Abstract

The development of Fe₃O₄-ZnO-Bentonite photocatalyst material is crucial for the treatment of dye effluents, particularly in response to the rapid growth of the textile industry. Methylene blue, widely used as a textile dye, poses environmental challenges. The combination of bentonite, ZnO, and Fe₃O₄ was synthesized using the coprecipitation method to create a material capable of photodegrading methylene blue dye. Fe₃O₄-ZnO-Bentonite was synthesized using 2 g of bentonite, 8.19 g of Zn(NO₃)₂·6H₂O, and FeSO₄:FeCl₃ weight ratios (in grams) of 4.170:4.055 (composite 1), 4.170:8.109 (composite 2), and 4.170:12.164 (composite 3). Characterization of the photocatalyst materials was conducted using X-ray diffraction (XRD), ultraviolet diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV-DRS), and scanning electron microscopy-energy dispersive X-ray (SEM-EDX) mapping. The Fe₃O₄-ZnO-Bentonite composite exhibited a crystalline structure, with band gap values of 2.94 eV (composite 1), 2.07 eV (composite 2), and 2.20 eV (composite 3). The morphology of the material was characterized by small and irregularly shaped chunks. Elemental analysis detected Fe, Zn, and Si peaks, confirming the even distribution of Fe₃O₄ and ZnO within the bentonite matrix. The synthesized Fe₃O₄-ZnO-Bentonite composite demonstrated enhanced photodegradation activity for methylene blue compared to the starting materials. Composite 3 exhibited the highest photocatalytic activity, achieving a degradation efficiency of 96.02% at a methylene blue concentration of 20 ppm (pH 9) within 60 minutes.

Abstract

The use of bioactive plants to replace antibiotics is now widely used. The program's purpose is to provide a solution for natural feed additives to laying hens in Ngaliyan as a substitute for Antibiotics Growth Promotor (AGP), which is prohibited by the government, and provide knowledge to farmers about the use of medicinal plants to improve the productivity of livestock. The target was laying hens farmers in Ngaliyan. The problem was chicken feed is made without AGP and egg prices fell while feed prices had risen. The solution offered to the partner was adding food additives from turmeric and Curcuma. Turmeric and Curcuma will improve immunity to increase livestock productivity, feed efficiency, and egg quality. Based on this reason, we conducted community services for laying hens farmers in Ngaliyan. Community service activities were carried out using the PAR method for two months through socialization, training, assistance in providing additional natural feed, and evaluation. Giving turmeric and Curcuma flour can improve the quality of eggs. The result of the community service showed an understanding of partners to formulate and produce feed additives in raising laying hens was improved. In addition, farmers were able to formulate and produce herbal feed based on requirements.

Abstract

The development of Islamic law in Indonesia is formed in two patterns, namely cultural patterns and structural patterns. Cultural or non-legislative patterns are played out by ulama, kyai and also Islamic mass organizations. They increase the implementation of sharia in a button up, adaptive and persuasive manner in society. Meanwhile, the structural pattern or also called the constitution is played by the political elite. They try to implement Islamic values and Islamic legal norms into national law. Both cultural patterns and structural patterns each contribute and the two cannot be separated. Even so, the existence of Islamic law in Indonesia faces many challenges. The biggest challenge comes from Muslims themselves. Muslims in general still have very low legal awareness, starting from politicians as proponents of legislation and the public as users. This picture was obtained through secondary data from three legal materials, namely primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials. These legal materials are sourced from literature using a historical approach.

Abstract

Emotions are very important in thinking, making decisions, and a person's personality. This research was conducted to know the activity of alpha waves using an electroencephalographic (EEG) instrument, using an experimental method given the treatment of thinking hard and dhikr of istighfar. The brain waves analyzed in this study are alpha waves with a frequency between 8-12 Hz. The analysis shows that the alpha wave mean result is 11.89 Hz when thinking hard, and the mean result is 10.89 Hz during dhikr. The statistical test results show a significance of p = 0.000323 (p < 0.05), showing that dhikr can volunteer from a state of hard thinking to a relaxed state. The istighfar dhikr (astaghfirullah hal adzim) by the volunteer is a response to ask for forgiveness and reassure the heart.
