Abstract

Pelatihan dalam bentuk pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan panduan terperinci tentang merancang dan mengembangkan sebuah kursus e-learning untuk pelatih dan perancang instruksional yang baru mengenal desain e-learning. Juga memberikan konsep dasar dan informasi tentang proses dan sumber daya yang terlibat dalam e-learning pengembangan, yang mungkin menarik bagi peserta didik serta mempermudah peserta didik dalam pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan web-based learning dengan pendampingan langsung secara visual dengan mempraktikan. E-learning dapat dilihat sebagai pembelajaran berbantuan komputer, dan sebagai pedagogi untuk pembelajaran yang berpusat pada peserta didik dan kolaboratif. Perkembangan awal dalam e-learning difokuskan pada komputer belajar dengan bantuan, di mana sebagian atau seluruh konten pembelajaran disampaikan secara digital. Upaya pemerintah dalam meningkatkan sumberdaya manusia harus dibarengi dengan kemampuan teknologi, saat ini segala sesuatu diperhadapkan dengan teknologi dalam menuju revolousi indistri 4.0 seiring dengan berkembangnya teknologi, maka pembelajaran pula semakin meningkat dalam pelakasanaanya. Oleh karena itu ini dianggap sangat penting, seperti halnya yang dilakukan oleh Universitas Muhammadiyah Buton dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi informasi ke dalam pendidikan. Ini mengadaptasi proses belajar peserta didik dengan memperkenalkan sistem pembelajaran online dengan penggunaan website. Atmosfir akademik dalam pemanfaatan blog, google, wikipedia, Academia portal, repositori, perpustakaan digital, sistem manajemen pembelajaran, pencarian mesin, dan portofolio elektronik dan sebagainya selalu digunakan, untuk mencari sumber-sumber materi dari tugas yang diberikan. Hasil yang didapatkan pada pembelajaran online dengan menggunakan website sangat mempermudah peserta didik sehingga lebih fokus dalam proses belajar dikelas ataupun saat mereka berada di luar kelas.

Abstract

In the past few decades, The Golden Triangle, consist of Myanmar, Thailand, and Laos,has been known as one of major drugs producers in the world. In 2000 ASEAN memberstates agreed to ratify the declaration of Drug-Free ASEAN 2015 as a mutual commitmentto eliminate the distribution and abuse of drugs in Southeast Asia. In Myanmar, the lack ofgovernment control and policy implementation during military regime had becameprimary factor that caused the stagnation of drugs policy in Myanmar. The military regimewhich ruled Myanmar for almost 50 years eventually ended and replaced by the civiliangovernment led by Thein Sein in 2011. Thein Sein carries reformative steps to solve sociopoliticproblems, including drugs policy at domestic level. This research aims to explainthis policy change. Using constructivist paradigm, this research argues that public policycan be affected by norms applied in the region. This research concludes that Myanmar’spolicy change under Thein Sein administration was influenced by the regional norm, thatis Drug-Free ASEAN 2015.

Abstract

Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dilakukan sebagai upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Bimbingan Konseling Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (BK TIK). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran secara jelas tentang penggunaan model pembelajaran langsung (direct instruction) untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar menjelaskan fungsi menu dan ikon pokok pada perangkat lunak pengolah kata mata pelajaran BK TIK pada jengang sekolah menengah. Model analisis data yang digunakan adalah data kualitatif yang bersumber dari nilai rata-rata lembar kerja siswa, nilai tertinggi dan nilai terendah yang dicapai siswa. Pengolahan data dan validasi data yang diperoleh pada siklus 1 siswa yang belum mencapai KKM sebanyak 16 siswa atau 48 % siswa, dengan rata-rata kelas hasil belajar di siklus 1 sebesar 73 sedangkan hasil belajar pada siklus 2 terjadi peningkatan hasil yang  mencapai KKM sebanyak 32 siswa atau 97 % siswa dengan rata-rata kelas untuk hasil belajar di siklus 2 sebesar 88. Penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dengan penerapan model pembelajaran direct instruction pada materi menjelaskan fungsi menu dan ikon pokok pada perangkat lunak pengolah kata terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa yaitu dengan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar dari siklus 1 dan siklus 2.

The data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. Based on the results of the analysis show that wages and economic growth do not affect employment opportunities while education has a positive and significant effect on employment opportunities. Wages and employment opportunities have a negative and significant effect on poverty, while education and economic growth have no effect on poverty. Abstract

This paper examines how Central Bank Independence (CB Independence), using a dataset that compiled by Garriga (2016), can explain the policy outcomes. This dataset was mainly compiled from Cukierman’s work (1995). The dataset identifies statutory reforms affecting CB Independence, their direction, and the attributes necessary with the aim of building on previous literature, the most widely used Cukierman, Webb and Neyapti index. The focus of this paper is empirically estimating causal inferences of inflation and economic growth with an explanatory variable of the central bank Independence measures. It has four components including central bank CEOs, central bank objectives, policy formulations and central bank lending limit policies. The second focus of this paper aims to harness the Asia Financial Crisis 1998-1999, as natural experiment to understand effect of crises by using semi-experimental method Difference-In-Difference (DID). Panel data regression and DID are two empirical research methods applied in this research. This paper proposes all four CB Independence measures can explain the inflation; but this paper does not find statistical support for the economic growth. Supported by DID estimation, this paper also estimates the effect of CB Independence to inflation and economic growth for the sample countries before and after the 1998 Asia financial crisis experienced by sample countries. To enrich our historicalinstitutional narrative, this paper underlines narrative under the tale of two countries – Japan and Indonesia as exemplify.

