Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi terjadinya Illegal Loging di Kecamatan Kulisusu Kabupaten Buton Utara, Faktor-faktor apa yang ditimbulkan Illegal Loging terhadap kehidupan masyarakat di Kecamatan Kulisusu Kabupaten Buton Utara dan Untuk mengetahui Upaya Pemerintah Dalam menangani Illegal Loging di Kecamatan Kulisusu Kabupaten Buton Utara Jenis penelitian ini merupakan Jenis penelitian kualitatif dimana Metode ini dapat juga digunakan untuk mendapatkan wawasan tentang sesuatu yang baru sedikit diketahui. Teknikanalisayangdigunakandalampenelitian ini adalah melalui tahapan sebagai berikut:(1)Melakukan telaah data,yaitu berupa penyajian hasil data secara menyeluruh, baik dari hasil wawancara maupun dokumentasi, (2) Reduksi data, (3) Penyusunan kedalam satuan-satuan,(4)Kategorisasi,(5) Pemeriksaan keabsahan data, yaitu upaya menentukan datayang masuk memenuhi syarat penelitianatau belum, sehingga kalau belum maka dapat disempurnakan, dan (6) analisa dan penafsiran data Hasil Penelitian ini adalah (1)Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadiya illegal logging yaitu Kekurangan personel aparat kehutanan yang menyebabkan lemahnya pengawasan, lemahnya payung hukum menyebabkan sangsi yang diberkan kepada pelaku illigal logging sangat ringan,ketersediaan lapangan kerja dan faktor kmiskinan warga, Keterlibatan aparat penagak hukum sehingga menyebabkan adanya main mata atau KKN diantara aparat dan palaku illegal logging (2)Dampak yang terjadi akibat illegala logging yaitu dampak terhadap lingkingan, dampak terhadap kelestarian hutan, dampak terhadap ekonomi (3) Upaya pemerintah daerah kabupaten buton utara dalam menanggulangi Illegal logging yaitu Dengan menambah jumlah personil aparat kehutanan, Membuat Pembuatan peraturan daerah sebagai payung Hukum, Pemberian izin, Menerapkan sanksi yang berat, membuka lapangan pekejaan, Memberikan penyuluhan kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

Semangat kerja mempunyai hubungan erat dengan masalah efektifitas pelaksanaan tugaskarena merupakan indikator dalam menentukan bagaimana usaha untuk mencapai tingkatproduktivitas yang tinggi dalam suatu organisasi. Tujuan Penelitian adalah Untuk MengetahuiBagaimanan Hubungan Semangat Kerja dengan Efektivitas Pelaksanaan Tugas pegawai di KantorSekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Buton Utara. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan Jenis penelitian kuantitatifdengan strategi pendekatatan Cross sectional Study, yaitu suatu penelitian untuk mempelajaridinamika korelasi antara faktor-faktor resiko dengan efek, dengan cara pendekatan observasi ataupengumpulan data sekaligus pada suatu saat dengan melihat adanya hubungan antara variabel dependen dan independen. Hasil analisis statistik menunjukan nilai sign. 0.02< 0.05 berarti disimpulkan ada hubungan antara Semangat Kerja dengan Efektifitas Pelaksanaan Tugas pegawai,sedangkan besar konstribusi semangat kerja sebesar 62,16% terhadap Efektifitas Pelaksanaan Tugaspegawai pada Kantor Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Buton Utara

Abstract

This community service seeks to offer a thorough knowledge of the risks of Covid-19 dissemination, as well as raise public awareness about the need of following health standards and obeying Micro Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) for the whole community. The issue is that the outcomes of related policies have not been able to considerably curb Covid-19's spread. The lecture technique is utilized to disseminate the community service material for all members of the Winning Village community. As a consequence of this socialization, the public's knowledge of Covid-19's spread and hazards, as well as public awareness of how to protect themselves while performing regular activities in workplaces, marketplaces, houses of worship, and other places, is increasing.

