Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of personal experience, the influence of others, direct marketing, mass media, and individual characteristics either together (simultaneously) or individually (partially) to the formation of consumer attitudes related to online taxi service go car in Makassar City, as well as to know which factors have the most dominant influence. Data analysis in this research is done quantitatively using Multiple Linear Regression Method. data analysis conducted Whereas personal experience factors, influence of others, direct marketing, mass media and individual characteristics have a mutual influence on the formation of consumer attitude of online taxi go car in Makassar City. Of the five free vaniabel in this study, the most dominant influence in the formation of consumer attitudes toward taxi online go car in Makassar City is variable influence of others

Abstract

Corn is an important food commodity after rice. Based on the sequence of staple foods, corn is a strategic commodity in agricultural development and the Indonesian economy, and has a multipurpose function, both for food and feed, and has balanced nutrition. The problem is whether the involvement of various yellow corn marketing institutions can increase marketing efficiency itself. While the purpose of the author is to see each marketing channel or marketing agency involved so that it can improve marketing efficiency. The most cost-effective marketing channel for marketing is channel III with a value of 6.84%, in this marketing channel the retailer directly buys farmers. Channel II the value of marketing cost efficiency is 9.31% because there are several marketing agencies involved, as well as marketing channels I with marketing cost efficiency value of 12.35%

Abstract

The This study aims to analyze and understand how peopl’s purchase intention for Indomie brand products are. This study analyzes the effect of attributes and beliefs through attitudes towards purchase intentions of Indomie Brand Products. This type of research is quantitative with research samples taken from individuals who have been in the Tamangapa complex. The research instrument used a questionnaire with a total of 110 valid questionnaires collected by the researcher. Data analysis was processed using Path Analysis with SPSS software for data processing. The results of this study found that the relationship between the variables had a positive and significant effect on both the independent, dependent, and intervening variables. The theoretical implication in this study contribute that the attitude can be studied as a mediating variable.

Abstract

The Timbuseng village government always socializes the importance of food security by providing training, besides that the village government also prepares the village budget according to the needs of the community and its implementation has been measured because all activities are carried out properly. The community participates in every village program, thus the community is aware and motivates one another. So that the activities that have been carried out continue to run well, the government and partners always coordinate.

Abstract

Leadership and knowledge management play a pivotal role in enhancing employee performance, particularly within service offices where efficiency, quality, and adaptability are paramount. Effective leadership fosters a collaborative and goal-oriented work environment, empowering employees through motivation, clear direction, and supportive communication. Meanwhile, knowledge management ensures the systematic acquisition, storage, sharing, and application of organizational knowledge, enabling employees to perform tasks efficiently and innovate effectively. This study examines the interplay between leadership styles and knowledge management practices in influencing employee performance within service offices. By analyzing qualitative and quantitative data from service organizations, the research identifies key leadership attributes—such as transformational and participative approaches—that align with robust knowledge-sharing cultures. The findings suggest that integrating adaptive leadership with strategic knowledge management not only improves individual and team performance but also enhances organizational agility and customer satisfaction. This paper provides actionable insights for leaders and managers in service offices, emphasizing the importance of fostering a learning-oriented culture and aligning leadership strategies with knowledge management practices to achieve optimal employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of internal control and employee morale on fraud at PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. Makassar Branch. The data used is primary data with a total of 68 respondents. The variables of this research are internal control and employee morality as independent variables and fraud as a dependent variable. Hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that internal control and employee morality have a significant effect on fraud. Thus, it is hoped that the results of this research can prevent fraud by improving internal control and the morality of employees PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. Makassar Branch.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pengendalian internal dan moralitras karyawan terhadap kecurangan (fraud) di PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. Cabang Makassar. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan jumlah responden 68 orang. Variabel dari penelitian ini adalah pengendalian internal dan moralitas karyawan sebagai variabel independen dan Kecurangan (fraud) sebagai variabel Independen. Pengujian Hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan pengendalian internal dan moralitas karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kecurangan (fraud) PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. Cabang Makassar. Dengan demikian hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat mencegah kecurangan (fraud) dengan meningkatkan pengendalian internal dan moralitas karyawan PT. Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk. Cabang Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas karyawan Mcdonald’s Hertasning Gowa, dimana pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 karyawan pada Mcdonald’s Hertasning Gowa dengan metode analisis regresi berganda bantuan aplikasi SPSS Versi 26. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan kompensasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada Mcdonald’s Hertasning Gowa.Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Loyalitas Karyawan

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan, digitalisasi pelayanan dan kepuasan pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai bagian pengadaan barang/jasa Sekretariat Kabupaten Jeneponto. Metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan survei. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Kesimpulannya terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan variabel pelatihan, digitalisasi pelayanan dan kepuasan pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai bagian pengadaan barang/jasa Sekretariat Kabupaten Jeneponto. Kata Kunci:Pelatihan Kerja, Digitalisasi, Kepuasan Karyawan dan Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahu pengaruh langsung keunggulan bersaing terhadap kinerja pemasaran, keunggulan bersaing terhadap digital marketing, dan keunggulan bersaing dimediasi oleh digital marketing terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 UKM, Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh diperoleh jumlah sampel sesuai dengan jumlah populasi yaitu 50 responden. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) melalui alat analisis SPSS Statistik 16. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa keunggulan bersaing, digital marketing terhadap kinerja pemasaran memiliki nilai signifikan. Pengaruh keunggulan bersaing terhadap kinerja pemasaran memiliki nilai signifikan, kemudian untuk pengaruh mediasi dihasilkan bahwa pengaruh total ketiga variaebel bebas lebih besar dari pengaruh langsungnya. Simpulan dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa keunggulan bersaing memediasi pengaruh tidak langsung digital marketing, terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Kata Kunci : Keunggulan bersaing, digital marketing, kinerja pemasaran AbstractThis study aims to determine the direct influence of competitive advantage on marketing performance, competitive advantage over digital marketing, and competitive advantage mediated by digital marketing on marketing performance. The population in this study were 50 SMEs. The sampling technique used a saturated sample to obtain the number of samples according to the total population, namely 50 respondents. The research method uses regression analysis and path analysis through the SPSS Statistics 16 analysis tool. The results of the study state that competitive advantage, digital marketing on marketing performance has a significant value. The effect of competitive advantage on marketing performance has a significant value, then for the mediating effect it is found that the total effect of the three independent variables is greater than the direct effect. The conclusions of this study prove that competitive advantage mediates the indirect effect of digital marketing on marketing performance. Keywords : competitive advantage, digital marketing, marketing performance

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dan kesesuaian peran terhadap kinerja auditor di Inspektorat Kabupaten Pegunungan Bintang, dengan mempertimbangkan peran mediasi komitmen kerja. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan teknik survei sebagai metode pengumpulan data. Responden terdiri dari 30 pegawai Inspektorat, menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi dan kesesuaian peran memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja auditor. Kompetensi yang mencakup pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan sikap, serta kesesuaian peran dengan kebutuhan dan kemampuan auditor, terbukti langsung meningkatkan efektivitas kerja. Namun, komitmen kerja tidak mampu memediasi hubungan antara kompetensi maupun kesesuaian peran terhadap kinerja auditor. Keterbatasan penelitian ini meliputi ukuran sampel yang kecil, fokus wilayah penelitian yang spesifik, dan penggunaan pendekatan kuantitatif yang dapat mengabaikan dimensi kualitatif. Penelitian ini menyarankan penguatan kompetensi dan penyesuaian peran untuk meningkatkan kinerja auditor.
