Abstract

[Bahasa]: Desa Rejosari adalah salah satu Desa di Kabupaten Purworejo, Jawa Tengah yang memiliki potensi sumber daya alam (SDA) berupa pohon kelapa. Akan tetapi, pemanfaatan yang tidak maksimal sering mengakibatkan pembuangan kelapa disebabkan jumlah panen yang berlebih. Untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan SDA tersebut, dilakukan perancangan bisnis produksi Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO). Pengabdian fokus pada aspek teknis yang meliputi pemilihan lokasi produksi dengan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), analisis aliran produksi VCO, layout design, dan penentuan jumlah pekerja dan peralatan yang optimal berbasis simulasi. Hasil pemilihan lokasi produksi pada program pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa lokasi yang terletak di samping SMK VIP Maarif NU 1 Kemiri merupakan lokasi yang paling optimal dilihat dari kriteria kemudahan akses, luas bangunan, dan ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana. Kemudian untuk memenuhi permintaan selama 4 bulan ke depan, diperlukan 13 orang pekerja beserta peralatan yang mendukung proses produksi dengan investasi serendah mungkin. Selanjutnya layout dari lantai produksi VCO dirancang dengan pertimbangan dapat menghasilkan jarak seminimal mungkin sehingga mampu meningkatkan efisiensi serta mempermudah jalan keluar-masuk barang. Hasil analisis teknis kemudian disimulasikan menggunakan software Flexsim versi 2021 dan menunjukkan bahwa perancangan bisnis VCO telah mencapai hasil efektif dilihat dari ketercapaian output produksi dan efisien dilihat dari utilisasi pekerja. Uji coba produksi serta penyuluhan telah dilakukan sebagai bukti validasi. Kata Kunci: Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), perancangan bisnis, simulasi, Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) [English]: Rejosari Village is one of the villages in Purworejo Regency, Central Java, which has natural resource potential (SDA) in the form of coconut trees. However, the disposal of coconuts due to the excessive harvest and lack of utilization often happens. A Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) production business was designed to optimize the utility of natural resources. This community service focuses on technical aspects analysis including the selection of production location using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, VCO production flow analysis, layout design, and the determination of the optimal number of workers and equipment based on simulation. The result of the production location selection indicates that the location next to the Vocational High School Maarif NU 1 Kemiri is the most optimal location seen from the criteria of easy access, building area, and availability of facilities and infrastructure. Then to meet the demand for the next 4 months, it requires 13 workers along with equipment that supports the production process with the lowest possible investment. Furthermore, the layout of the VCO production floor was designed with the consideration that it could produce a minimum distance to increase efficiency and facilitate the passage of goods in and out. The results of the technical analysis were then simulated using the Flexsim software and showed that the VCO business design has achieved effectiveness examined from the achievement of production output and efficiency from optimum workers utilization. Abstract

The solid waste section of Manggala District, Makassar City, currently still finds many risks that commonly occur in the waste management supply chain from the waste source to the Temporary Disposal Site (TPS) then to the Final Disposal Site (TPA). This causes the volume of waste to increase every day due to the lack of waste sorting from the waste source so that the waste in the TPS is scattered due to the waste bins no longer being able to accommodate it and ultimately the TPA experiences over capacity without any effective handling to reduce the volume of waste. Therefore, it is necessary to deal with the risks that occur. This research aims to provide suggestions for sustainable mitigation strategies to reduce the impact of risks on waste management using the Delphi method to identify potential risks. Using the House of Risk (HOR) at the risk analysis and evaluation stage to determine mitigation strategies and measuring the sustainability index using the Successive Interval (MSI) Method to determine the sustainability status of the proposed mitigation strategy. Based on the research results, it is known that there are 18 risk events and 65 risk agents identified. Next, a mitigation strategy was carried out on the risk agent using 16 preventive actions, which then measured the level of sustainability of each strategy. The results of these measurements found 3 strategies whose status was very sustainable, 10 strategies whose status was quite sustainable and 3 strategies whose status was less sustainable.

