Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh empat variabel bauran pemasaran secara parsial dan simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian smartphone Xiaomi di Kota Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Kuantitaif deskriptif dengan teknik survey dan accidentalsampling dengan sampel 100 responden. hasil penelitian menjelaskan, bahwa secara signifikan positif variabel Produk mempengaruhi variabel Keputusan pembelian produk Smartphone Xiaomi di kota Padang dengan nilai sig. yang dihasilkan sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari nilai signifikansinya (0,05), secara signifikan positif variabel harga mempengaruhi variabel Keputusan pembelian produk Smartphone Xiaomi di kota Padang dengan nilai sig. yang dihasilkan sebesar 0,023 lebih kecil dari nilai signifikansinya (0,05), bahwa variabel distribusi tidak mempengaruhi variabel Keputusan pembelian produk Smartphone Xiaomi di kota Padang dengan nilai sig. yang dihasilkan sebesar 0,232 lebih besar dari nilai signifikansinya (0,05), dan variabel distribusi tidak mempengaruhi variabel Keputusan pembelian produk Smartphone Xiaomi di kota Padang dengan nilai sig. yang dihasilkan sebesar 0,663 lebih besar dari nilai signifikansinya (0,05). dengan nilai sig sebesar 0,000 kecil dari nilai 0,05 yang ada pada analasis uji F menunjukkan bahwa strategi produk, harga, distribusi dan prmosi secara simultan memeliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Smartphone Xiaomi di kota Padang.

Abstract

Persoalan sampah di sekolah memengaruhi kesehatan, kebersihan kelas, dan kenyamanan belajar. Bukti pengabdian dan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa edukasi berbasis praktik meliputi penyuluhan singkat, permainan, dan simulasi pemilahan sampah dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan memantik perubahan perilaku siswa sekolah dasar. Mendeskripsikan perancangan dan pelaksanaan edukasi pengurangan sampah serta pemilahan sampah di SDN 04 Sungai Gading sebagai praktik baik yang dapat direplikasi. Kegiatan dilakukan pada 8 Agustus 2025 kepada siswa kelas 2, mencakup pengantar materi pengurangan sampah, guna ulang, dan daur ulang; permainan dan tanya jawab; serta simulasi pemilahan sampah memakai tempat sampah berlabel (organik–anorganik). Evaluasi formatif menggunakan pertanyaan lisan singkat dan observasi praktik. Seluruh siswa berpartisipasi aktif; mayoritas mampu menyebut contoh sampah organik dan anorganik, serta mempraktikkan pemilahan saat simulasi dan waktu istirahat. Guru mendampingi dan memberi penguatan verbal; sekolah menyepakati labelisasi tempat sampah dan piket kebersihan. Perubahan dari “tahu” menjadi “mau bertindak” tampak melalui kesediaan siswa mencoba dan saling mengingatkan, selaras dengan temuan bahwa penyuluhan singkat dan demonstrasi efektif membentuk sikap positif dan kepatuhan perilaku di tingkat SD. Penguatan perilaku dapat dilakukan melalui bank sampah mini dan bahan ajar sederhana dengan dukungan guru dan orang tua. Edukasi berbasis praktik yang kontekstual efektif memantik perubahan awal pengetahuan, sikap, dan perilaku pengelolaan sampah di sekolah dasar, serta dapat diperkuat dengan strategi keberlanjutan berbasis sekolah dan keluarga.

