Abstract

Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara dengan kekayaan keanekaragaman hayati yang melimpah. Untuk menjamin kelestarian keanekaragaman hayati Indonesia berbagai upaya telah ditempuh, antara lain dengan ditetapkannya berbagai kawasan konservasi. Salah satunya adalah Cagar Alam Leuweung Sancang yang secara administrasi termasuk dalam wilayah Kecamatan Cibalong, Kabupaten Garut, Jawa Barat. Untuk mengelola kawasan Cagar Alam Leuweung Sancang diperlukan berbagai informasi, termasuk data akurat tentang komunitas mamalia di berbagai habitat di dalamnya. Oleh karena itu telah dilakukan penelitian untuk melengkapi kebutuhan akan data dasar sebaran mamalia di berbagai habitat dalam cagar alam ini. Kombinasi antara pengamatan langsung dan penangkapan di hutan primer Sancang Timur, hutan sekunder Cijeruk dan belukar Mas Sigit berhasil mencatat sebanyak 21 jenis mamalia. Indeks keanekaragaman Shannon-Wiener untuk ketiga plot pengamatan adalah 2,02 (Mas Sigit), 2,66 (Sancang Timur) dan 3,04 (Cijeruk). Rata-rata indeks similaritas Jaccard adalah 32% menunjukkan tingkat similaritas yang rendah di antara ketiga plot pengamatan. Abstract

Seiring peningkatan kebutuhan listrik di Indonesia serta menipisnya jumlah energi fosil dilakukan pengembangan energi baru terbarukan yang bebas polusi salah satunya yakni pemanfaatan energi hidrogen. Mesin fuel cell merupakan aplikasi pengembangan energi hidrogen yang dapat mengubah energi kimia menjadi energi listrik. Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) fuel cell merupakan salah satu jenis fuel cell yang mampu beroperasi pada temperatur rendah dan menghasilkan efisiensi sekitar 40-60%. Pada penelitian sebelumnya kinerja dari mesin PEM fuel cell kurang maksimal, sehingga perlu dilakukan modifikasi pada bagian komponen HHO generator yakni dengan mengubah dari tipe wet cell menjadi dry cell. Pengubahan ini didasari kelemahan tipe wet cell dimana hasil debit gas hidrogen rentan tercampur dengan uap air akibat kenaikan temperatur pada larutan elektrolit sehingga menyebabkan terjadinya penguapan. Hasil dari modifikasi ini yakni debit gas hidrogen yang mana setelah dilakukan modifikasi pada arus masukan 20 A dan konsentrasi KOH 0,5 M terjadi peningkatan debit sebesar 0,306 mL/s, kemudian pada 1 M terjadi peningkatan debit sebesar 1,434 mL/s, serta pada 1,5 M meningkat sebesar 5,439 mL/s. Namun demikian meski debit HHO generator, yang mana daya masukan fuel cell, meningkat efisiensi dari fuel cell justru menurun karena maksimum tegangan keluaran fuel cell sesuai spesifikasi hanya mencapai 2,3 V - 3 V, sehingga daya input masukan fuel cell tinggi namun daya keluaran fuel cell tetap sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang tentunya mengakibatkan nilai efisiensi fuel cell menurun. Secara keseluruhan hasil tertinggi efisiensi dari HHO generator mencapai 85,86% sedangkan efisiensi fuel cell mencapai 4,6%.