Abstract

Pelatihan penulisan artikel ilmiah bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman, keterampilan, dan motivasi mahasiswa tingkat akhir Jurusan Pendidikan Teknik Otomotif Universitas Negeri Makassar. Pelatihan ini penting karena masih minimnya kemampuan mahasiswa dalam penulisan artikel ilmiah dan merupakan salah satu syarat kelulusan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah, diskusi kelompok, dan praktik penulisan berdasarkan hasil penelitian mahasiswa. Kegiatan pelatihan diikuti oleh 60 mahasiswa dan dilaksanakan dalam dua sesi yaitu penyampaian materi dan praktik penulisan draft artikel ilmiah. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 7 dari 9 kelompok berhasil menyusun draft artikel lengkap, meliputi pendahuluan, metode, hasil, diskusi, dan referensi. Pelatihan ini membantu mahasiswa mengatasi kesulitan teknis dalam menulis artikel dan terdapat peningkatan motivasi mahasiswa untuk menulis serta mempublikasikan artikel ilmiah.

Abstract

Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk. Unit Makassar merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang produksi pakan ternak, salah satunya adalah pakan ternak konsentrat ayam petelur yaitu produk CAL 9, GOLD KLK, dan KLKS 36. Dalam proses produksinya menggunakan 3 mesin yaitu mesin Intake, mesin Mixer, dan mesin Bagging. Urutan pelaksanaan job dilakukan tanpa metode yang jelas, sehingga menghasilkan waktu penyelesaian job keseluruhan yang lama, yaitu 26.592 menit. Sehingga, diperlukan upaya untuk mengurangi seluruh waktu penyelesaian job (makespan). Waktu penyelesaian job dapat dikurangi dengan meminimalkan makespan, sehingga memungkinkan tercapainya tujuan produksi dan peningkatan kapasitas produksi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan urutan job terbaik untuk mencapai makespan yang sesingkat mungkin. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, metode penjadwalan produksi Campbell Dudek Smith memberikan hasil yang optimum dengan menghasilkan total makespan time sebesar 13303,6 menit dengan menggunakan urutan job yang dikerjakan yaitu dimulai dari produk GOLD KLK – CAL 9 – KLKS 36. Dengan selisih waktu yang dihasilkan sebesar 13288,4 menit dari kondisi awal perusahaan sebelum menerapkan metode tersebut.

Abstract

Yogyakarta is a city that is often called a miniature of Indonesia, has a multitude of features. Starting from governance to many other features. Trans Jogja is one of the BRT products for the city of Jogja which is said to have been initially built to provide clean, neat and comfortable city transportation for everyone. However, Trans Jogja, which is heralded as an improvement in public transportation service modes, is in reality still less than optimal. In order to meet the expectations of prospective passengers at bus stops, service improvements and innovations are needed. In this research, Trans Jogja bus stops will be identified using the SERVQUAL and House of Quality methods. The cause of customer dissatisfaction in the Servqual analysis is that from the results of data processing it was found that there was a gap in all service dimensions at the Trans Jogja bus stop. Determining the highest to smallest improvement priorities to increase customer satisfaction in the House of Quality analysis is conducting training to improve performance, evaluating staff performance, updating schedules and daily departure routes clearly and in detail, controlling the availability of service facilities, implementing SOPs for staff , Providing a box for suggestions and criticism, and Providing supporting facilities for the safety and smooth running of Trans Jogja bus stop users.

Abstract

This causes the volume of waste to increase every day due to the lack of segregation of waste from waste sources so that waste in the TPS is scattered due to the fact that the trash cans are no longer able to accommodate it and finally the TPA is over capacity without any effective handling to reduce the volume of waste. Therefore it is necessary to handle the risks that occur. This study aims to provide recommendations for sustainable mitigation strategies to reduce the impact of risks on waste management using the Delphi method to identify potential risks. Using the House of Risk (HOR) in the risk analysis and evaluation stages to determine mitigation strategies. Research data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, questionnaires, brainstorming, and focus group discussions (FGD). Based on the research results it is known that there are 18 risk events and 65 identified risk agents. Furthermore, a mitigation strategy for risk agents is carried out using 16 preventive actions that have been designed using HOR phase II, for further research it is hoped that it will be able to develop waste management in other sub-districts in Makassar City.

