Abstract

 Performance appraisal is a way of determining the work results of employees and work groups that are useful if used the right methods on target and produce the desired conclusions according to output targets and performance standards. This research method is qualitative, namely observing performance appraisals that are already in effect with a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods. Quantitative by comparing work standards and output targets. Qualitative is assessed from skills (competence, physical abilities, coordination and teamwork); character (discipline, ability to make decisions and speed of response); and accuracy (supervision, control and the presence of work solutions).  Assessment data from January to April 2019. The time limit was chosen because the performance appraisal had stopped starting in August 2019, and required a remedial analysis. The results of the study show that performance appraisal provides an efficiency of 14% and makes assessments more noticed by all production employees. Methods collaborate in generating a more complete and mature assessment, as well as other suggestions for improvement. And prove that performance appraisal is useful for efficiency and effectiveness, controlling and monitoring performance, and being able to motivate employees to work even better.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), especially those operating in the craft industry, often remain overlooked and receive minimal attention from researchers and policymakers even though they have an important role in increasing exports and employment in Indonesia. Nevertheless, craft MSMEs face significant challenges in maximizing innovation and enhancing competitiveness to improve financial performance. Hence, this study aims to investigate how innovation and firm competitiveness influence the financial performance of craft MSMEs. This study utilizes the SEM AMOS analysis tool with data from 403 business actors across three craft centers in West Java: Tasikmalaya, Majelengka, and Bandung. The findings reveal that product, process, and green innovation significantly influence and partially mediate the connection between entrepreneurial orientation and competitiveness. Competitiveness completely mediates the influence of product and green innovation on craft MSMEs' financial performance. Meanwhile, process innovation significantly impacts financial performance both directly and indirectly, emphasizing its importance in enhancing competitiveness and financial outcomes. Continuous improvement and innovation are crucial for boosting competitiveness and financial performance.

Abstract

Dunia terus beralih dari manual ke otomatisasi dan digitalisasi yang memungkinkan organisasi atau perusahaan untuk terus beroperasi meskipun sangat sedikit interaksi tatap muka. Seiring dengan perkembangan ini, perhatian pada faktor-faktor individu yang terkait dengan kinerja dan keberlanjutan organisasi meningkat. Melalui metode tinjauan literatur, makalah ini berupaya menangkap peran OCB, spiritualitas tempat kerja, dan variabel kepemimpinan dalam organisasi kewirausahaan sosial. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan metode literature review dengan memindai dan mensintesa artikel yang relevan yang diterbitkan pada jurnal inernasional untuk dibangun kerangka konseptual. Hasil literatur riview menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, spiritualitas tempat kerja, dan faktor OCB saling terkait dalam membangun iklim positif di tempat kerja yang pada akhirnya berdampak positif pada efisiensi dan efektivitas organisasi. Jenis kepemimpinan yang berorientasi pada manusia, mempromosikan spiritualitas adalah jenis kepemimpinan yang paling relevan yang terkait dengan OCB dan iklim positif dalam organisasi, terutama organisasi nirlaba.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of financial compensation and non-physical work environtment on employee job satisfaction at PT Hirfi Studio, a consulting firm in the transportation sector. Financial compensation, which includes salaries bonuses, allowances ada incentives is considered crucial for retaining skilled employees facing technical challenges and tight deadlines. A supportives non-physical work environtment, characterized by good relationship with supervisors anda colleagues, workplace culture, as well as recognition and rewards, can enhance job satisfaction. This research employed a quantitative method with a saturated sample of 70 employees, with data collected through questionnaires and interviews. The findings indicate that financial compensation does not affect job satisfaction, whereas the non-physical work environtment significantly influences employee satisfaction. Nonetheless, both independent variables, financial compensation and non-physical work invirontment, simultaneously have a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The result underscore the importance of fair compensation and a positive work asmosphere in supporting employee productivity and work quality. Abstract

The competence and suitability of preschool teacher qualifications to their duties still face problems. This is due to the procedure for establishing job analysis descriptions and recruitment procedures that still do not meet statutory standards, as well as limited knowledge about these two things. This community service activity sought to close the knowledge gap through education and assistance in compiling job analysis descriptions and recruitment procedures, which were carried out at the Kyai Ageng Masrangi Islamic Kindergarten Education Institution, Sawojajar, Malang in October 2024. This activity was in collaboration with the foundation's management to explore the organization's goals, describe the positions and duties of the principal and the board of teachers in order to find out the teacher's workload. This community service activity produced descriptions of teacher positions, teacher job specifications and descriptions of recruitment procedures. For institutions, this activity provided benefits in the form of insight and skills in the early stages of HR management practices, thus efforts are made to implement HR management practices professionally. Therefore, it is recommended that institutions periodically and consistently evaluate the documents that have been prepared to be adjusted to the developments of the situation and needs.