Abstract

Pada era saat ini hampir semua kegiatan tidak terkecuali bidang pendidikan sudah menerapkan penggunaan teknologi dalam menjalankan kegiatan pembelajaran. Yayasan Islam Nurus Sunnah yang terletak di Kelurahan Bulusan Kecamatan Tembalang Kota Semarang belum menerapkan teknologi informasi untuk sistem penilaian guru. Permasalah utama yang ada Yayasan Nurus Sunnah ini adalah melakukan penilaian guru mitra masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga mengalami beberapa kendala. Kendala yang dihadapi yaitu data yang tidak terintegrasi, kurangnya aksesibilitas terhadap data, proses penilaian yang tidak fleksibel dan keamanan data yang kurang terjamin. Alternatif solusi yang akan diterapkan pada mitra tersebut adalah menyediakan sistem online berbasis web untuk proses penilaian kinerja guru. Proses digitalisai penilaian guru diharapkan dapat mengintegrasikan data dan mempermudah proses penilaian guru. Kegiatan ini terdiri dari empat tahapan, tahapan pertama adalah identifikasi kebutuhan untuk kegiatan observasi lapangan, diskusi dengan mitra, dan analisis situasi untuk menetapkan permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra. Tahapan  kedua adalah perencanan dilakukan dengan proses desain aplikasi dan database aplikasi online berbasis web serta pembuatan aplikasi web dan database. Tahapan ketiga digunakan untuk pelatihan SDM agar terampil dalam mengoperasikan sistem aplikasi berbasis web dan sekaligus dilakukan uji coba (trial and error) penerapan dan koreksi sistem aplikasi web. Tahapan keempat adalah evaluasi terkait kerja sistem. Impelementasi hasil kegiatan menunjukkan meningkatkan performansi kegiatan penilaian guru yang dilakukan setiap periode menjadi lebih cepat dan akurat. Mitra mendapatkan dampak positif dengan diterapkannya sistem digitalisasi sistem penilaian guru. Solusi ini yang diberikan terbukti bisa efektif untuk membantu dalam manajemen penilaian guru pada mitra.   Nowadays, almost all educational activities are conducted online unless the field of education has already adopted the use of technology in teaching. The Nurus Sunnah of Islam that is practiced in the Kelurahan Bulusan Kecamatan Tembalang Kota Semarang does not use information technology for its guru certification system. The primary problem with this Yayasan Nurus Sunnah is that the mitra penilaian is mostly done manually, resulting in a few kendals. The data that is being handled include incomplete data, inconsistent data accessibility, non-flexible data processing procedures, and inconsistent data quality. Offering these partners a web-based online system for the teacher performance assessment procedure is an alternate approach that will be used. It is anticipated that the digitization process for teacher assessments will facilitate data integration and streamline the process. There are four stages to this activity. The first is determining the need for field observation exercises, partner discussions, and situation analysis to ascertain the issues that partners are facing. The creation of web applications and databases, along with the application design process and web-based online application database, comprise the second stage of planning. In the third stage, HR personnel receive training on how to effectively operate web-based application systems and conduct trial-and-error procedures for the purpose of implementing and optimizing web application systems. The assessment of the system's functionality is the fourth step. The application of the activity results demonstrates that there has been an increase in the speed and accuracy of the teacher assessment tasks completed each period. Partners' implementation of the teacher assessment system's digitalization has produced positive results. It has been demonstrated that this solution works well to help partners manage teacher assessments.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the extraction of lemon liquid (citrus limon) using Ultrasound Assisted Extraction (UAE) technology against increasing the immunity of puerperal mothers. The method used is true experiment with randomized pretest and posttest with control group design. The results showed that the average increase in immunity of postpartum mothers in the pretest intervention group was 264.66 and posttest was 328.16 while in the control group the average result of increasing immunity was 208.76 and posttest was 137.05. The conclusion of giving the results of the extraction of lemon liquid (citrus limon) using Ultrasound Assisted Extraction (UAE) technology at a dose of 7grams / 175ml given for 14 days was proven to have an effect on increasing the immunity of postpartum mothers with a p value of <0.05. Abstract

This study aims to create a non-invasive tool for anemia detection in pregnant women based on artificial intelligence. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with small-scale tests. The results showed that a non-invasive anemia detection tool was feasible to use because it got an AUC value of 91% which was good in the diagnostic test of the tool and the sensitivity value of the tool was 94% which means the tool is feasible to use. In addition, it can determine anemia status in pregnant women with a value of (p -value 0.957). Conclusion, the design of a non-invasive anemia detection tool based on artificial intelligence is feasible and provides valid and fast results in measuring Hb levels in determining anemia status in pregnant women. Abstract

Background: Hypothermia in newborns that is not treated properly will lead to respiratory failure and death. Hypothermia in newborns is 4 times more dangerous than hypothermia in adults. Care in the delivery room plays an important role in it. Neonatal service technology in the delivery room must be responsive, able to monitor and effective. Artificial intelligence can help determine management as needed. This study aims to analyze and examine the management of hypothermia in newborns based on artificial intelligence using the systematic review method. Subjects and Method: This study is a systematic review with PICO including: (1) Population: newborns; (2) Intervention: artificial intelligence; (3) conventional hypothermic treatment; (4) Artificial intelligence is feasible to be used in the management of neonatal hygiene.  The databases used are Google Scholar, PubMed, Science Direct, and Proquest. The inclusion criteria include fulltext in Indonesian and English with the study subject  of newborns with hypothermia. The exclusion criteria for this study are articles published under the last five years. Results: A total of 9 articles show that the existence of artificial intelligence can provide feedback support in the prevention of hypothermia efficiently and facilitate effective treatment. Conclusion: Hypothermic prevention feedback with artificial intelligence Fuzzy logic can save time and facilitate appropriate treatment.

