Abstract

Kelompok tani merupakan salah satu sistem kelembagaan yang berada di wilayah pedesaan, berfungsi mengorganisir para petani atas dasar kesamaan kepentingan, kesamaan kondisi lingkungan sosial, ekonomi dan sumberdaya. Kelembagaan kelompok tani memiliki peranan penting dalam pembangunan pertanian. Persepsi kelompok tani memiliki afiliasi dengan tingkat partisipasi petani dalam kelompok tani, apabila persepsi petani terhadap kelompok baik maka diharapkan partisipasi meningkat dan begitu juga sebaliknya. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis statitistik deskriptif dan korelasional. Hasil Penelitian menujukkan pendidikan non formal, pengalaman berorganisasi dan motavasi diri cukup baik. Faktor eksternal dorongan pemerintah dan swasta jumlah kunjungan penyuluhan, pemilihan media dan intensitas stimuli juga cukup baik. Persepsi anggota tentang urgensi kelompok tani sebagai wadah untuk mendapatkan program, peningkatan kapasitas petani dan sebagai sarana belajar petani. Tingkat partisipasi keterlibatan perencanaan (71,58), pelaksanaan (63,16%) dan evaluasi kegiatan (66,3%). Partisipasi (Y2) melalui Persepsi anggota tentang urgensi kelompok tani (Y1) hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh tidak signifikan. Faktor Internal (X1) terhadap tingkat partisipasi (Y2) melalui Persepsi Anggota tentang urgensi kelompok tani (Y1) memiliki p-value lebih dari 0.05.

Abstract

Understanding the characteristics of domestic wastewater is crucial for designing effective wastewater treatment facilities that comply with regulatory standards. This study examined key parameters, including pH, BOD, COD, TSS, oil and grease, ammonia nitrogen, and total coliform, outlined by Indonesia’s Ministry of Environment and Forestry (MoEF) under their regulation. Samples were collected monthly over a 12-month period from three types of facilities: shopping centers, office buildings, and hospitals. The results indicated significant variability among the sites. The shopping center recorded the highest concentrations of BOD and TSS, with values of 231 mg/L and 366 mg/L, respectively, while the hospital showed elevated COD levels, reaching 725 mg/L. Its processing requires a wastewater treatment plant that aims to reduce various parameters that exceed the threshold based on the Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia Number P.68 /Menlhk/Setjen/Kum I/8/2016 on Domestic Waste Quality Standards. These findings underscore the need for tailored wastewater treatment approaches based on facility type to mitigate environmental impacts and maintain water quality standards.

Abstract

Desa Muktijaya merupakan salah satu pemasok utama lengkuas di Jabodetabek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pemetaan pemasaran lengkuas dari Muktijaya yang terdiri dari pemetaan kuantitatif, luas pasar, harga, dan lalu lintas. Responden terdiri dari 51 petani lengkuas dan 8 pengepul. Berdasarkan data panen Desember 2022, lengkuas dari Desa Mukti Jaya telah didistribusikan ke 9 pasar yaitu Pasar Baru Bogor, Pasar Cikopo Purwakarta, Pasar Caringin Bandung, Pasar Kramatjati Jakarta, Pasar Minggu Jakarta, Pasar Kranggan Cibubur, Pasar Pondok Gede di Bekasi, Pasar Cibitung Tambun, Pasar Cibitung Tambun, dan Pasar Setu Bekasi. Harga jual di tingkat produsen atau pengumpul sekitar Rp 3.500/kg - Rp 7.800/kg. Lengkuas diangkut dengan sepeda motor, truk pick-up dan truk ke pasar tujuan dengan biaya pengiriman tergantung jarak. Dengan mempertimbangkan harga jual, ongkos kirim, jumlah permintaan dan kontinuitas, maka penjualan lengkuas langsung ke Pasar Kramat Jati Jakarta perlu diprioritaskan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada UKM Sate Bandeng Ratu Toety di Kota Serang. Tujuannya untuk menganalisis kinerja keuangan usaha sate bandeng sebelum pandemi dan selama masa pandemi. Informasi mengenai dampak pandemi terhadap kegiatan usaha, khususnya permintaan produk, biaya produksi, jumlah dan proses produksi, serta penjualan diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pihak pengelola UKM Sate Bandeng Ratu Toety. Dampak pandemi terhadap aktivitas bisnis UKM Sate Bandeng Ratu Toety dianalisis berdasarkan aspek profitabilitas melalui perbandingan rasio Return on Investment (ROI) dan perbandingan Profit Margin on Sale. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai rasio ROI menurun dari 53,23% menjadi 43,16% dan nilai rasio margin keuntungan menurun dari 34,73% menjadi 30,15%. Artinya dampak pandemi terhadap penurunan keuntungan investasi setiap Rp 100.000, dari Rp 53.230 menjadi Rp 43.160 dan dampak pandemi terhadap penurunan keuntungan setiap penjualan Rp 100.000, dari Rp 34.730 menjadi Rp 30.150. Penurunan terjadi karena diberlakukannya kebijakan social distancing, PSBB, dan kebijakan struktural

