Abstract

Developed by Google, the Flutter framework has gained popularity for creating mobile apps that work across multiple platforms. In this research, we will look specifically at how Flutter can be used to make an Indonesian cake recipe application. Our goal is to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of Flutter in developing mobile apps and discover how this framework can be used to make Indonesian culinary content more accessible. The application we created allows users to easily find, view and share cake recipes from various regions in Indonesia. App testing has shown that Flutter can deliver an intuitive and responsive user interface, all with a short setup time. It has been found that Flutter offers great advantages in terms of code efficiency and maintaining consistency across platforms. The study results support the conclusion that choosing Flutter is a practical decision to develop culinary content-based mobile applications.

Abstract

The proliferation of mobile technology has brought about significant changes in how we interact with various aspects of daily life. In this context, mobile applications have become crucial tools for simplifying diverse processes, including the purchase of movie tickets. Amidst this evolution, the development of mobile applications has gained prominence, and the Flutter platform provides a robust framework for rapidly creating responsive and engaging applications. This study aims to present a Flutter application that allows users to purchase movie tickets with various film choices, seat selections, and payment methods. The application is designed to deliver an interactive and efficient experience for users to access film options, choose desired seats, and complete the payment process through their preferred methods. The development methodology of this study applies a user-centered approach, focusing on intuitive user interface design and implementing features that cater to user needs. Additionally, the research involves integration with payment systems and the relevant business logic associated with ticket purchasing. The outcome of this research is a Flutter movie ticket purchasing application with an appealing and responsive user interface. The application empowers users to select movies they intend to watch, opt for desired seats, and choose the most suitable payment option. Upon successful payment, the application also presents a summary of the ticket purchase data. It is anticipated that this application will contribute positively by simplifying the movie ticket purchasing process, enhancing user experiences, and providing valuable insights into how mobile application development can effectively meet user needs.

Abstract

Utilization of balakka fruit is a typical fruit of North Padang Lawas Regency which can be used for superior preparations such as balakka fruit dodol. So far, balakka fruit has only been used for balakka syrup and juice. For this reason, community service was created in innovating balakka fruit by processing balakka fruit into balakka fruit dodol based on smart production. The urgency is expected to be used as an effective and efficient solution to increase people's knowledge and skills in processing balakka fruit. This community service activity aims to carry out dissemination and training on smart production-based balakka fruit dodol processing in the community of Padang Garugur Village, North Padang Lawas Regency, so that the community can be more productive with a technological approach. It is hoped that the results of the research will increase community knowledge and skills in processing balakka fruit into dodol based on smart production so that this service activity directly influences community productivity.. Abstract

Abstract: Performance assessment is the process of measuring an organization in achieving predetermined goals. Performance assessment can also be interpreted as periodically determining the operational effectiveness of an organization and its personnel, based on the vision, mission and organizational standards that have been previously established. Performance appraisals are carried out between superiors and subordinates, looking at the employee's work results in the last year. Employee performance assessment at the North Padang Lawas Regency PUPR Service still uses a manual system so that the files are not arranged quickly and employee performance assessment still uses calculations with Microsoft Excel. With this problem, the fuzzy logic method is used. The fuzzy method is used to obtain the best employee performance assessment, with 3 criteria to produce the greatest value selected. This research aims to design an employee performance assessment application using the fuzzy method, to obtain recommendations for promotion. The test results of 8 people had sufficient value and 2 people had low value. For low-ranking employees, they will be given sanctions and reprimands by their superiors, while for employees with sufficient value, their performance must be improved to be even better. Keywords: fuzzy logic; performance; assessment; employee;  Abstrak: Penilaian kinerja merupakan proses pengukuran organisasi dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Penilaian kinerja dapat juga diartikan sebagai penentuan secara periodik efektivitas operasional suatu organisasi, dan personilnya, berdasarkan visi, misi dan standar organisasi yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Penilaian kinerja dilakukan antara atasan dengan bawahan, melihat hasil kerja pegawai dalam setahun terakhir. Penilaian kinerja pegawai pada Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Padang Lawas Utara masih menggunakan sistem manual sehingga berkas-berkas file tidak tersusun secara rapid dan penilaian kinerja pegawai masih menggunakanperhitungan dengan microsoft excel.Dengan permasalahah tersebut menggunakan metode fuzzy logic. Metode fuzzy digunakan dalam mendapatkan penilaian kinerja pegawai terbaik, dengan 3 kriteria untuk menghasilkan nilai terbesar yang terpilih. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi penilaian kinerja karyawan dengan metode fuzzy, untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi kenaikan jabatan. Hasil tes dari 8 orang memiliki nilai cukup dan 2 orang memiliki nilai rendah. Bagi pegawai yang memiliki nilai rendah akan diberikan sanksi dan teguran oleh atasannya, sedangkan bagi pegawai yang memiliki nilai cukup, kinerjanya harus ditingkatkan agar lebih baik lagi. Kata kunci: fuzzy logic; penilaian; kinerja; pegawai

