Abstract

Tatik MariyantiFakultas Ekonomi Universitas TrisaktiEmail : tatik_m2002@yahoo.comAbstractThe title of this paper is the impact of industriiaization to migration by provinces in Indonesia on 2010. Today in Indonesia, there are still excess number of workers in the agriculture sector. The various sources clearly show the labor transformation in Indonesia still occur. Where as this transformation is a logical consequences for the developing country that carrying out the economic development. This condition also indicate with the excess labor in the capital intensive sector that relevan to the industrialization process. The experiences in some provinces show that migration to the urban area is related by the industrialization. The people migrate to the urban area in order to fullfill the labor needs in the industrial sector, because job in the industrial sectorwill give more added value compare with other sector such as agriculture sector. This research will anlyze the impact of industrialization to the migration by provinces in 2010.Based on theory and previous findings we estimate that there is influence of industrial sector employment, and wage rate toward migration between provinces in 2010, This research conclude that the contribution of industrial sector in regional GDP have a positive effect toward inter-provincial migration, the industrial sector contribution to employment has a effect on migration, and minimum regional wage rate have positive affect the migration significant at 5%. This test use Eviews-4, with multiple linear regression model.Keywords : Industrial sector, gross domestic product, employment, regional wage and migration

Abstract

This paper discusses the analysis of the effect of taxes and subsidies and ZIS (Zsakat, Infaq and Sedekah) to the reduction of poverty in Indonesia in the period 1994 to 2013. The variables used in include taxes, subsidies, ZIS and poverty of the State of Indonesia. The method used in this thesis is a multiple regression method along with the classical assumptions. This study aims to determine the relationship between variables taxes, subsidies and ZIS against poverty. In addition, this study also aims to look at the variables which play a role in reducing poverty. The results using multiple regression analysis, it appears that all the independent variables are not significant and have adjusted R-square is nice. Next to the classical assumption test, based on the results of research there is a violation of classical assumptions in this research is the Normality.

Abstract

The purpose of the research based on PKM activities carried out by the Faculty of Economics and Business, Trisakti University is to increase the understanding of Islamic economics among BPRS employees under the auspices of ASBISINDO. The method used is a qualitative method by conducting surveys and direct observations by conducting counseling and presentations with interactions between speakers and participants, so that a large understanding of Islamic economics can be analyzed for the participants who are almost entirely employees of the BPRS during the covid-19 pandemic. The results of this research on PKM activities are that the understanding of Islamic economics for BPRS employees is getting better, marked by discussion interactions and being able to answer questions from BPRS employee participants. The implementation of this PKM research activity should continue to be carried out periodically and also speakers from the government and the practitioners, so that the results of this research based on PKM research activity can be immediately implemented by the government and practitioners.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknologi informasi dan komunikasi terhadap orientasi kewirausahaan dan kinerja UMKM. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengusha UMKM , sedangkan sampel dengan menggunakan rumus slovin berjumlah 391 orang, penyebaran kuisioner dipilih secara Proportionate stratified random sampling .. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian persamaan struktural 1 menunjukkan teknologi informasi & teknologi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap orientasi kewirausahaan. Untuk persamaan ke 2 menunjukkan teknologi informasi & teknologi dan orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM. Sedangkan secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel teknologi informasi & teknologi dan orientasi kewirausahaan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM Implikasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Disperindagkop memberikan pelatihan pada UMKM manfaat penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi lebih intensif dan pelatihan tersebut dilakukan tepat sasaran dan aplikatif sesuai kebutuhan. Untuk pengusaha UMKM harus dapat memanfaatkan fasilitas teknologi informasi dan komunikasi untuk meningkatkan usaha dan bersedia mengikuti pelatihan mengenai teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang diadakan oleh disperindagkop maupun pihak yang lain.

Abstract

This study explores the influence of Nazhir competence in waqf management on education, with waqf productivity as an intervening variable. The study aims to contribute to the existing knowledge on the relationship among Nazhir competence, waqf management, productivity, and education. The urgency of the study stems from the need to generate valuable insights and knowledge about the impact of Nazhir competence and waqf management on education, with productivity as an intervening variable. Data for the study were collected using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the LISREL 8.80 software, from a population of 500, and a sample of 356 was selected. The study highlights the crucial role of productive waqf management in optimizing the contribution of waqf to the education sector, from basic to higher education, considering the persisting concerns about the quality of education in Indonesia. The cost of continuing education and the challenge of enhancing experiences make it difficult for individuals in the middle to low economic groups to access education. The study findings indicate that Nazhir competence does not significantly influence waqf productivity, while management of waqf significantly impacts productivity. Moreover, some aspects of Nazhir competence are not significantly related to education, while waqf management significantly influences education. Finally, productivity as an intervening variable does not significantly impact education. These results imply that there is a need for education and training programs to enhance Nazhir competence in waqf management, particularly given the crucial role of productive waqf management in supporting quality education and the economic welfare of Muslim communities. Institutions and community organizations responsible for waqf management should provide socialization programs to promote professionalism, accountability, and good governance, leading to optimal results.

