Abstract

This research applies the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method to analyze the impact of using the marketplace on increasing sales of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). This research collected two types of data, namely primary data and secondary data. References or reference materials were made through Garda Rujukan Digital (GARUDA). After going through the screening process, seven journals relevant to the research topic were found. Based on a review of nine articles published between 2019 and 2024, it was found that marketplace utilization plays an important role in expanding market reach, increasing product exposure, and simplifying the transaction process for customers. In addition, optimizing digital marketing strategies through marketplaces contributes to building customer loyalty and increasing the operational efficiency of MSMEs.  These findings highlight the urgency of implementing effective strategies in utilizing and managing marketplaces to support sustainable business growth and strengthen MSME competitiveness in the digital era. Furthermore, this study identifies that aspects such as service quality, customer trust, and innovation in promotional strategies influence the success of MSMEs in utilizing the marketplace. The use of integrated social media and data analysis allows MSMEs to understand consumer behavior and develop more targeted marketing strategies.  Although the marketplace offers various opportunities, there are still a number of obstacles such as the high level of competition, the cost of using the platform, and the limited digital literacy faced by some MSME players. Therefore, support is needed from various stakeholders, including the government, platform providers, and educational institutions, in the form of training, mentoring, and wider access to digital technology. Thus, MSMEs can optimize the use of marketplaces to achieve sustainable business growth and increase competitiveness in the global market.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence work motivation and work discipline have. The research variables are Work Motivation (X1), Work Discipline (X2), Employee Performance (Y) and Job Satisfaction (Z). The data collection method is through surveys and distributing questionnaires to employees as respondents. The analysis method used is the outer model and inner model test using the smart PLS 3.0 data processing tool. The research results show (a) Work Motivation has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction of 8,152 with a significant level (0.000 < 0.05) (b) Work Discipline has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction of 2,918 with a significant level (0.069 < 0.05) (c) Work Motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance of 1,460 with a significant level (0.002< 0.05) (d) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance of 3,111 with a significant level (0.000< 0.05) (e) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect significant effect on Employee Performance of 8,152 with a significant level of (0.047< 0.05) (f) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction through Employee Performance of 2,600 with a significant level of (0.078> 0.05) (g)

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas peran penting keamanan siber dalam mendukung pengembangan wirausaha berbasis teknologi di era digital melalui tinjauan literatur sistematis (SLR). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan protokol keamanan, enkripsi, dan pelatihan kesadaran siber mampu melindungi data serta meningkatkan kepercayaan konsumen, sehingga mendukung keberlanjutan dan inovasi bisnis. Selain itu, peran institusi pendidikan dalam memberikan pengetahuan keamanan siber kepada calon technopreneurs dianggap esensial. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kolaborasi antar sektor teknologi, bisnis, dan pendidikan untuk memperkuat strategi keamanan siber dalam wirausaha

Abstract

This research aims to examine the use of social media as a promotional tool in digital business through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach supported by machine learning methods. Social media has become a major platform for marketing due to its ability to reach consumers widely and efficiently. This study identifies, evaluates, and interprets various research results related to the role of social media in improving marketing performance. The data used in this study comes from journal articles and proceedings published between 2020 and 2024, with a focus on social media and digital business. The SLR method is used to avoid subjective bias in the selection and assessment of literature. The results show that social media not only serves as an information channel, but also as an effective tool to build interactions with consumers, increase customer trust, and strengthen loyalty. Machine learning is used to analyze patterns and trends in the collected data, thus providing deeper insights into the effectiveness of social media in digital business promotion.

Abstract

Bisnis rental kendaraan online telah mengalami pertumbuhan signifikan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, didorong oleh kemajuan teknologi dan perubahan preferensi konsumen. Systematic Literature Review (SLR) ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan, tantangan, dan peluang dalam industri rental kendaraan online. Penelitian ini mengkaji 50 artikel ilmiah yang diterbitkan antara 2018-2023 dari database Scopus, IEEE Xplore, dan Google Scholar. Hasil review menunjukkan tiga tema utama: (1) evolusi model bisnis, dari model tradisional ke platform peer-to-peer; (2) peran teknologi, termasuk aplikasi mobile, IoT, dan AI dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional; dan (3) faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi adopsi konsumen, seperti kemudahan penggunaan, harga, dan keamanan. Tantangan utama yang diidentifikasi meliputi regulasi yang beragam, keamanan data, dan persaingan dengan penyedia transportasi tradisional.

Abstract

The development of information technology in the digital era has revolutionized the way organizations manage data and information. Management Information Systems (MIS) are a strategic solution for improving the efficiency, accuracy, and security of information management through the integration of modern technologies such as cloud computing, big data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), and the Internet of Things (IoT). This study uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method on six selected articles to identify the benefits, challenges, and strategies for implementing MIS. The study results show that a well-managed MIS can provide real-time, relevant, and error-free information, thus supporting strategic decision-making. Key obstacles include the digital divide, cybersecurity issues, low digital literacy, and infrastructure limitations. This study recommends a sustainable strategy that includes improving digital literacy, technological updates, data protection policies, and human resource training. With proper management, MIS has the potential to create an adaptive, secure, and highly competitive digital ecosystem.
