Abstract

Village tourism is an alternative development of tourism areas based on local wisdom, people's lifestyles that have shifted towards building harmony with nature are an excellent momentum to start focusing on developing tourist villages. Hard efforts are needed so that the sustainability of the tourism village as an alternative tourist destination can be maintained without ignoring the preservation of nature and social values as the village's fundamental identity. UMKM is a strategic partner that deals in symbiotic mutualism with the tourism village. So the development of tourist villages can not be separated from putting attention to the existing MSMEs. Abstract

It is important to know the role of work motivation as a mediator of the influence of remuneration on the performance of the Malang Family Population Planning and Control Department, as the population in Malang area is the main task of planning and serving the community. The purpose of this study is to analyze the direct influence of remuneration and motivation on work results and the mediating role of motivational variables is the influence of remuneration on the work results of employees of the Department. Population Control and Family Planning in Malang Regency. The sample for this study included employees of the Malang Department of Population Control and Family Planning with a total of 63 employees. This study uses path analysis. The results of the study explain that there is a direct influence of compensation and motivation on employee performance. This dynamic can minimize the impact of compensation on the performance of the Bureau of Population Control and Family Planning staff in Malang Regency.

Abstract

Social entrepreneurship or social entrepreneurship has become an increasingly prominent topic. The development of social-based and oriented business units shows an increasing trend in line with the increasing public awareness of social problems that occur. Philanthropic institutions as a form of Social Entrepreneurship have taken on many social roles since several years ago. However, there are not many research results that examine it from a human resource perspective. Is it possible that being amil is a career choice? Is a question that has not been answered through scientific studies. This paper will examine these problems through a literature study that begins with a description of career theories and continues with a description of the research results that have been carried out. Special attention is paid to the relationship between career choice and religiousity because the ZISWAF institution is an institution based and driven by the principles of Islamic teachings.

Abstract

Medicine unavailability and expired of goods, and there's no medicine stock, excess medicine stock which will have retail and business consequences. The medicine logistic management problem that arose at Apotek Sari Medika Malang therefore, it need to evaluate for each process. The descriptive qualitative research aims to explore the theory and laws of medicine logistics management at Apotek Sari Medika Malang, which is appropriate to determine the availability of medicines in the pharmacy. Data collected by interviews with three informants. The results showed medicine logistics management at Apotek Sari Medika Malang has not been running effectively and efficiently. The conclusion is based on the input results such as insufficient medicine storage facilities and improperly implemented procedures according to laws of. The stage of the medicine selection process, the planning process for medicine procurement, procurement, receipt, storage, and control is still not effective, and finally. The output shows that Sari Medika Pharmacy is capable of sufficient medicine availability, but goods can still be found accumulating until death moving and expired date.

Abstract

Problems of productivity, inefficiency, inconsistency in production results are common problems faced by business actors. However, this should not be allowed to continue to occur because it will reduce business competitiveness. Make continuous improvement efforts using techniques that are adapted to the availability of resources. The 5S technique can be an option for business actors to carry out continuous improvements in accordance with the limited resources they have. This community service is intended to provide insight, strengthen knowledge and skills in implementing 5S for leaders and employees, especially at PT Golden Leaves Jaya Abadi (GLJA). This community service activity includes outreach, training and assistance in structuring office layouts and fabrication to facilitate the movement of goods, materials and people in offices and production areas. After carrying out this community service activity, you can feel an increase in efficiency that comes from the short time for the movement of materials, goods and people. Implementation of 5R is also felt to facilitate coordination between sections so that work effectiveness can be obtained.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to find out employees' understanding of lean manufacturing and 5S and how it is implemented. These research methods are a type of qualitative research using a case study approach which was carried out at food SMEs. data collection was carried out through a series of field observation procedures and interviews with employees and leaders. The results of the research show that employees' understanding of the company cannot be said to be good. This is indicated by the results of observations and interviews which present the fact that employees do not know exactly how 5S should be implemented and what are the benefits of being disciplined in carrying out company operations using 5S. the company has provided various supporting documents and facilities and infrastructure, but this was not accompanied by socialization and training procedures, resulting in not optimal implementation of the 5S. Lean manufacturing deployment was found to be restricted by the human resource aspect, which could not be realized.

