Abstract

Jumlah transaksi pada e-commerce setiap tahunnya mengalami kenaikan, di prediksi akan terus naik karena masyarakat masih melakukan aktivitas dari rumah karena pandemi. Dalam penelitian ini yang menjadi latar belakang masalah adalah kunjungan rendah yang dialami blibli terjadi pada saat belanja online sedang menjadi tren dimasa pandemi, penulis berasumsi terdapat beberapa hal yang mengakibatkan rendahnya kunjungan dipengaruhi oleh Website Atmosphere, penggunaan Brand Ambassador, dan Korean Wave . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran Website Atmosphere, Brand Ambassador, Korean Wave, dan Minat Beli online konsumen E-Commerce Blibli baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 20.870.000 diambil dari jumlah pengunjung di bulan April tahun 2021, sedangkan sampel yang diambil sejumlah 270 secara acak dengan teknik purposive sampling. Gambaran variabel penelitian yang penulis lakukan mendapatkan hasil bahwa Website Atmosphere, Brand Ambassador, Korean Wave dan Minat Beli online konsumen pada e-commerce Blibli dinilai baik oleh responden dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil uji kolerasi berganda, didapatkan nilai R sebesar 0,668 artinya secara keseluruhan terdapat hubungan yang kuat karena nilai R berada pada interval 0,600-0,799. Sedangkan menurut hasil uji determinasi didapatkan besar pengaruh dari Website Atmosphere sebesar 33,3%, Brand Ambassador sebesar 29,7%, Korean Wave sebesar 28,2%, dan secara bersamaan antara Website Atmosphere, Brand Ambassador, dan Korean Wave terdapat pengaruh sebesar 44,1%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan besaran pengaruh consumptive lifestyle dan physical evidence terhadap purchase decision secara simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, alat yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data adalah kusioner yang di sebarkan kepada 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dengan purposive sampling. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner pada responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah berkunjung ke 372 Kopi Setiabudhi pada bulan Desember 2022. Jumlah sampel yang diambil didasarkan pada perhitungan dengan menggunakan rumus Yamane dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 (seratus) responden. Hasil penyebaran kuesioner dianalisis dengan analisis regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi, uji t dan uji F. Berdasarkan nilai koefisien determinasi diperoleh bahwa consumptive lifestyle berpengaruh sebesar 28,2% terhadap purchase decision, physical evidence berpengaruh sebesar 59,3% terhadap purchase decision, serta consumptive lifestyle dan physical evidence berpengaruh sebesar 60,4% terhadap purchase decision. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara consumptive lifestyle secara parsial terhadap purchase decision. (2) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara physical evidence secara parsial terhadap purchase decision. (3) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara consumptive lifestyle dan physical evidence secara simultan terhadap purchase decision.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of CHSE (Cleanliness, Health, Safety, Environment Sustainability) and Hotel Facility on Customer Satisfaction at Hotel Augusta Garut. This is motivated by the development of the Hospitality Tourism Industry in West Java, as well as the many bad reviews or negative reviews from guests who have stayed at Hotel Augusta Garut and give unfavorable ratings on hotel booking applications such as Agoda, Traveloka, and others. The data in this study were collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The population in this study is tourist visits staying in Garut Regency seen from the total tourist visits from 2019 – 2023 as many as 345,363 visitors. The number of samples taken is based on calculations using the Taro Yamane formula with a total sample of 100 (onehundred) respondents. The results of distributing questionnaires were analyzed using multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, t-test and F-test. The results showed that: (1) there was a positive and significant influence between CHSE partially on Customer Satisfaction in Hotel Augusta Garut (2) there is a positive and significant influence between Hotel Facility partially on Customer Satisfaction at Hotel Augusta Garut (3) there is a positive and significant influence between CHSE and Hotel Facility simultaneously on Customer Satisfaction at Hotel Augusta Garut.

Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat desa adalah upaya mengembangkan kemandirian dan kesejahteraan masyarakat dengan meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, keterampilan, perilaku, kemampuan, kesadaran, serta memanfaatkan sumber daya melalui penetapan kebijakan, program, kegiatan, dan pendampingan yang sesuai dengan esensi masalah. Pengabdian ini bertujuan meningkatkan peran dan kemampuan masyarakat dalam implementasi waste management dalam penanganan sampah dan mengurangi perilaku membuang sampah sembarangan sehingga diharapkan dapat memperbaiki kondisi lingkungan sekitar dengan kemampuan waste management melalui pengolahan sampah menjadi ecobrick dan menggunakan shredder machine serta Meningkatkan peran dan kemampuan masyarakat dalam mengolah residu waste incinerator menjadi peroduk bernilai. Waste management adalah proses sederhana yang digunakan untuk membuang,mengurangi,menggunakan kembali dan mencegah limbah. Pendekatan Waste Management merupakan pendekatan dimana dalam penerapan strategi komprehensif untuk mengolah limbah secara efisien mulai dari asal hingga pembuangan akhir. Desa mandiri adalah desa yang memiliki kemampuan untuk melaksanakan pembangunan desa dan memberikan penghidupan yang layak bagi masyarakatnya. Desa mandiri tidak hanya bergantung pada bantuan dari pemerintah, tetapi juga mampu mengembangkan potensi dan suber daya yang ada di desanya. Desa Karya Mekar Kecamatan Pasirwangi diharapkan mampu mengembangkan keberwujudan Lingkungan yang sehat mampu melakukan pengelolaan limbah sampah secara berlanjut dan memiliki value added bagi masyarakat Dimana tujuan dari Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini  memiliki capaian akhir sebagai  sense of purpose agar terjadi evolusi perilaku dan pemberdayaan peran masyarakat yang berorientasi pada sosial kultur, sehingga muncul kebudayaan bijak sampah melalui peningkatan kesadaran dan kepedulian masyarakat.