Abstract

Improving the learning system chosen by the Universitas Muhammadiyah Buton (UM Buton) in order to compete in the era of disruption with advances in information and communication technology (ICT), particularly electronic-based learning systems, one of which is known as the e-learning learning system. Several professors at UM Buton had difficulties in adding learning material in the form of text, and video, visualizing quiz results and semester examinations, and building forums for question-and-answer sessions while utilizing e-learning. Based on these issues, the service team developed training and mentoring for UM Buton lecturers. It is hoped that with this training, UM Buton will be able to produce quality lecturers and highly educated skilled professionals who can keep up with the times and ICT-based technology while carrying out Catur Dharma tasks and responsibilities as a lecturer at Muhammadiyah Higher Education.

Abstract

Pengamatan awal yang peneliti lakukan di SD Negeri 2 Kaobula tepatnya dikelas IV pada tanggal 29 juli 2022 dan dilanjutkan dengan pengamatan kedua pada tanggal 8 maret 2023, peneliti menemukan bahwa banyak peserta didik yang nilainya belum mencapai KKM yaitu 70. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan observasi guru dan siswa melalui pendekatan kontekstual dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). PTK adalah gabungan dari tiga kata yaitu penelitian, tindakan, dan kelas. Dengan melalukan observasi siswa dan guru dengan mencermati sebuah objek dengan metode tertentu agar dapat diperoleh data dan informasi yang bermanfaat bagi peneliti maupun guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa observasi kegiatan guru dan siswa yang terus meningkat dari tahap pra siklus hingga siklus II. Pada tahap pra siklus siswa yang berhasil tuntas sebesar 7 siswa (25,92%), pada siklus 1 meningkat menjadi 18 siswa (66,67%), dan pada siklus 2 meningkat sebesar 25 siswa (92,59%). Dari hasil yang diperoleh tersebut, penelitian dihentikan dan dinyatakan berhasil karena berhasil meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa hingga melampaui indikator keberhasilan yang ditentukan yakni sebesar 75%.

Abstract

Tinjauan pustaka ini mengkaji penyakit hipertensi dengan menggunakan metode Artificial Neural Network. Tinjauan literatur dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis artikel relevan yang diterbitkan dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Model Artificial Neural Network (ANN) dengan optimasi hyperparameter mencapai akurasi 85%, dan JST propagasi mundur feedforward mencapai akurasi 96% setelah pemrosesan data intensif. ModelConvolutional Neural Network (CNN)digunakan untuk mendeteksi retinopati hipertensi dari gambar fundus dengan akurasi 67%. Penelitian lain menunjukkan bahwa pengoptimalan fitur dapat meningkatkan akurasi hingga 94,6%, dan teknik oversampling dapat membantu menyeimbangkan kumpulan data dan meningkatkan akurasi. Pendekatan jaringan saraf telah menjanjikan dalam diagnosis dan deteksi dini hipertensi dan sangat penting untuk intervensi medis yang tepat waktu.

Abstract

Identification of learning outcomes of Natural and Social Sciences  subjects on the material "Parts of Plants" aims to understand the extent to which students can recognize the structure and function of plant parts. The purpose of the study was to determine the identification of learning outcomes of Natural and Social Sciences subjects on the material of Parts of Plants in Elementary School Students. This type of research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method to identify student learning outcomes in Natural and Social Sciences subjects, especially on the material "Parts of Plants." Data were collected through observation, interviews with teachers, and analysis of student worksheets. The results showed that most students understand the basic concepts of the function and parts of plants such as roots, stems, leaves, flowers, fruits, and seeds. However, there are some students who have difficulty in linking the function of each part of the plant with the overall life process. The results showed that learning about plant parts in grade IV of Elementary School 1 Kaobula was effective with most students understanding the basic concepts, although some had difficulty in the abstract aspects. The use of visual media, direct practice, and discussion succeeded in increasing student understanding and engagement. Various student learning styles are accommodated through a varied approach, which increases motivation and overall learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to create a web-based comic reading and publishing exchange to make obtaining, reading, and publishing a comic easier. As for the background of this research, in today's modern era, when getting a comic, some people still use conventional methods, so it requires more costs, limited stock, longer time, limited storage space, and more complex maintenance and production costs—extensive distribution. Creating web-based comic reading and publication exchanges is an alternative expected to make reading comics easier and faster. Comic buyers and sellers can also easily make comic transactions because they are systemized and stored safely. Testing the reading site exchange system and web-based comic publications shows that the system has achieved the expected goals. The system can identify user roles; allows the Admin to review or confirm comics and chapters as well as manage genre and user data; provides the seller with the ability to manage data on comics, chapters, and payments; gives customers access to view a list of comics, transaction history, make purchases, and read comics; and the payment system can confirm transactions made by customers.
