Abstract

Islamic education is a future choice, and a reference in developing human potential and the embryo of world civilization. However, Islamic education does not always run smoothly, and in fact, it seems static because the education that is carried out cannot be separated from the system and the laws of life that take place. Therefore, Islamic education must be managed in a professional and quality manner. This paper aims to offer a progressive Islamic education model. Through literature studies from various literatures, which are then described and analysed with a qualitative approach, it shows that the Islamic education model must be designed and oriented towards empowering and developing human potential, so as to produce competitive and productive Human Resources. The basic models and styles of progressive Islamic education are able to create positive forces that can influence and determine human attitudes in life. The stronger the quality and potential of the human person, the more they will be able to have a visionary perspective and be able to realize and deepen the meaning of Islamic education in life as a determinant of identity. Thus, the Islamic education system will immediately be reformulated in accordance with the dynamics of the times, market needs, and based on local wisdom.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola pendidikan Islam pada masa Nabi Muhammad SAW. Kajian ini menjadi penting karena pendidikan Islam mempunyai arti penting bagi umat Islam dalam meneladani proses pendidikan Islam sejak zaman Nabi, yang bermanfaat untuk memahami pertumbuhan dan perkembangan pendidikan Islam, sehingga mampu menjawab persoalan-persoalan kontemporer dalam pendidikan Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data mengenai sejarah pendidikan Islam pada masa Nabi Muhammad diperoleh melalui pembacaan dan kajian mendalam terhadap berbagai literatur. Penelitian ini menemukan pendidikan Islam di masa Rasulullah telah berlangsung di Mekah dan Madinah. Di Mekah, Nabi menjadikan lembaga pendidikan, yakni rumah, Dar al-Arqam dan Kuttab sebagai sarana yang efektif dan efisien. Materi pendidikan Islam berisi pendidikan akhlak dan budi pekerti, dan pendidikan jasmani (kesehatan), seperti menunggang kuda, memanah, dan menjaga kebersihan. Sementara pola pendidikan yang diterapkan Nabi di Madinah berorientasi pada pemantapan nilai-nilai persaudaraan antara kaum Muhajirin dan Anshar. Nabi mendirikan masjid dan Suffah sebagai sarana yang efektif. Muatan pendidikannya menekankan pada penanaman tauhid, pendidikan keluarga, pendidikan masyarakat, dan budi pekerti. Semua ini efektif karena motivasi dari dalam masyarakat Madinah dan karisma serta metode yang digunakan Nabi dalam menangani kepentingan masyarakat secara adil dan demokratis. Temuan ini menunjukkan pola pendidikan Islam yang diterapkan Nabi Muhammad SAW. di Mekah dan Madina. Kesimpulannya, pendidikan Islam dalam sejarahnya telah berkontribusi besar terhadap peradaban manusia terutama umat Muslim di dunia. This research aims to analyze the patterns of Islamic education during the time of the Prophet Muhammad. This study is important as Islamic education holds significance for Muslims in emulating the process of Islamic education since the time of the Prophet, which is beneficial for understanding the growth and development of Islamic education, thus addressing contemporary issues in Islamic education. The research methodology employed is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data regarding the history of Islamic education during the time of the Prophet Muhammad was obtained through extensive reading and study of various literature sources. The study finds that Islamic education during the Prophet occurred in Mecca and Medina. In Mecca, the Prophet established educational institutions, such as homes, Dar al-Arqam and Kuttab as effective and efficient means. The curriculum of Islamic education included moral and character education, as well as physical education (health), such as horse riding, archery, and hygiene. Meanwhile, the educational pattern implemented by the Prophet in Medina focused on strengthening the values of brotherhood between the Muhajirin and the Ansar. The Prophet established mosques and Suffah as effective means. The educational content emphasized the cultivation of monotheism, family education, community education, and manners. All of these were effective due to the motivation from within the Medina community and the charisma and methods employed by the Prophet in fairly and democratically addressing the community's interests. These findings illustrate the pattern of Islamic education implemented by the Prophet Muhammad  in Mecca and Medina. In conclusion, throughout history, Islamic education has significantly contributed to human civilization, particularly for the Muslim community worldwide

