur keamanan lanjutan belum konsisten karena sebagian pengguna menganggapnya rumit. Temuan menegaskan perlunya edukasi keamanan digital yang berkelanjutan, peringatan aplikasi yang mudah dipahami, dan kolaborasi antara masyarakat, penyedia layanan, lembaga pendidikan, serta pemerintah untuk membangun transaksi dompet digital yang aman dan terpercaya.

Abstract

Pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam pembinaan siswa di Yayasan Setia Hati Terate, dengan kelulusan sebagai indikator penguasaan kompetensi. Namun, proses evaluasi yang masih mengandalkan pencatatan dan pengamatan pelatih berpotensi menimbulkan subjektivitas, ketidakkonsistenan, serta keterlambatan pembinaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan aplikasi prediksi kelulusan siswa berbasis web menggunakan algoritma C4.5 sebagai alat bantu pengambilan keputusan yang objektif. Data penelitian berupa riwayat penilaian siswa berdasarkan kehadiran latihan, penguasaan materi, teknik senam dasar, kemampuan jurus, dan ketahanan fisik. Tahapan sistem mencakup pengunggahan data, pembersihan dan transformasi data, pembagian data latih dan data uji, pembentukan pohon keputusan, serta penyajian hasil prediksi. Aplikasi dibangun menggunakan PHP dan MySQL dengan hak akses Super Admin, Admin Pelatih, dan Siswa. Algoritma C4.5 memilih atribut berdasarkan nilai entropy dan information gain untuk menghasilkan aturan keputusan status lulus atau tidak lulus. Hasil pengolahan menunjukkan bahwa teknik senam memperoleh information gain tertinggi sebesar 0,3659 dan menjadi simpul akar. Pengujian confusion matrix pada 20 data uji menghasilkan akurasi 90%, sedangkan black box testing menunjukkan seluruh fitur berjalan sesuai kebutuhan. User Acceptance Test memperoleh tingkat kelayakan 94%. Dengan demikian, aplikasi mampu mendukung evaluasi kelulusan yang lebih cepat, konsisten, transparan, dan berbasis data serta membantu pelatih memberikan pembinaan yang lebih tepat kepada siswa yang berisiko tidak lulus.
