Abstract

This study aims to determine differences in the soundness level of government owned Islamic banks before and after the merger using the Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earnings, and Capital methods. This study uses quantitative anda comparative methods with secondary data types in the form of quarterly financial reports obtained from the bank’s official website and www.ojk.co.id. The samples in this research are balance sheets and reports profit and loss of Bank Syariah Mandiri, BNI Syariah, BRI Syariah, and Bank Syariah Indonesia in the 2018-2022 period. Based on the results of research with bro using the RGEC method which consists of Risk Profle with a Non ratio Performing Financing (NPF), and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Good Corporate Governance with Net Open Position (PDN) ratio, Earnings with gan Return On Asset (ROA) and Capital ratio with the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). The results of the NPF, PDN, ROA, and CAR ratio analysis provide result that there is a significant difference in this ratio before and after the merger. Meanwhile, the FDR ratio shows that there is no difference in the results significant before anda after the merger. Based on research has been carried out, it can be concluded tha Bank Syariah Indonesia is improving after the merger.

Abstract

The influence of globalization during the industrial revolution on companies has caused changes and competition has become increasingly competitive. Human resources are one of the most important factors in facing global competition, so it is necessary to pay attention to their quality. This study aims to determine the effect of work life balance as an aspect that needs to be considered by companies because it affects job satisfaction and employee performance. This research was conducted at the Shared Service Unit of PT. Telkom Regional VII Makassar with a total of 38 respondents. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive approach and is a population study. This study analyzes the effect of work life balance on employee job satisfaction. The results of the study show that work life balance as a whole is included in the High category. This shows that the work life balance of employees at the Shared Service Unit of PT. Telkom Regional VII Makassar has been running well as expected by employees at the Shared Service Unit of PT. Telkom Regional VII Makassar. Meanwhile, based on the simple regression results, the variable shows an R value (correlation) of 0.317. The R Square value of 0.317 equals 31.7%, so it can be concluded that the work life balance variable (X) influences the job satisfaction variable (Y) by 31.7%.