Abstract

Karyawan merupakan asset yang dimiliki oleh sebuah organisasi, pengelolaan organisasi yang baik dan benar melalui gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan motivasi kerja akan berdampak positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sebagaimana penelitian yang telah diadakan dengan judul “Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan”. Dengan dimensi gaya kepemimpinan transformasional mencakup, Inspirational Motivation, Idealized Influence, Individualized Consideration, Intelectual Simulation, dimensi motivasi kerja mencakup, Need for Achievement, Need for Power, Need for Affiliation, dan dimensi kinerja karyawan meliputi, Quantity, Quality, Cost Effectiveness, Timeliness, Interpersonal Impact, Need for Supervision. Jenis penelitian ini ialah eksplanatori yang bersifat asosiatif dengan menggunakan 33 sampel karyawan M3 Vision Malang. Metode pengambilan data dengan observasi, interview, dan kuesioner, serta telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitas terhadap 41 butir pertanyaan dengan hasil valid (r hitung > r tabel 0,334) dan reliabel (Croncbach Alpha dengan koefisien ≥ 0.6). Untuk berikutnya, diadakan serangkaian proses analisis dengan metode analisis linier regresi berganda diperoleh hasil persamaan , uji asumsi klasik, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji normalitas, uji T partial, uji F simultan, uji multikolinieritas, dan Koefisien Determinasi (R²), dimana proses pengolahan data mempergunakan software IBM SPSS versi 25 dan diperoleh hasil terdapat pengaruh secara signifikan antara variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Saat ini, pengembangan pemasaran dapat dilakukan dengan digital marketing untuk meningkatkan penjualan, dan tentunya hal tersebut harus direncanakan dalam penyusunan anggaran penjualan sebagai perencanaan keuangan. Dalam pengabdian ini tentunya diharapkan dapat meningkatkan omset penjualan dengan optimalisasi digital marketing dan penyusunan anggaran. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah melakukan pendampingan dalam penyusunan anggaran penjualan berdasarkan pada data tahun-tahun sebelumnya, serta penyusunan program penjualan dengan memanfaatkan media sosial. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa tim marketing Agaric Jovens dapat membuat perencanaan keuangan dengan penyusunan anggaran penjualan untuk tahun 2024 dan melakukan proses penjualan dengan memanfaatkan media sosial yang dimilikinya sehingga dapat menerapkan digital marketing melalui youtube, facebook, instagram dan tiktok untuk melakukan promosi dan penjualan di marketplace

Abstract

Usaha kue olahan berupa kue basah dapat menjadi salah satu pilihan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup keluarga sebagai bisnis keluarga. Tujuan pengabdian pada masyarakat adalah untuk melakukan pendampingan usaha mengenai pembenahan dalam manajemen produksi pembuatan kue olahan dan manajemen penyimpanan bahan baku, pelatihan pencatatan keuangan agar tidak tercampur antara keuangan usaha dan keuangan keluarga serta penyusunan program promosi untuk meningkatkan penjualan untuk dapat tercapainya peningkatan taraf hidup keluarga. Kegiatan PkM yang dilakukan diarahkan untuk memberikan solusi alternatif terhadap beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra yaitu Usaha Kue Windy Collection milik Ibu Wiwin Mardiana yang berlokasi di Dusun Kagrengan, Desa Ngijo, Kecamatan Karangploso, Kabupaten Malang, agar dapat memberikan semangat berusaha dan tambah berkembang menjadi usaha kreatif yang menjanjikan serta menjadi contoh untuk usaha sejenis yang digeluti oleh masyarakat serta menjadi solusi dalam peningkatan taraf hidup keluarga. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan berikut, yaitu: tahap observasi dan analisis situasi, tahap pembagian tugas untuk tim pengabdian masyarakat, tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, dan tahap evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dengan melakukan pembenahan dalam manajemen produksi pembuatan kue olahan dan manajemen penyimpanan bahan baku agar hygenis, serta melakukan pelatihan pencatatan keuangan dengan tujuan agar tidak tercampur antara keuangan usaha dan keuangan keluarga dan membantu penyusunan program promosi untuk meningkatkan penjualan agar tercipta peningkatan taraf hidup keluarga.

Abstract

  The effectiveness and  efficiency of the production administration at  MSMEs MAMIN Pakis process needs to be supported by competent human resources.  The reason for the dedication is because the production administration system is not yet perfect. The aim is to provide practical knowledge of strategy and application of performance evaluation in a continuous improvement manner. Targets of a continuous structured work evaluation system and employee motivation in improving performance. The training process carried out, namely manual data collection, structured recording of integrated production application program input for each department, provides important insight and becomes the basis for progress so that the discipline of manual data input and programs becomes an error controller.  Activities processed from analysis of errors in inputting service release materials increase success and insight into production administration performance in a sustaainable manner.