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pustakawan dalam meningkatkan minat baca siswa di MIN 1 Manado dan mengungkap faktor penghambatnya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dalam menganalisis data. Data primer diperoleh dari responden penelitian yaitu pustakawan, dan guru, sedangkan buku, artikel jurnal, dan dokumen digunakan sebagai data sekunder. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi, serta dianalisis dengan teknik analisis induktif. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dalam meningkatkan minat baca siswa, pengelola perpustakaan membentuk kelompok belajar yang menjadwalkan kunjungan ke perpustakaan dan membuat tempat baca (pojok baca) di setiap kelas. Selain itu, kegiatan membaca dilakukan dengan mengadakan storytelling, berkunjung ke perpustakaan untuk membaca selama 1 jam, memberikan technical reading, serta memberikan penghargaan kepada siswa yang rajin berkunjung dan meminjam buku di perpustakaan. Kegiatan dan program membaca yang telah disebutkan sebelumnya menarik minat siswa untuk aktif membaca. Selain itu, pengelola perpustakaan bekerjasama dengan wali kelas dan guru mata pelajaran, serta alumni (1 alumni, 1 buku cerita) dalam meningkatkan minat baca siswa. Terakhir, ditemukan faktor penghambat peningkatan minat baca siswa adalah keterbatasan jumlah koleksi buku, minimnya jumlah pengelola perpustakaan, dan kecilnya ruang perpustakaan. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peran pemerintah terutama dalam hal penambahan koleksi buku, perekrutan tenaga perpustakaan, dan perluasan ruangan perpustakaan.

Abstract

Kebijakan pendidikan Islam di Indonesia erat kaitannya dengan proses sejarah yang panjang. Pada awalnya pendidikan Islam di Indonesia mengalami pasang surut, kemudian menunjukkan perubahan-perubahan besar yang luar biasa. Perubahan kebijakan terkait pendidikan Islam di Indonesia ini tidak lepas dari pengaruh kolonialisme. Berangkat dari fakta sejarah yang ada, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan pendidikan Islam pada masa kolonial Belanda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data penelitian berupa literatur terkait sejarah maupun kebijakan pendidikan Islam pada masa kolonial Belanda didapatkan melalui pembacaan dan kajian mendalam terhadap berbagai bahan pustaka. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa hegemoni pendidikan Belanda dalam mengatur kebijakan pendidikan Islam, khususnya yang diusung lembaga pendidikan Islam didasarkan pada nalar politik, ideologis, dan kultural ala kolonialis untuk memaksakan pengaruh pemerintahannya terhadap Muslim Indonesia. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pemerintah Belanda merugikan Muslim Indonesia. Kesimpulannya, kebijakan kolonial Belanda terhadap pendidikan Islam di Indonesia adalah dikotomis dan diskriminatif, sehingga membuatnya kaku dan sulit berkembang. Meski begitu, semangat mempertahankan dan memperjuangkan pendidikan Islam di Indonesia terus diwujudkan oleh para ulama. Semangat para ulama ini dibuktikan dengan semakin eksisnya lembaga pendidikan Islam (pesantren dan madrasah) hingga saat ini.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the debate between religious and traditional figures over pagang gadai land in Agam Regency, West Sumatra, Indonesia. This research is essential for religious figures to consider the practice of pawning that the community has carried out to be usury. It employed qualitative methods with a case research approach and used the maṣlaḥah mursalah theory to analyze the data. The primary data were obtained from informants, including religious leaders and members of the Indonesian Ulama Council (MUI), Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), and Muhammadiyah, as well as traditional figures comprising Kerapatan Adat Nagari (KAN) members. Some relevant books, literature, and journal articles were studied as secondary data. The study shows that the practice of pagang gadai is considered usury to religious figures but not traditional ones. Traditional figures view the practice of pagang gadai as belonging to bay’ al-wafā’, as it is a form of mutual assistance (ta’āwun) devoid of injustice but benefits both parties. The opinion of traditional figures on mutual assistance, based on the concept of benefit, is consistent with the maṣlaḥah mursalah theory that pagang gadai is valuable to society. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian menganalisis perdebatan tokoh agama dan tokoh adat terkait pagang gadai tanah di Kabupaten Agam, Sumatera Barat, Indonesia. Penelitian ini penting untuk dilakukan karena praktek gadai yang selama ini dilakukan oleh masyarakat dianggap oleh para tokoh agama sebagai riba. Jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus dan teori maṣlaḥah mursalah digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Data primer diperoleh dari informan, yakni tokoh agama yang terdiri dari pimpinan dan anggota Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI), Nahdlatul Ulama (NU), dan Muhammadiyah, serta tokoh adat yang tergabung dalam Kerapatan Adat Nagari (KAN) sedangkan literatur buku dan artikel jurnal relevan dijadikan sumber sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik pagang gadai dianggap riba oleh tokoh agama, namun tidak bagi tokoh adat. Tokoh adat memandang praktik pagang gadai termasuk dalam bay’ al-wafā’, karena merupakan bentuk gotong royong (ta’āwun) yang tidak mengandung unsur zalim namun menguntungkan kedua pihak yang mengambil manfaat darinya. Pendapat tokoh adat yang menitikberatkan pada konsep kemaslahatan, yakni tolong-menolong sejalan dengan teori maṣlaḥah mursalah bahwa pagang gadai dapat mewujudkan kemaslahatan di masyarakat.