Abstract

Sejak terjadinya pandemic Covid-19 pada awal tahun 2020, salah satu resiko serius yang dihadapi oleh perbankan adalah munculnya pembiayaan macet. Hal tersebut juga tidak terlepas bagi Bank Pembiayaan Rakyat Syariah (BPRS). Penyuluhan dan workshop ini dilaksanakan dalam rangka memberikan arahan dan solusi yang tepat dan etis bagi BPR syariah dalam menghadapi risiko pembiayaan macet tersebut. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada hari Rabu tanggal 3 November 2021 melalui aplikasi zoom meeting, dengan peserta pegawai BPRS sejumlah 160 orang yang tergabung dalam asosiasi Bank Syariah Indonesia wilayah Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Bekasi, dan Provinsi Banten. Hasil dari penyuluhan ini memberikan peserta berupa pandangan dan pemahaman dalam menghadapi permasalahan pembiayaan macet di era pandemi ini secara etis yang terlihat melalui partisipasi aktif para peserta berupa tanggapan serta masukan ide selama proses workshop serta keaktifan peserta pada proses kegiatan tanya jawab. Hasil penyuluhan ini juga dapat diterima dengan baik oleh para peserta, di mana hal tersebut terlihat dari saran dari para peserta untuk mengadakan kegiatan sejenis di masa yang akan datang dengan topik yang berbeda.

Abstract

The purpose of this Join Community Service (PKM) with Faculty of Economy and Business Trisakti University and Faculty OF Economy and Business Esa Unggul University activity is to increase understanding of the Islamic economy and Islamic financial and banking institutions for school-aged children in environment of Masjid Luar Batang, Jakarta Indonesia. The method used is a survey and observation method with descriptive analysis from previous literature studies. The survey and observation methods were carried out by conducting direct outreach socialisation by presenting speakers and extension workers to school age. The material provided by giving an explanation of Islamic economics and the mechanism of Islamic financial institutions and banking. The next activity is evaluating the extension activities with interactions during the counseling session, such as questions and answers where questions from the instructor can be answered properly. Understanding of Islamic economics in school-age children in environment of Masjid Luar Batang has increased, but support from industry and the government is expected to be able to produce human resources that are reliable and can compete at the international level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran masyarakat di lingkungan kampus Universitas Trisakti Mega Kuningan tentang pentingnya membayar zakat. Potensi pendapatan zakat di Indonesia sangat besar dan realisasinya masih sedikit dari potensi yang ada, sehingga perlu ada kajian dan mengenai hal ini. Penelitian ini dalam bentuk pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yaitu dengan memberikan sosialisasi dan edukasi, dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Peneliti melakukan pengamatan langsung, sekaligus menjadi pembicara dan nara sumber. Data yang didapat dikumpulkan dan dianalisis dengan teori dan penelitian sebelumnya. Sosialisasi dan edukasi yang dilakukan oleh tim PKM dari Universitas Trisakti dan Universitas Esa Unggul dapat menumbuhkan kesadaran masyarakat untuk berzakat. Hal tersebut sejalan dengan penelitian terdahulu dan teori yang ada bahwa sosialisasi dan edukasi sangat diperlukan untuk dapat menumbuhkan kesadaran masyarakat dalam berzakat. Pada masa yang akan datang perlu ada model pelatihan khusus mengenai zakat kepada masyarakat.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 yang telah mewabah pada awal tahun 2020 ini telah berdampak pada terjadinya krisis ekonomi dimana banyak sekali dunia usaha serta individu terkena dampaknya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peranan zakat dalam menghadapi krisis ekonomi yang disebabkan oleh pandemi Covid-19 dan kemudian hasilnya di sosialisasikan. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan yang didapat dari penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya dan teori-teori yang ada. dan hasilnya disosialisasikan kepada para pengusaha muslim dalam kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) dengan menggunakan media daring. Hasil penelitian dengan studi kepustakaan ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa peranan zakat sangat penting dan sangat membantu dalam menghadapi krisis ekonomi yang diakibatkan oleh Covid-19 ini, dan kemudian disosialisasikan kepada pengusaha muslim di Indonesia. Para pengusaha memahami dan mengerti serta mendapatkan wawasan untuk dapat selamat dari krisis ekonomi ini dengan adanya peranan zakat yang dioptimalkan manfaatnya bagi siapa saja yang membutuhkan, sehingga dapat selamat dan bangkit dari krisis ekonomi ini. Pada kegiatan PKM ini hendaknya terus dilakukan untuk mewujudkan tridarma perguruan tinggi, guna mencerdaskan kehidupan berbangsa dan bernegara.

Abstract

In order to promote education in madrasahs, this study seeks to assess policies from a sociopolitical perspective. This research, it continues, was carried out using a descriptive qualitative method to the kind of library research, with book data serving as the data source. Content analysis, whose scope includes the depth of information content, was used to carry out the data analysis technique. The findings demonstrated that madrasah-based management involves the principal and is participatory management of the madrasah. The community, stakeholders, instructors, and students must work together to attain the goals for educational quality. Since1960–1990, there has been a global push toward decentralization in the area of education reform. The New Order's fall in 1998 ushered in a period of transition that included the constitutional reformation of education in Indonesia. since the Regional Government Law No. 22 of1999, which was later revised by Law No. 32 of the same year, established regional autonomy. In2004, the local government received control of the educational matters.
