Dusun Dalam Village Government established a Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes) Karya Dermawan is a policy utilization. The main pillar was established BUMDes Karya Dermawan in accordance with the mandate of the objectives whose activities were oriented to encourage the welfare of the village community. Therefore, this study was conducted aimed at looking at the welfare provided by BUMDes Karya Dermawan Dusun Dalam village especially to the beneficiary community and compare the level of welfare before and after BUMDes Karya Dermawan was established. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach, and data sourced from primary data by using Paired Sample t-Test as a data analysis tool. This study shows that BUMDes Karya Dermawan provides welfare to the beneficiary communities through businesses that have been established including Cooperatives;, Alsintan; and Workshop, which is directly able to change or succeed in providing an increase in welfare for the beneficiary community after the establishment of BUMDes as evidenced by the results of the Paried Sample t-Test analysis. With this evidence of success, for all elements should give intensive attention;, so that the development of BUMDes Karya Dermawan exists even more as a driver of community welfare. And also integratedly invites and becomes a valuable lesson for existing villages to establish BUMDes or villages that already have BUMDes, but have not succeeded in providing a common thread for the welfare of their citizens

The purposed of this study was to analyze the influence between income and household consumption on the welfare of potatoes taffy business in Lubuk Nagodang Village, Siulak Subdistrict, Kerinci regency. This study was assessing the welfare of taffy business in Islamic economic concepts and indicators. Field research with quantitative-qualitative (Mixed Method) as the method and approach used in this research. The research data was sourced from primary data, using multiple linear regression equations as a data analysis tool. This study was shown that the income partially has a significant effect on the welfare of potatoes taffy business that assessed from the Islamic economic concept. Then, household consumption partially has a significant effect on the welfare of potatoes taffy business assessed from the concept of Islamic economics. Besides, the income with household consumption simultaneously has a significant effect on the welfare of potatoes taffy business assessed from the concept of Islamic economics with a significance value of 0.000 0.05, and both variables contribute 69.2% together, while the remaining 30 ,8% influenced or explained by other factors not discussed in this study.

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan menilai kesejahteraan masyarakat penerima manfaat BUMDes Karya Dermawan dalam ekonomi Islam. Ini didasari bahwa gagasan kesejahteraan ekonomi konvensional dipandang tidak sesuai, yang hanya meletakan dimensi kebutuhan materil (dunia) untuk menilai sejahteranya masayarakat. Karena itu, kesesuaian menilai sejahteranya masyarakat terletak dalam gagasan kesejahteraan ekonomi Islam, yang didilamnya terdapat penilaian dimensi kebutuhan spiritual (akhirat) dan materil (dunia), dengan mengacu lima prinsip tujuan syariat Islam (Maqasid Syariah). Penelitian ini mempergunakan pendekatan Mixed Method. Data penelitian dikumpul dari sumber primer, meliputi data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data kuantitatif berupa hasil kuesioner yang telah disebarkan/diisi oleh 100 responden yang diambil secara Purposive Sampling dan dihitung mengikuti teknik Slovin. Data kualitatif berupa observasi dan wawancara terhadap 6 responden yang diambil secara Snowball Sampling. Penelitian ini mempergunakan metode analisis deskriptif sebagai alat analisis data Mixed Method. This article explains the utilization of Al-Qur'an and Development Waqf (WAP waqf) and clean water waqf through the Al-Qur'an Waqf Board in the Mentawai Islands, which is based on the basic needs of the community in the religious and social fields. This waqf was motivated by the backwardness of the people in the Mentawai Islands from a religious and social perspective, which prompted the Al-Qur'an Waqf Board to allocate waqf programs there. Research data was collected through in-depth interviews and documentation. It was then analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The research findings show that the Al-Qur'an Waqf Board allocates Al-Qur'an accompanied by guidance to the Mentawai Muslim community as waqf. The utilization form of WAP waqf for Mentawai Islands people provides broad access to studying and understanding the Al-Qur'an, coaching daily worship, coaching and mentoring new converts to Islam, and coaching preachers before preaching to the community. The utilization of the water waqf is in the form of building clean water facilities in mosques and near residential areas, accompanied by religious and sanitation development for the communities receiving the waqf benefits. These findings can have implications for the importance of understanding the main problems of society so that the utilization of waqf can be more diverse and provide maximum benefits. The utilization of waqf must address the basic needs of society so that it can solve problems that develop in society while still relying on sharia.