Abstract

Secara khusus penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi manfaat, persepsi kemudahan, dan fitur layanan syariah terhadap minat penggunaan melalui sikap pada layanan digital bank jago syariah. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah field research atau penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. menggunakan teknik accidental sampling, dalam pengambilan sampel. Dalam penelitian ini pengelohan data menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan metode partial square menggunakan program PLS dengan tahapan uji outer model, uji inner model dan uji hipotesis menggunakan software Smart-PLS versi 4.0.1.9. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi manfaat, persepsi kemudahan, dan fitur layanan syariah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap sikap penggunaan layanan digital Bank Jago Syariah, juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat melalui sikap sebagai variabel mediasi, serta sikap berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat penggunaan layanan digital Bank Jago Syariah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat diimplikasikan untuk mengacu pada upaya optimalisasi terhadap penggunaan suatu teknologi baru. Dan hal tersebut dapat tercapai dengan selalu meningkatkan kualitas kegunaan serta fiturnya pada layanan digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Fasilitas, Harga Tiket, Daya Tarik, Souvenir Shopping terhadap Minat Berkunjung Kembali pada obyek wisata Telaga Sarangan Magetan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan assosiatif deskriptif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung obyek wisata telaga Sarangan. Jumlah sampel ditetapkan sebanyak 385 responden berdasarkan rumus Lemeshow dikarenakan populasinya tidak diketahui pasti jumlahnya. Teknik dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan angket. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pendekatan kuantitatif Regresi Linier Beranda dengan alat analisis statistic SPSS-20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Terdapat pengaruh fasilitas terhadap minat berkunjung kembali pada objek wisata telaga Sarangan Magetan. 2) Terdapat pengaruh harga tiket terhadap minat berkunjung kembali pada objek wisata telaga Sarangan Magetan. 3) Terdapat pengaruh daya tarik terhadap minat berkunjung kembali pada objek wisata pada pada objek wisata telaga Sarangan Magetan. 4) Terdapat pengaruh Souvenir Shopping terhadap minat berkunjung kembali pada objek wisata telaga Sarangan Magetan. 5) Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh fasilitas, harga tiket, daya tarik dan Souvenir Shopping terhadap minat berkunjung kembali pada pada objek wisata telaga Sarangan Magetan.

Abstract

Usaha kue olahan berupa kue basah dapat menjadi salah satu pilihan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup keluarga sebagai bisnis keluarga. Tujuan pengabdian pada masyarakat adalah untuk melakukan pendampingan usaha mengenai pembenahan dalam manajemen produksi pembuatan kue olahan dan manajemen penyimpanan bahan baku, pelatihan pencatatan keuangan agar tidak tercampur antara keuangan usaha dan keuangan keluarga serta penyusunan program promosi untuk meningkatkan penjualan untuk dapat tercapainya peningkatan taraf hidup keluarga. Kegiatan PkM yang dilakukan diarahkan untuk memberikan solusi alternatif terhadap beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra yaitu Usaha Kue Windy Collection milik Ibu Wiwin Mardiana yang berlokasi di Dusun Kagrengan, Desa Ngijo, Kecamatan Karangploso, Kabupaten Malang, agar dapat memberikan semangat berusaha dan tambah berkembang menjadi usaha kreatif yang menjanjikan serta menjadi contoh untuk usaha sejenis yang digeluti oleh masyarakat serta menjadi solusi dalam peningkatan taraf hidup keluarga. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan berikut, yaitu: tahap observasi dan analisis situasi, tahap pembagian tugas untuk tim pengabdian masyarakat, tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, dan tahap evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dengan melakukan pembenahan dalam manajemen produksi pembuatan kue olahan dan manajemen penyimpanan bahan baku agar hygenis, serta melakukan pelatihan pencatatan keuangan dengan tujuan agar tidak tercampur antara keuangan usaha dan keuangan keluarga dan membantu penyusunan program promosi untuk meningkatkan penjualan agar tercipta peningkatan taraf hidup keluarga.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze and give meaning to the direct influence of organizational culture on personnel performance, organizational culture on job satisfaction and job satisfaction on personnel performance. In addition, it also analyzes and gives meaning to job satisfaction mediating the influence of organizational culture on personnel performance. The research method uses SEM analysis techniques with Smart PLS. The population and sample used were 67 personnel of Patroliairud Subdit Ditpolairud Polda Jatim with a sampling technique using the census technique. The Likert scale used is a scale of one to five. With data collection techniques using questionnaires. The results of the study explain that organizational culture has an influence on personnel performance, organizational culture influences performance and job satisfaction influences personnel performance. In addition, the results of the study stated that job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of organizational culture on personnel performance. Theoretically, this research contribution is able to contribute to attribution theory where personnel and leaders attribute the cause of good or bad performance, satisfaction or dissatisfaction will affect their reactions, motivation, and subsequent behavior. Leaders must implement and socialize organizational culture in the Patroliairud Subdit Ditpolairud Polda Jatim, able to make personnel satisfied with the work done which ultimately provides a positive contribution to employee performance