Abstract

Improving the quality of public services at the village level is a crucial prerequisite for realizing effective, accountable, and community-satisfaction-oriented governance. However, the human resource capacity of village officials, particularly in public service management and performance, remains a major obstacle. This issue was also identified in the Pauh area of ​​Padang City, where village officials face limited understanding of service standards, performance management, and a professional and responsive work culture. This community service program aims to strengthen the capacity of village officials through training and mentoring in public service management and performance. Activities are implemented using a participatory and needs-based approach, including problem identification, thematic training, case study discussions, service simulations, and mentoring in the implementation of service standards and performance evaluation. The materials covered the concept of public service, principles of good governance, performance management, the development of service standards, and indicator-based evaluation. Targeted outputs include improving the competency of village officials, the development of training modules, performance improvement models, scientific articles, and policy recommendations. In the long term, this program is expected to drive improvements in the quality of public services and strengthen professional and sustainable village governance in Pauh, Padang City

Abstract

Pauh District, Padang City, has a large local workforce potential, but its utilization by businesses and MSMEs is not yet optimal. The main problems include the low match between workforce competencies and business needs, the informal recruitment process, and a lack of understanding of sustainable human resource development. This condition has resulted in low local workforce absorption and less than optimal business productivity. This Community Service Program aims to optimize the potential of the local workforce through structured, applicable recruitment and human resource development training based on the real needs of the business world. The approach used is participatory and empowering, involving businesses and workers at every stage of the activity. Implementation methods include needs identification, practice-based training, case study discussions, and ongoing mentoring with materials tailored to the characteristics of local MSMEs. The program outputs include training models based on local potential, increased workforce competency, and strengthened managerial capacity of business actors. In the long term, this program is expected to increase business competitiveness and strengthen the local economy in a sustainable manner

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in driving the local economy in Pauh District, Padang City. However, their development still faces marketing challenges, primarily because most businesses rely on conventional methods and have not yet fully utilized social media. Limited digital marketing knowledge, skills, and strategies result in low competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market. This Community Service Program aims to improve the competitiveness of MSMEs through the implementation of social media-based digital marketing management. Activities are implemented using a participatory approach through training, hands-on practice, and ongoing mentoring. The materials cover basic digital marketing concepts, engaging content creation, promotional and consumer interaction strategies, and simple marketing performance evaluations. The expected outcome is increased competency among MSMEs in managing social media accounts in a structured manner, expanding market reach, and increasing sales. Program outputs include training modules, activity reports, more effective social media account management, and scientific publications. On an ongoing basis, this program is expected to drive the digital transformation of MSMEs and strengthen local economic growth

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in supporting the local economy in Pauh District, Padang City. However, most MSMEs still face challenges in marketing management, particularly in developing and implementing well-planned, integrated, and sustainable strategies. Marketing activities tend to be conventional and sporadic, without clear planning, and without integrating offline and digital marketing. This situation results in low sales and limited market reach. This Community Service Program aims to increase sales and competitiveness of MSMEs through integrated marketing management strategy assistance. The methods used include training, hands-on practice, and ongoing assistance, emphasizing the integration of conventional and digital marketing. The activity begins with identifying partner needs, followed by training in marketing management concepts, market analysis, and developing strategies tailored to business characteristics. Partners are then assisted in implementing offline promotions, utilizing social media, and creating engaging marketing content, along with monitoring and evaluation. The expected results are increased capacity of MSMEs, the development of integrated marketing strategies, increased sales, and the strengthening of sustainable business competitiveness

Abstract

This community service program aims to optimize the marketing management of MSME products by strengthening branding and market segmentation in Pauh District, Padang City. MSMEs in this region have significant potential to support the local economy, but still face marketing challenges, particularly weak brand identity, inaccurate target market determination, and limited planned, consumer-needs-based marketing strategies. Some businesses still market their products conventionally without understanding the characteristics of appropriate market segments, thus limiting their competitiveness and market reach. Furthermore, product branding is inconsistent in terms of name, packaging, and promotional messages, resulting in under-development of product added value. This program is implemented using a participatory and applied approach through initial condition identification, marketing management training, mentoring to strengthen branding, and the implementation of market segmentation relevant to local conditions. Methods used include interactive lectures, discussions, hands-on practice, and monitoring and evaluation. The expected outcomes are increased capacity of MSMEs in marketing management, the formation of a strong brand identity, clear market segmentation, and increased competitiveness and sustainable product sales