Abstract

Introduction: Most cases of perinatal asphyxia are caused by conditions unrelated to labor. When asphyxia occurs during childbirth, it is usually caused by an obstetric emergency that was not detected during pregnancy. It is essential to prevent asphyxia by identifying the incidence of asphyxia during pregnancy. Several studies have been conducted to identify asphyxia problems developing by predictive models. However, there has been no development of a system for predicting birth asphyxia during pregnancy and carried out in primary health facilities.Purpose: Develop a web-based system using the Naïve Bayes (NB) algorithm to predict asphyxia neonatal using a dataset of antepartum risk factors in primary health facilities.Methods: This study employed research and development, which consists of 4 stages, namely literature study, development stage, expert validity, and trial.Results: A system that health workers in primary health facilities can use to predict asphyxia neonatal and recommend referrals for determining the place of childbirth has been successfully created. The system performance test predicted asphyxia neonatal with all NB evaluation values reaching more than 98%, and the prediction accuracy in the respondent test included in the High Accuracy category (MAPE value 9.06%).Conclusion: The development of a web-based system using the NB algorithm has been proven to be able to predict asphyxia neonatal and can be implemented for health workers as an effort to anticipate delays in handling cases of asphyxia neonatal because of the predicted results along with recommendations for focusing mothers with the risk of babies born asphyxia to find out possible childbirth places.

Abstract

Background: The COVID-19 pandemic has become a new stressor with significant pregnancy consequences, limiting access to health services. Mindfulness-Based Art Therapy (MBAT) has been proven to intervene in the body-mind-soul and improve mental health problems. However, no research has developed it into a form of artificial intelligence for use by pregnant women in supporting the current situation of access to health services.Purpose: This study aims to produce a system of MBAT based on artificial intelligence for early detection and to prove the effectiveness of improving mental health in pregnant women.Methods: This study employed Research & Development consisting of 4 stages, namely Literature Study, Development Stage, Validity Expert, and Trial.Results: The MBAT application has five features, from mental health information to history. The validity score of the application system is 87.33%. The trial results showed that the application effectively reduces stress levels by 91.26% and anxiety by 90.24%. Also, the application can predict the percentage reduction in stress and anxiety levels correctly and without errors using the decision tree.Conclusion: This application is helpful for pregnant women and health workers in detecting stress and anxiety levels early in pregnancy and improving mental health.

Abstract

Background: The number of deaths and illnesses caused by non-communicable diseases (NCDs) is increasing. One of the leading causes of NCDs is the behavior or patterns of people's daily habits. In the absence of a system that is used to detect NCDs with a behavioral approach, it is essential to research and create an application system for the early detection of NCDs.Purpose: This study aims to produce a system for the early detection of NCDs in pregnant women and provide recommendations based on an expert system.Method: This study employed Research & Development consisting of 4 stages, namely Literature Study, Development Stage, Validity Expert, and Trial.Results: This application has features that the public can use to detect NCDs independently. Users can perform early detection independently as needed; all user detection history data will be recorded in the detection history menu. In addition, users get health information through the health article menu. The results of trials conducted on pregnant women found that this application system was more effective than the manual. A mobile application can also increase the speed of diagnosis to 42%.Conclusion: This application is helpful for health workers and the public in conducting early detection of NCDs and providing education. This early detection application will make it easier for users to know their condition based on their behavior and make it easier for health workers to detect early and control the user's condition even from a distance.

Abstract

Background: Technological advancements have changed various aspects of human life, including in the world of health. One technological breakthrough that dominates attention is artificial intelligence (AI). Artificial intelligence has proven its potential to revolutionize many fields, including the health sector. One of the urgent health problems that requires innovative solutions is detecting the problem of stunting in children under five.Purpose: The study aims to develop and test a measuring device that effectively determines the body height and nutritional status in toddlers 0-5 years.Method: This study is in Research and Development (R&D); it consisted of 5 stages: stage I (literature study), stage II (product development), stage III (expert validity and phase trials), stage IV (product revision and final product), and stage V (phase II trials).Results: The electronic measuring device for height and nutritional status has been created. The result is that the tool effectively determines the height and nutritional status. The value of the ultrasonic sensor works quite well, with a maximum test error value of 0.11 and an average of 0.033, which means the calibration value of the tool's sensitivity is valid in determining body height.Conclusion: The electronic measuring device effectively determines the body's height and nutritional status.