Abstract

Kesadaran konsumen terhadap isu lingkungan mendorong permintaan akan produk ramah lingkungan, namun banyak pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia, khususnya di Desa Rumbia, Kecamatan Kassi, Kabupaten Jeneponto, masih menghadapi kesulitan dalam menerapkan strategi pemasaran berkelanjutan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pelaku UMKM terkait pemasaran berkelanjutan melalui sosialisasi dan pelatihan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, penyusunan modul, pelatihan partisipatif berbasis studi kasus, praktik penyusunan rencana pemasaran, serta pendampingan teknis. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman peserta tentang pemasaran berkelanjutan, branding, packaging ramah lingkungan, serta pemanfaatan media digital. Sebagian besar UMKM mulai mengadopsi kemasan berbahan dasar daur ulang dan memperkuat identitas merek mereka. Program ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan pemasaran berkelanjutan mampu meningkatkan daya saing produk lokal di pasar digital, sekaligus mendukung pembangunan ekonomi yang lebih inklusif dan ramah lingkungan. Ke depan, diperlukan pendampingan lanjutan dan perluasan program serupa untuk memperkuat transformasi UMKM berbasis keberlanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the physical work environment and organizational culture on employee productivity at PT. PLN (Persero) UID Sulselrabar. The study uses a quantitative method with an associative process. Data was collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature review. The population in this study consisted of all employees at PT. PLN (Persero) UID Sulselrabar, with a sample size of 116 individuals, using stratified random sampling as the sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The research results indicate that the Physical Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, meaning that the better the work environment, the higher the employees' work productivity will be. Organizational Culture also has a positive and significant effect on Work Productivity, meaning that the better the organizational culture, the higher the employees' work productivity will be as well. Additionally, the Physical Work Environment and Organizational Culture simultaneously have a significant impact on Work Productivity, meaning that the physical work environment and organizational culture together influence the work productivity of employees at PT PLN (Persero) UID Sulselrabar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect between motivation on job satisfaction of employees of Perumda Air Minum Makassar City and analyze the role of motivation in job satisfaction of employees of Perumda Air Minum Makassar City. This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The independent variable in this study is the motivation variable, while the dependent variable is employee satisfaction. The population in this study were 258 employees of Perumda Air Minum Makassar city. while the sample amounted to 80 people. The research data was obtained by giving a questionnaire. The data analysis technique is the simple linear regression test. Based on the results of data analysis, it is concluded that there is a positive and significant effect of motivation on job satisfaction of employees of Perumda Air Minum Makassar City. Motivation and job satisfaction are interrelated and influence each other. Employees who feel motivated tend to be more satisfied with their jobs because they feel that the efforts they make are recognized and appreciated. So that a company must be able to increase employee motivation so that employee satisfaction can increase and company goals can be achieved easily.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy affect customer satisfaction at Eureka Coffee. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study were all visitors to Eureka Coffee who visited from January to July 2023 totaling 1,536 visitors, using the Sampling method obtained a sample of 100 respondents. The data collection technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) v. 23. The results of this study indicate that physical evidence (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Eureka Coffee. Reliability (X2) partially has a positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction at Eureka Coffee. Responsiveness (X3) partially has a positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction at Eureka Coffee. Assurance (X4) partially has a positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction at Eureka Coffee. Empathy (X5) partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Eureka Coffee. As well as physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Eureka Coffee.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi komunikasi saat ini sangat pesat, teknologi komunikasi disertai dengan media massa dan media sosial telah membawa banyak perubahan dalam kehidupan. Pemasaran media sosial adalah salah satu strategi paling efektif dan fleksibel yang digunakan untuk keberlangsungan usaha. Media Sosial dianggap menjadi media yang sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan konversi penjualan. Faktanya, apa pun produk dan layanan konsumen, media sosial adalah bagian penting dari setiap inisiatif pemasaran digital yang dapat dilakukan. Pemanfaatan sosial media marketing pada siswa UMKM dengan tujuan untuk membekali pengetahuan kewirausahaan dalam mempersiapkan diri di era globalisasi, sehingga memiliki keterampilan dalam pemasaran melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi sebagai strategi pemasaran dengan biaya rendah melalui media sosial. Solusi atas permasalahan tersebut adalah perlunya sosialisasi terkait dengan sosial media marketing. Adapun tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memotivasi siswa UMKM dalam memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk bisa melakukan pemasaran produk melalui media sosial. Pengabdian ini mengggunakan kombinasi metode ceramah dan praktek UMKM di Desa Batulaya. Teknik pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri atas tiga tahap dimulai dari tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, dan tahap evaluasi kegiatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap Citra Perusahaan. Jenis penelitian adalah Deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel independen yaitu Aspek Ekonomi, Aspek Lingkungan, dan Aspek Sosial. Variabel dependen yaitu Citra Perusahaan. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang berasal dan diolah secara langsung dari objek penelitian. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan menggunakan rumus slovin, yaitu sebanyak 92 sampel yang dibulatkan menjadi 100 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Hipotesis, dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Dari hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel Aspek Ekonomi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Citra Perusahaan; variabel Aspek Lingkungan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Citra Perusahaan; dan Aspek Sosial berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Citra Perusahaan. Hasil analisis Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,86 yang menunjukkan bahwa Aspek Ekonomi, Aspek Lingkungan, dan Aspek Sosial hanya mampu memberikan kontribusi terhadap Citra Perusahaan sebesar 86%, sisanya 14% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Gowa. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya memahami faktor-faktor internal yang dapat memengaruhi tingkat kepuasan pegawai, mengingat kepuasan kerja merupakan indikator penting dalam mendukung kinerja organisasi secara optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain deskriptif untuk menggambarkan hubungan antarvariabel secara empiris. Seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 64 pegawai dijadikan sampel melalui teknik sampling jenuh agar hasil penelitian mencerminkan kondisi nyata di lapangan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner berskala Likert, observasi, dan dokumentasi, yang kemudian diuji validitas serta reliabilitasnya untuk memastikan instrumen yang digunakan layak. Analisis data melibatkan regresi linear berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi (R²) guna mengukur seberapa besar pengaruh stres kerja dan beban kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan koefisien 0,455 (Sig. 0,000), yang mengindikasikan bahwa tingkatan stres tertentu justru dapat memicu motivasi kerja apabila dikelola dengan baik. Beban kerja juga terbukti berpengaruh signifikan dan positif dengan koefisien 0,198 (Sig. 0,000). Secara simultan, kedua variabel memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan nilai Fhitung 7640,119 dan Sig. 0,000. Nilai R² sebesar 0,996 menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja dan beban kerja secara bersama-sama memberikan kontribusi sangat kuat terhadap variasi kepuasan kerja pegawai.
