Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) play a strategic role in driving rural economic development; however, many still face limitations in supply chain management and distribution logistics, particularly in last-mile delivery to end consumers. These challenges restrict market reach and reduce the efficiency of product marketing. This Community Service Program (PKM) aimed to enhance the understanding and capacity of BUMDes Bumi Pacellekang managers in Gowa Regency to apply supply chain and last-mile logistics concepts through the utilization of digital marketplaces. The methods employed included socialization sessions, interactive discussions, distribution flow mapping simulations, and participatory technical assistance. Evaluation was conducted using pre-test and post-test instruments involving 30 participants. The results indicated a significant improvement in participants’ average understanding, increasing from 56.3% in the pre-test to 80.1% in the post-test, with improvements observed across all assessment indicators. Furthermore, 73% of participants were able to systematically map product distribution flows, and 67% began integrating digital marketplaces into their product marketing activities. Participant satisfaction was high, with 88% stating that the program was highly beneficial. These findings demonstrate that the PKM activities were effective in strengthening BUMDes readiness to expand market access and support the sustainability of village-based enterprises.

Abstract

Penyuluhan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pekerja UMKM pengolahan kedelai dalam menerapkan prinsip-prinsip ergonomi di tempat kerja mereka. Ergonomi adalah ilmu yang mempelajari penyesuaian antara manusia dan lingkungan kerjanya untuk mencegah cedera serta meningkatkan kenyamanan dan produktivitas. Dalam konteks UMKM pengolahan kedelai, pekerja sering kali menghadapi risiko fisik karena postur kerja yang tidak sesuai dengan prinsip ergonomi. Stasiun kerja yang tidak ergonomis, seperti meja kerja yang tidak sesuai tinggi atau posisi tubuh yang salah saat mengolah kedelai, dapat menyebabkan ketegangan otot, sakit punggung, dan masalah muskuloskeletal lainnya. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk memperhatikan postur kerja yang baik agar pekerjaan dapat dilakukan dengan lebih efisien dan tanpa menimbulkan gangguan kesehatan. Dalam penyuluhan ini, pekerja diperkenalkan dengan teknik-teknik untuk memperbaiki postur kerja, seperti cara mengangkat barang dengan benar, posisi duduk yang sesuai saat bekerja, serta cara mengatur stasiun kerja agar lebih ergonomis. Selain itu, peserta juga diajarkan pentingnya peregangan dan istirahat untuk mengurangi kelelahan dan ketegangan fisik selama bekerja. Melalui pendekatan ergonomi, diharapkan para pekerja UMKM pengolahan kedelai dapat meningkatkan kualitas kerja mereka, mengurangi risiko cedera, dan bekerja dalam lingkungan yang lebih sehat dan nyaman. Penyuluhan ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih dalam mengenai pengaturan stasiun kerja yang ergonomis, serta manfaat kesehatan jangka panjang dari postur kerja yang baik.

Abstract

Efficient urban mobility is a fundamental element in supporting economic growth and enhancing the quality of life for the population. The integration of transport modes serves as a viable solution to address issues such as traffic congestion, limited accessibility, and travel inefficiency in urban areas. This study analyses the impact of transport mode integration on urban mobility from three key dimensions: physical, operational, and policy-based. The research is particularly relevant given the growing demand for efficient and sustainable public transportation in developing cities. Employing Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling and primary data collected from public transport users, the findings indicate that all three dimensions of integration significantly influence urban mobility, with operational integration emerging as the most dominant factor. Furthermore, urban mobility was found to have a positive impact on reducing environmental harm. The research model satisfies the criteria for validity and reliability, with a Goodness of Fit (GoF) value of 0.607. The findings recommend the acceleration of integrated infrastructure development, the optimisation of technology-based operational management, and the harmonisation of transport policies to create a more sustainable transport system. Future studies may consider extending the model by incorporating mediating variables such as green technology and broadening the scope of analysis to include socio-economic dimensions
