Abstract

This paper discusses about the importance of English education for early childhood. English education is needed along with the progress of a country. Therefore, education English as an international language was introduced as early as possible to the students before the age of 12 years. Early childhood is children in the age range 2-7 years and is a golden period for language development. They were able to learn to speak like native speakers. However, they are still on the cognitive development of preoperational that has a high self-centered, do not understand abstract things, just to understand the symbols and still pre-logical thinking. Therefore, English language education for children in need of methods and processes appropriate and effective teaching, for example through song, music and movement. The method is considered successful and very suitable for early childhood in learning English. To develop the method also requires the teacher's role as an educator in the process of learning English.

Abstract

The regulation of the Ministry of Home Affairs No. 15 of 2021 concerning PPKM had an impact on the operational decline of several important economic sectors including food and beverage, transportation, retail and also the tourism sector. No exception, micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) were also affected. As a result, they have significantly decreased performance of their operational. The objective of this study is to analyses current condition of MSMEs operation in the post COVID 19 crises. A quantitative approach was employed in this study. Around 371 MSME owners were selected as sample of this study. Descriptive analysis with SPSS tools was applied as analysis technique. The results show that there is an impact of COVID 19 on the decline in the performance of MSMEs, particularly Micro and Small businesses. There is a decrease in sales turnover and profit, unavailable or expensive raw materials as well as a reduction in staff or workers. The study suggests the need for capital assistance, relaxation of loan installments and increased sales via online to help continuity of their business in facing COVID19 pandemic.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Corporate Governance in Islamic banking in Indonesia and the implementation of Corporate Governance in Islamic banking in Indonesia according to the standards of Corporate Governance by AAOIFI. This study used secondary data obtained from the annual report of Good Corporate Governance of Sharia Commercial Bank which has been published in 2019. The method used in this study is qualitative with the type of research is content analysis from the annual Good Corporate Governance report of Islamic bank in Indonesia. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Corporate Governance at Sharia Commercial Banks in general have done good corporate governance which is marked with the result of self-assessment of every Sharia Commercial Bank which on average gets a good predicate. The results of research on the implementation of AAOIFI standards of Corporate Governance in general have applied some of the AAOIFI standards, but there is one standard AAOIFI that has not been applied by Sharia Commercial Banks other than Bank Muamalat. The standard that has not been applied is Internal Sharia Reviews which should be established in the policy.Keywords: Islamic Banking, Corporate Governance, AAOIFI

Abstract

Research aim : This research aims to determine the role of MSME business development training on improving the business performance of BMT Beringharjo Ponorogo partners. Design/Methode/Approach : In this research and service, we use direct observation methods in the field and use training and mentoring methods for BMT Beringharjo Ponorogo partners. Research Finding : The result of carrying out this research and service is that the MSME partners of BMT Beringharjo are able to understand and implement the concepts of financial recording, marketing methods through normal means and digital marketing, warehousing operations and HR management within the scope of their respective MSMEs