Abstract

Combining supervised and unsupervised method can assist in the data analysis process. This research aims to apply a supervised method, i.e. Poisson regression, that is followed by an unsupervised method, namely cluster analysis of the visitors in a tourism dataset. The samples were taken 80 persons purposively from the visitors of the Flower Garden X in Serang Regency, Banten Province. The dataset consists of the number of visits, travel cost, income/ stipend per month, gender, age, distance from the place of origin, and perception, which is formed by 11 questions of facilities and services. The Poisson regression was applied in the 30, 40, and 50 bootstrap samples resulted in the perception as the significant features. Then, medoid-based cluster analysis, i.e. pam and simple k-medoids, in the perception dataset was applied. They compared simple matching and cooccurrence distances and were validated via medoid-based shadow value. It grouped the visitors into five clusters as the most suitable number of clusters. The combined methods of supervised and unsupervised provided the cleanliness as the important indicator. The improvement of the tourism object had to be focus on the cleanliness aspect.

Abstract

The rapid expansion of digital payment systems in Indonesia has positioned QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) as a strategic instrument to accelerate financial inclusion, particularly in traditional markets. However, consumer adoption remains uneven, requiring deeper investigation into the behavioral factors that shape household decision-making. This study aims to examine the influence of perceived risk, trust, perceived ease of use, and perceived benefits on household consumers’ decisions to adopt QRIS in the context of traditional market transactions. Data were collected from household consumers at Pasar Anyar, Tangerang, using a structured questionnaire. The responses were analyzed with SPSS to test the significance of the proposed variables in influencing QRIS adoption decisions. The findings reveal that trust and perceived benefits significantly affect consumers’ decisions to use QRIS, while perceived risk and ease of use show no meaningful impact. Among the variables, perceived benefits emerge as the most dominant factor, as consumers value transaction speed and improved expenditure management. Trust also plays a critical role, reflecting the necessity of security assurance before shifting from cash-based payments. The study highlights that strengthening consumer trust and emphasizing tangible benefits are essential to enhance QRIS adoption in traditional markets. Policy recommendations include targeted consumer education, merchant incentives, and sustainable payment infrastructure to ensure smooth and secure digital transactions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Instagram usage on consumer purchase intention for Otak-Otak Bakar products in Sepatan Timur District, using Otak-Otak Bakar Pak Slamet as the case study. A quantitative approach with a correlational survey method was applied, involving 100 respondents selected through convenience sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire measuring four independent variables, namely Context, Communication, Collaboration, and Connection, toward Purchase Intention as the dependent variable. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that all four variables simultaneously have a significant effect on purchase intention. Partially, Communication, Collaboration, and Connection have significant influence, while Context shows no significant effect. Communication contributes through clear information and fast responses. Collaboration is the most dominant variable supported by consumer testimonials and reviews. Connection strengthens emotional closeness and digital loyalty, whereas Context does not strongly encourage purchasing decisions. These findings indicate that interaction, social proof, and emotional connection on Instagram play a stronger role in shaping purchase intention than visual content alone.