Abstract

Landslide disaster management policies and actions are then transformed into communities that experience vulnerability, so that the relationship between universities, companies, and the government in the field of disaster is very much needed in disaster mitigation efforts, especially landslides. The purpose of this study was to determine the triple helix collaboration in landslide disaster management in Buton Regency. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that the minimal level of coordination and innovation that exists in the triple helix element so that no integration is created which makes mitigation efforts seem slow; between the elements of this triple helix has a different ideology, and this ideology is sometimes highlighted by each element of the helix, so that the triple helix relation cannot be built as desired; and conditions of bureaucratic procedures that are too difficult to make elements of universities and companies reluctant to collaborate with government elements in efforts to mitigate landslides in Buton Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is the Government's Role in the Implementation of the Covid-19 Vaccine in Kadolo Village, Kokalukuna District, Baubau City. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are Observation, Interview, Documentation and Literature Study. Data analysis techniques in research are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results obtained in the study are the function of the government as a motivator and encouragement to the local community, where the implementation of government vaccinations must be able to encourage the community so that people want to carry out vaccines; The government as a stabilizer, in implementing government vaccinations, must be able to ward off bad issues about vaccines, for that the government conveys positive news and information regarding the benefits of this COVID-19 vaccine to the public. So it is hoped that the community will not be anxious and have the desire to receive the vaccine voluntarily without any coercion. The government as a dynamist is that in implementing the Covid-19 vaccine, it must move multi-stakeholder participation when stagnation occurs in the development process and there are many doubts from the public about the vaccine.

The purpose of this study was to determine the Role of the Student Activity Unit in Developing the Interests and Talents of Muhammadiyah Buton University Students. Abstract

The purpose of this study is the role of the village government in developing human resources in Lasori Village, East Mawasangka District, Central Buton Regency. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques namely Observation, Interview, Documentation and Literature Study. Data analysis techniques in research are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results obtained in this study are the role of the government in Lasori Village, Mawasangka Timur District, Central Buton Regency in developing human resources, including: 1) The government as a facilitator is to create conducive conditions for the implementation of development in order to bridge various community interests in optimizing regional development . With regard to human resource development, the village government facilitates the training community to conduct training, so that the community has good skills and has competitiveness; The government's role as a regulator is to prepare directives to balance the implementation of development through the issuance of regulations. As a regulator, the government provides a basic reference to the community as an instrument to regulate all development implementation activities; The government as a motivator, in forming a society that is obedient and obedient to regulations, the role of local government is needed as a motivator so that it can provide motivation to the community so that people have the will to obey and comply with regulations.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat pesisir dalam mengembangkan strategi penguatan inisiatif dalam budidaya rumput laut untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat pesisir di Kelurahan Palabusa, Kota Baubau. Layanan ini melibatkan kelompok masyarakat pesisir yang berprofesi sebagai petani rumput laut. Layanan ini berupaya memecahkan masalah mitra, yaitu merumuskan strategi dengan menggali kekuatan, menemukan kelemahan, mencari peluang, menemukan ancaman yang dialami oleh kelompok masyarakat yang mempraktikkan budidaya rumput laut. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk mencapai efektivitas pemberdayaan kebijakan yang mendorong masyarakat untuk mengorganisir diri dalam membuat rencana dan tindakan secara responsif untuk menyelesaikan masalah kesejahteraannya, peran pendamping sebagai fasilitator sangat penting, baik sebagai penyedia bantuan masyarakat, pemberi bimbingan teknis bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out Community Based Tourism in Sustainable Tourism Development in Baubau City. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that Community-Based Tourism Development is to involve the community as in the development planning deliberation process, where the government and the community are together in managing tourism objects. In addition, tourism awareness groups also receive benefits from tourism activities by increasing the economy from tourism activities in Baubau City. Ensuring Environmental Sustainability is to ensure the sustainability of the environment so that it is not damaged or polluted, it is necessary for the role of the government, NGOs, and the community not to damage the physical environment at tourist sites. In addition, providing support both in the form of materials and policies such as providing character education counseling is an effort made in maintaining local character and culture in tourism areas in Baubau City.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manfaat media portal.baubaukota.go.id dalam mewujudkan smart city. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitati. Hasil penelitian ini adalah 1) Dengan hadirnya portal.baubaukota.go.id pelayanan service yang dilakukan pemerintah Kota Baubau muncul dengan menyajikan berbagai informasi yang baik, informasi mengenai kegiatan pemerintah maupun informasi umum. Masyarakat bisa dengan mudah dan kapan saja mendapatkan informasi tentang kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah. 2) Dalam rangka Peningkatan hubungan antara pemerintah, pelaku bisnis, dan masyarakat umum melalui portal.baubaukota.go.id pemarintak Kota Baubau menyediakan layanan melalui aplikasi untuk mengetahui informasi tentang Antrian PTSP yaitu pengurusan pembuatan izin usaha Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (Antrian DPMPTSP). Layanan DUKCAPIL yaitu aplikasi pelayanan kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil online dan ada juga aplikasi E-Lapor yang dapat digunakan masyarakat untuk menyampaikan aduan, aspirasi dan permintaan informasi kepada pemerintah. 3) Melaui portal.baubaukota.go.id pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui informasi mudah diperoleh, dengan adanya website resmi pemerintah Kota Baubau, masyarakat bisa mendapatkan informasi mengenai pemerintahan dan terjamin keaslian serta kualitas informasinya.