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a strategic role in supporting the local economy in Pauh District, Padang City. However, most MSMEs still face obstacles in expanding their market reach due to limited effective marketing strategies. Marketing activities are still dominated by conventional methods, resulting in suboptimal utilization of digital technology, particularly digital marketplaces. This situation results in low product competitiveness and limited market access. This community service program aims to implement digital marketplace-based marketing management to expand the market reach of MSMEs. The focus of the activity is to increase the capacity of business actors in understanding and managing digital marketing through marketplace platforms. The main challenges faced by partners include low digital literacy, limited skills in managing online stores, and a limited understanding of integrated digital marketing strategies. The implementation method is participatory and applied through the stages of needs identification, digital marketing management training, mentoring in creating and managing marketplace accounts, and monitoring and evaluation. Materials cover digital marketing concepts, product and content management, promotional strategies, and online customer service. The expected results are improved MSME skills in utilizing marketplaces, the establishment of active online stores, and the expansion of market reach and sustainable sales potential

Abstract

This community service activity aims to strengthen family nutrition literacy regarding complementary feeding practices (MP-ASI), the utilization of local food resources, and the rational use of multivitamins and simple pharmaceutical products as part of stunting prevention efforts in Nagari Sungai Kunyit Barat, South Solok Regency. The program was implemented using a Participatory Action Research approach, involving 40 participants consisting of mothers of young children, community health volunteers (posyandu cadres), and local administrative stakeholders. Evaluation data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative techniques. The results indicate an improvement in participants’ knowledge and practical skills in age-appropriate complementary feeding, the utilization of animal-based protein sources (such as eggs and fish), and the rational use of multivitamins as supportive supplements rather than substitutes for main meals. Operationally, participants were able to design varied menus based on local food resources, and posyandu cadres demonstrated readiness to replicate the educational activities within the community. Overall, the activity demonstrates that community-based education integrating nutrition and community pharmacy literacy can effectively strengthen family capacity for stunting prevention.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan sektor strategis dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah, termasuk di Lubuk Gadang, Kabupaten Solok Selatan. Meskipun memiliki potensi besar dalam menyerap tenaga kerja dan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat, UMKM masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan, khususnya dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM). Rendahnya pemahaman pelaku UMKM terhadap manajemen kinerja dan motivasi kerja berdampak pada rendahnya produktivitas, efektivitas kerja, serta keberlanjutan usaha. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan SDM UMKM melalui pelatihan manajemen kinerja dan motivasi kerja berbasis produktivitas. Pelatihan dirancang untuk meningkatkan kemampuan pelaku UMKM dalam menetapkan target kerja, membagi tugas secara efektif, melakukan evaluasi kinerja, serta membangun motivasi kerja yang berorientasi pada hasil. Pendekatan yang digunakan bersifat partisipatif dan aplikatif, dengan menyesuaikan materi pelatihan pada kondisi nyata usaha UMKM di wilayah Lubuk Gadang. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan klasikal, diskusi kelompok, studi kasus, dan praktik langsung. Peserta dilibatkan secara aktif dalam mengidentifikasi permasalahan kinerja usaha dan merumuskan solusi yang relevan. Selain itu, dilakukan pendampingan untuk memastikan materi yang diperoleh dapat diterapkan secara berkelanjutan dalam aktivitas usaha sehari-hari. Hasil yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya kapasitas SDM UMKM dalam mengelola kinerja dan memotivasi tenaga kerja secara mandiri. Pelaku UMKM diharapkan mampu menciptakan sistem kerja yang lebih terstruktur, produktif, dan berorientasi pada pencapaian tujuan usaha. Dalam jangka panjang, kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas, daya saing, dan keberlanjutan UMKM, sekaligus memberikan kontribusi terhadap penguatan ekonomi lokal di Kabupaten Solok Selatan