Abstract

The problem of waste is the subject of discussion from time to time, waste that is not managed properly has a negative impact on the environment. There needs to be a waste management system so that waste problems can be suppressed and overcome, the most effective method of overcoming waste is burning but the results of burning will cause pollution that can pollute the air and can affect the environment. In an effort to overcome the problem of environmentally friendly waste, the Sorong of Merchant Marine Polytechnic designed a waste handling system through the Design of Environmentally-Friendly and Hybrid smokeless incinerators whose work system uses smokeless combustion using “hybrid power” sources, solar cell and power plant company. This research uses qualitative methods referring to previous research. The Incinerator working system is to process waste in an environmentally friendly process using the automatic combustion method to turn waste into residue through several levels of filtering in the “incinerator chamber”. The combustion of waste will also cause smoke and gas which will be flowed by the "blower" then suppressed and eliminated using the "smoke and gas remover" system by isolating it in a room with a spray and sprinkle device that is driven by high-pressure water power from the "water pump". There are two filtration systems in this incinerator system, first "gas filtration" which is used to capture and trap harmful gases, second water filtration is used to filter waste water (aerosols) from the smoke and gas remover process, clean water filtering results will be accommodated and recirculated to the "smoke and gas remover" using a "water pump". The "Hybrid power" source in this tool is used to drive the "conveyor", "automatic waste door", "automatic lighter", "blower" and "water pump".

Abstract

Tumbuhan paku adalah tumbuhan golongan herba yang menjadi bagian dari vegetasi penyusun vegetasi Daerah Aliran Sungai Poboya dalam kawasan TAHURA Kota Palu, Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginventarisasi jenis-jenis tumbuhan paku dan kelayakannya sebagai media pembelajaran dalam bentuk poster. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode jalur dengan teknik pengambilan sampel melalui koleksi bebas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di Daerah Aliran Sungai Poboya diperoleh 15 jenis tumbuhan paku yang termasuk dalam 2 kelas, 3 Ordo, dan 8 Famili. Jenis paku terrestrial adalah Angiopteris angustifolia, Crypsinopsis platyphyllos, Diplazium esculentum, Drynaria sparsisora, Elaphoglossum callifolium, Nephrolepis biserrata, Nephrolepis falcata, Phymatosorus longissima, Pneumatopteris callosa, dan Selaginella plana. Jenis paku epifit adalah Adiantum cuneatum, Adiantum malesianum, Adiantum trapeziforme, Asplenium nidus, dan Blechnum vestitum. Poster mengenai jenis-jenis tumbuhan paku tergolong layak digunakan sebagai media dalam pembelajaran biologi.

Abstract

Digitalization of education is a logical consequence of developments over time, a response to educational services that are experiencing changes in both the learning system and learning culture. Developments in the field of education are closely related to the term innovation. Innovation in the realm of education is an obligation for all educational actors. Moreover, the development of science and technology is growing rapidly. The parenting pattern that has been implemented in most vocational schools within the Ministry of Transportation is still more of a manual system that cannot be connected directly to digitalization. The aim of the process of developing digitalization of parenting patterns is expected to increase efficiency and optimization in many ways, including efficiency and optimization of parenting activities, connectivity between institutions or units involved in parenting, access to data related to parenting patterns, personal data of cadets and caregivers, as well as ease of use. information in accessing rules relating to parenting patterns. The research method used is a mixed type of research. Mixed research is the use of two types of research, namely qualitative and quantitative in one study. The research location is planned to be carried out at a vocational school under the Ministry of Transportation (Poltekpel Sorong). This research then produced an online-based digitalization development desktop software and was then named the see cadet application website. This development and research uses the ADDIE Development Model, namely the analysis stage, design stage, development stage, implementation stage and evaluation stage.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem pengelolaan Tambahan Penghasilan Pegawai (TPP) berbasis geolokasi pada Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika Kota Kendari. Latar belakang penelitian didasari oleh permasalahan absensi pegawai yang masih dilakukan secara manual dengan tatap muka kepada operator, sehingga menimbulkan antrean dan mengurangi efisiensi waktu kerja. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan pengembangan sistem melalui observasi, wawancara, serta studi dokumentasi. Sistem dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan basis data MySQL, serta dirancang menggunakan pendekatan berorientasi objek melalui Unified Modeling Language (UML). Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mengotomatisasi proses absensi dan perhitungan TPP, dilengkapi dengan fitur pengelolaan data pegawai, data jabatan, data golongan, perhitungan TPP, laporan absensi, serta laporan TPP. Integrasi fitur geolokasi memungkinkan verifikasi posisi pegawai saat melakukan absensi, sehingga meningkatkan keakuratan data sekaligus efisiensi operasional. Evaluasi sistem membuktikan adanya peningkatan efektivitas dalam pengelolaan TPP, baik dari sisi ketepatan perhitungan maupun kinerja administrasi.