Abstract

Writing citations and bibliographies is an important part of writing scientific papers, especially for final year students who are writing their thesis or final assignment. However, many students still have difficulty in applying correct and consistent citation rules. Therefore, this training aims to improve students' understanding and skills in using the Mendeley application as a reference management tool. The training activities were carried out directly and were divided into several sessions, including an introduction to the concept of citation, installation and use of the Mendeley application, as well as the practice of inserting citations and creating automatic bibliographies in Microsoft Word. The training participants were final year students from the Automotive Engineering Education Study Program, who were selected based on the need to improve academic literacy skills. The results of the pre-test and post-test showed a significant increase in the participants' understanding and skills. In addition, feedback obtained through the questionnaire showed that the majority of participants felt that this training was very useful and relevant. Thus, this training can be one solution to help students improve the quality of scientific papers and avoid plagiarism.

Abstract

Proper waste management begins with individual awareness, particularly from an early age. This Community Service Program aimed to enhance the knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors of students in sorting and managing waste according to its types: organic, inorganic, and hazardous-toxic (B3) waste. The activity was conducted at SMP Islam Yayasan Nurul Iman, involving 60 students selected from various grade levels as the primary subjects. The program employed an educative-participatory approach through stages, including socialization, hands-on simulation, and the installation of segregated waste bins. Evaluation was carried out using pre-test and post-test instruments, revealing a 40%–50% increase in students’ understanding across five key waste management indicators. In addition to cognitive improvement, students also demonstrated positive behavioral changes in disposing of waste properly. The program received strong support from school staff and teachers and showed a multiplier effect, as students began applying waste sorting practices at home. These findings indicate that appropriate educational interventions and active student involvement can foster a sustainable culture of environmental awareness within schools.

Abstract

Perubahan iklim global merupakan tantangan serius yang mengancam ekosistem ekosistem di seluruh dunia. Peningkatan suhu global sebesar 1,1°C sejak era pra-industri serta peningkatan frekuensi bencana alam menekankan pentingnya penerapan strategi pengelolaan lingkungan yang adaptif dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk efektivitas efektivitas strategi pengelolaan lingkungan yang dilaksanakan oleh pemerintah daerah dan sektor industri dalam menanggulangi dampak perubahan iklim, serta mengusulkan model pengelolaan yang lebih responsif. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode campuran (mixed method), dengan pengumpulan data primer melalui wawancara dan survei terhadap 120 responden (pemerintah, industri, dan komunitas), serta data sekunder dari laporan lingkungan selama sepuluh tahun terakhir. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan SWOT dan matriks penilaian keinginan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi konservasi udara, energi terbarukan, dan rehabilitasi lahan memiliki efektivitas tinggi (rata-rata skor 8,2 dari 10). Sebaliknya, strategi berbasis regulasi tanpa pengawasan memiliki efektivitas yang rendah (rata-rata skor 4,3). Data emisi karbon dari tiga wilayah studi menunjukkan penurunan rata-rata 18,7% dalam lima tahun terakhir. Kesimpulannya, strategi berbasis partisipasi komunitas dan integrasi teknologi hijau lebih efektif dalam menghadapi tantangan iklim. Pendekatan multisektor berbasis data direkomendasikan untuk kebijakan jangka panjang.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sampah merupakan isu global yang semakin mendesak, terutama dalam konteks pendidikan. Di Indonesia, meskipun sudah ada program pendidikan lingkungan, masih banyak siswa yang belum menerapkan pengetahuan mereka mengenai pemilahan sampah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara pengetahuan lingkungan siswa SMK Darussalam di Makassar dan sikap mereka terhadap pemilahan sampah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif korelasional, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui angket yang terdiri dari 25 pertanyaan terkait tes pengetahuan lingkungan dan 25 pertanyaan untuk tes sikap peduli lingkungan. Sampel penelitian ini mencakup 100 siswa yang aktif mengikuti program pendidikan lingkungan. Untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kedua variabel, digunakan uji korelasi Pearson. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas siswa memiliki pengetahuan lingkungan yang tinggi dan sikap peduli lingkungan yang baik. Uji korelasi Pearson mengungkapkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan dan positif antara pengetahuan lingkungan dan sikap peduli lingkungan (r = 0,658, p = 0,000). Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam memahami bagaimana pengetahuan dapat mempengaruhi sikap pro-lingkungan siswa, serta menyarankan agar pendidikan lingkungan lebih diutamakan untuk membentuk perilaku siswa yang lebih peduli terhadap pengelolaan sampah.