Lembaga keuangan syariah harus berupaya meningkatkan kreativitas dalam menjaga lembaga keuangannya. Salah satu lembaga keuangan syariah yang ada di Lubuk Lintah adalah KJKS (Koperasi Jasa Keuangan Syariah) BMT (Baitul Mal wa Tamwil) Desa Lubuk Lintah. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan beberapa strategi pengembangan BMT Lubuk Lintah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan data yang berasal dari lapangan (field study), sumber data yang digunakan adalah: pertama, sumber primer yaitu hasil wawancara dengan pengurus BMT Lubuk Lintah, kedua: sumber sekunder yaitu dari OJS (Open Journal System ) berbasis buku dan artikel terkait tema BMT. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa metode strategis dalam pengembangan BMT Lubuk Lintah adalah optimalisasi pelayanan, penentuan segmentasi pasar, melakukan kegiatan pemasaran sesuai target pasar, sosialisasi kepada masyarakat, margin hanya 1,5%, dan rekreasi akhir tahun. Islamic financial institutions must strive to increase creativity in maintaining their financial institutions. One of the Islamic financial institutions in Lubuk Lintah is KJKS (Sharia Financial Services Cooperative) BMT (Baitul Mal wa Tamwil) Lubuk Lintah Village. This article aims to outline some of the development strategies of BMT Lubuk Lintah. The research method used is qualitative with data from the field (field study), the data sources used are: first, primary sources, namely the results of interviews with BMT Lubuk Lintah administrators, second: secondary sources, namely from OJS (Open Journal System) based on books and articles related to BMT themes. This study found that the strategic methods in the development of BMT Lubuk Lintah are service optimization, market segmentation, conducting marketing activities according to the target market, socialization to the community, margin of only 1.5%, and year-end recreation.

This study aims to understand zakat compliance through the latest literature review from 2020-2024. The method used is a literature study by collecting and analyzing data from relevant scientific articles. Data analysis uses content analysis to identify and categorize the main themes that emerge from the analyzed literature, as well as thematic analysis to identify recurring patterns or themes in the data. While the analysis tools use the Vosviewr application, Microsoft Excel and Mendeley. The results of the study show that the latest literature insights from 2020-2024 have 15 variables with the most appearances in publications on zakat, including attitudes 78 occurrences, knowledge 63 occurrences, zakat institutions 62 occurrences, income 55 occurrences, compliance behavior 52 occurrences, influence 52 occurrences, religiosity 52 occurrences, income zakat 43 occurrences, subjective norms 43 occurrences, trust 41 occurrences, awareness 34 occurrences, professional zakat 18 occurrences, self-efficacy 18 occurrences, BAZNAS 14 occurrences, and accountability 13 occurrences. By understanding the variables that influence the fulfillment of zakat, it is hoped that the level of fulfillment can increase, so that zakat collection will also increase. This will support the redistribution of wealth and facilitate poverty alleviation efforts.

This research aims to determine the map of research development and systematically explore articles about sharia compliance using bibliographic studies and Systematic Literature Reviews (SLR). Research data was obtained through the Scopus database. The study was conducted over a 10-year period from 2013 to 2023, looking for keys to sharia compliance by searching publications and discarding applications on the Scopus website. A total of 93 research papers were obtained. The data obtained was analyzed via PRISMA to obtain accurate data. SSS implementation steps occur in three phases: identification, validation, and feasibility. The SSS process selected 63 articles from 29 identified articles, and the selected articles were analyzed further. Based on the mapping visualization results using VOSviewer, the sharia compliance study was divided into 21 clusters based on keywords and 10 clusters based on the author's words. Thanks to the Publish or Perish application, the highest score was achieved in 2022 with the number of publications reaching 20 journal articles. Rating agencies and professional journals now publish academic publications on sharia compliance. The institution that publishes many related journals is the Journal of Islamic Marketing. In addition, Mr. Rabbani and Mr. Mustafa Raza are the most productive research authors in the field of Sharia compliance from 2013 to 2023.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pemetaan serta tinjauan literature sistematik (SLR) terkait keputusan pembelian skincare. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan menggunakan Google Scholar dengan rentang waktu 2018-2023 dengan kata kunci keputusan pembelian skincare. Penelitian ini memadukan pendekatan kualitatif dengan memanfaatkan sumber data dari google scholar dengan bahasa inggris dan alat bantu aplikasi Publish or Perish. Data yang digunakan berupa narasi, paparan, dan kutipan dari berbagai bahan pustaka yang relevan dengan fokus penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara mencari artikel dengan kata kunci “Purchase Decision Skincare” pada aplikasi Publish or Perish. setelah didapatkan data pada kata kunci tersebut lalu dicopy dalam format excel , setelah itu pada menu aplikasi publish or perish save result dengan format Ris. Hasil analisis menunjukkan publikasi tertinggi terjadi pada tahun 2023 dengan jumlah 9 artikel publikasi sedangkan publikasi terendah terjadi pada tahun 2019 dan 2021 masing-masing sebanyak 1 publikasi. Hasil Visualisasi diatas menunjukan produktivitas jurnal yang telah menerbitkan artikel tentang Purchase Decision Skincare. Dari kata kunci diatas dapat kita lihat yang paling sering atau banyak digunakan adalah purchase decision dan product quality.