Abstract

The development of times and technology has driven the business ecosystem to become more dynamic. The ease of carrying out operations and business activities is a great opportunity for companies and entrepreneurs. A sustainable strategy is needed to ensure the long-term sustainability of business activities. The findings from this study are expected to determine whether there is influence of knowledge management, non-physical work environment, and organizational culture on business performance in the MSME industrial sector. From the results of this study, as for what the authors can conclude from several discussions, partially there is a significant influence and a very low relationship between Knowledge Management (X1) on Business Performance (Y), which is equal to 0.0650 or 6.5%, between Work Environment (X2) and Business Performance (Y), which is 0.0936 or 9.36%, between Organizational Culture (X3) and Business Performance (Y), which is 0.1705 or 17.05%. Simultaneously there is a significant influence and a strong relationship between Knowledge Management (X1), Non-Physical Work Environment (X2) and Organizational Culture (X3) on Business Performance (Y) with a contribution of 0.701 or 70.1%, and the rest has an influence other factors that can affect business performance is equal to 29.9%.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of perceived usefulness and ease of use on interest in using the OVO digital wallet. This research uses associative research methods with data collection through surveys and non-probability sampling techniques. A total of 100 respondents were taken as samples in this research. The data was then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis for goodness of fit tests such as the t test, f test, and R2. The research results show that perceived usefulness and ease of use have a positive and significant influence on interest in using the OVO digital wallet. These findings indicate that perceived usefulness and ease of use are the factors that most influence interest in using the OVO digital wallet. Apart from that, the appearance of the features also has an important influence on application usage. An attractive appearance can increase consumer satisfaction and encourage further application use. Therefore, companies must continue to innovate to improve the appearance of application features and beautify them. Apart from the display features, the company must issue various promos, discounts and free vouchers to attract consumers to use the OVO digital wallet application. This can increase interest in using the application and strengthen the company's brand image. Apart from that, companies must consider good quality customer service and ensure that the application can always be used smoothly. Overall, this research provides useful information for companies in developing OVO digital wallet applications. By paying attention to perceived benefits, ease of use, feature display, and promotions, companies can increase interest in using the application.

Abstract

The background to the research was increased consumer concern for political and social issues, including support for a boycott of certain brands. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between brand switching, purchase intent, and brand boycott related to the war in Gaza. The quantitative approach used in further research is also used in the genetic approach in this research using survey methods. The data is then collected and organized based on the observed experience of Israeli-related brands. Descriptive analysis is carried out to identify patterns of consumer behavior. The findings show that there is a tendency for consumers to switch to alternative brands that are not affiliated with Israel. Moreover, consumer purchasing intentions towards brands affiliated to Israel have decreased significantly. Implications of this study are the importance of understanding consumer behaviour in the context of political and social issues. The study also shows the potential impact of a boycott on certain brands. The study's main contribution was to provide insights into the relationship between Brand Switching, Purchase Intention, and boycott related political issues, as well as their implications for Israeli-affiliated brands.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of bank healthiness on stock prices especially in Bank Mandiri year 2015-2019. This research is to show that the Healthiness of a Commercial Bank is defined as the ability of a bank to carry out financial and banking operations normally and to be able to fulfill all its obligations in a manner that is in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations. The regulations regarding the Healthiness of Commercial Banks that are applied in Indonesia cover various aspects of bank activities, from raising funds to the use and distribution of funds. Assessment of Commercial Bank Soundness includes an assessment of CAMEL (Capital, Assets Quality, Management, Earning, and Liquidity) factors. The objective of this research is healthiness of Bank Mandiri health enough because majority of indikator healthiness of Commercial Bank shows good result and maximal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kondisi saham-saham yang mendorong JCI yang terlalu murah atau terlalu mahal, serta keputusan investasi yang berkaitan dengan hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode CAPM. Studi ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan dua kriteria, yaitu (1) saham-saham dengan kapitalisasi pasar minimum sebesar IDR 50 triliun, dan (2) telah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (IDX) sejak Januari 2018, dan diperoleh 9 saham sampel. Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa terdapat 8 saham yang terlalu murah dengan keputusan investasi untuk membeli/menahan (hold), dan 1 saham yang terlalu mahal dengan keputusan investasi untuk menjual (sell).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Persepsi Resiko dan Kepercayaan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode non-probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 384. Berdasarkan analisis, Persepsi Resiko berkontribusi sebesar 7.6% terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Berdasarkan analisis Kepercayaan berkontribusi sebesar 39.5% terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Berdasarkan analisis Persepsi Resiko dan Kepercayaan berpengaruh sebesar 40.4% terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Berdasarkan hasil regresi linear berganda secara parsial dan simultan Persepsi Resiko dan Kepercayaan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Secara parsial nilai t hitung Persepsi Resiko sebesar -2.731, nilai Sig 0.007, dan nilai t tabel sebesar -1.648. Maka -t hitung < -t tabel dan nilai Sig < 0.05, disimpulkan berpengaruh signifikan. Nilai t hitung Kepercayaan sebesar 14.576, nilai Sig 0.000, dan nilai t tabel sebesar 1.966, maka t hitung > t tabel dan nilai Sig < 0.05, disimpulkan berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan nilai F hitung 130.748 dengan nilai Sig 0.000 dan F tabel 3.019, maka F hitung > F tabel dan nilai Sig < 0.05, disimpulkan berpengaruh signifikan.