Abstract

This study introduces a stacking technique that integrates machine learning (ML) and deep learning (DL) algorithms to enhance the accuracy of stock market trend predictions. The stacking model utilizes XGBoost and Random Forest as base models from the ML domain, while Logistic Regression and LSTM (Long Short-Term Memory) function as meta models to optimize predictive accuracy. A significant challenge in stock market data is class imbalance, where certain trends, such as stock price drops, are underrepresented. To mitigate this, we applied the Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) to generate synthetic data for the minority class. This approach helps the model better capture patterns from the underrepresented data while preserving essential information from the majority class. The implementation of SMOTE, coupled with the stacking technique, yielded a substantial improvement in prediction accuracy. The results showed that the Random Forest algorithm achieved an accuracy of 85% with precision, recall, and F1-score all at 85%, while XGBoost and Logistic Regression achieved accuracies of 82% and 81% respectively. For the deep learning models, LSTM reached an accuracy of 83%, while the Stacking Meta Model with LSTM achieved an accuracy of 83% with slightly better precision and recall at 84%. The stacking model, with Logistic Regression as the meta model, ultimately achieved the highest accuracy of 86%, outperforming individual models such as SVM (Support Vector Machine), LSTM, Random Forest, and Logistic Regression (LR). These findings demonstrate the efficacy of combining SMOTE with stacking to address data imbalance and improve stock market predictions. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of advanced ML and DL models within a stacking framework to handle class imbalance in financial datasets. Future research will explore the deployment of this model in a real-time web-based application to support investor decision-making in stock market trend analysis.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and implement an air quality monitoring system using Internet of Things (IoT) technology and Mamdani fuzzy logic. The system integrates sensors to detect PM2.5, PM10, and CO concentrations. Real-time data is processed using fuzzy logic to generate an easily understandable Indeks Standar Pencemar Udara (ISPU). Testing showed 95% accuracy in ISPU measurement, 2-second response time, and 99.5% uptime over 30 days. The Mamdani fuzzy logic effectively handles uncertain data, providing accurate air quality interpretations. The system classifies air quality into different ISPU categories (Good, Medium, Unhealthy, Very Unhealthy, Dangerous) in real-time. The study concludes that integrating IoT and fuzzy logic yields a high-performing, reliable air quality monitoring tool, significantly aiding pollution mitigation and public health. Further research is recommended to enhance algorithms and integrate additional technologies for improved functionality and accuracy.

Abstract

Abstract: The Palestinian conflict has become a global issue that has triggered significant public responses, especially through social media platforms. This study aims to evaluate the performance of a hybrid Naïve Bayes–XGBoost model in classifying netizen sentiment toward the Free Palestine issue on platform X (formerly Twitter) in the year 2025. Data were collected using the X (Twitter) API with keywords such as #freepalestine and #savegaza, then processed through a series of preprocessing stages and sentiment labeling using a lexicon-based approach. The dataset was then split into 80% training data and 20% testing data to compare the performance of the baseline Naïve Bayes model and the hybrid model. The evaluation results show that the baseline Naïve Bayes model achieved an accuracy of 75.7% and an F1-score of 76%, while the hybrid Naïve Bayes–XGBoost model achieved a significantly higher accuracy of 95.5% and an F1-score of 96%. These findings indicate that integrating the two algorithms improves both accuracy and balance in sentiment classification, especially for unstructured and imbalanced data. This study recommends the use of hybrid models for public opinion analysis on social media and suggests further development using deep learning approaches. Keywords: Sentiment Analysis, Free Palestine, Naïve Bayes, XGBoost, Hybrid Model Abstrak: Konflik Palestina menjadi isu global yang memicu respons besar dari masyarakat dunia, terutama melalui media sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi performa model hybrid Naïve Bayes–XGBoost dalam mengklasifikasikan sentimen netizen terhadap isu Free Palestine di platform X (Twitter) tahun 2025. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan X (Twitter) API dengan kata kunci #freepalestine dan #savegaza, lalu diproses melalui tahapan preprocessing, dan pelabelan menggunakan pendekatan lexicon-based. Selanjutnya, data dibagi menjadi data latih (80%) dan data uji (20%) untuk membandingkan performa antara model Naïve Bayes dasar dan model hybrid. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa model Naïve Bayes dasar menghasilkan akurasi 75,7% dan F1-score 76%, sedangkan model hybrid Naïve Bayes–XGBoost mencapai akurasi 95,5% dan F1-score 96%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi kedua algoritma mampu meningkatkan akurasi dan keseimbangan klasifikasi sentimen, khususnya pada data yang tidak terstruktur dan imbalanced. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penggunaan model hybrid untuk analisis opini publik dimedia sosial, serta pengembangan lebih lanjut menggunakan pendekatan deep learning. Kata kunci: Sentimen, Free Palestine, Naïve Bayes, XGBoost, Hybrid Model

Abstract

Beberapa klinik di Padang Lawas Utara masih belum memiliki Sistem Informasi Layanan Kesehatan yang optimal seperti dalam proses pemesanan yang masih menggunakan saranan media telepon dan whatsapp sehingga kurangnya informasi yang diharapkan. Kendala lainnya yakni sering terjadinya terlambatan pelayanan di karenakan tidak adanya penjadwalan pelayanan sehingga tidak dapat di layani dengan maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membuat sistem informasi pelayanan kesehatan berbasis web. Metode pengembangan sistem yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode prototype dengan mengunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MYSQL. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa sistem informasi pelayanan kesehatan KLINIKKITA dapat mempermudah pelayanan. Dengan adanya sistem ini maka dapat mempermudah pihak terkait dalam melakukan proses pelayanan yang sesuai prosedur. Sistem dapat melakukan pendaftaran pasien, pendaftaran poli, dan pembayaran, agar dapat mempermudah dalam pelayanan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan terhadap pengelolaan bisnis ritel, termasuk toko mini. Sistem pelayanan manual yang masih digunakan di sebagian besar toko mini di Provinsi Sumatera Utara menimbulkan masalah dalam pencatatan transaksi, pengelolaan stok, dan pelaporan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistem informasi pelayanan toko mini berbasis web yang mampu mengintegrasikan proses transaksi, manajemen persediaan, dan pelaporan secara real-time. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pengembangan perangkat lunak Waterfall, yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berbasis web ini dapat mempercepat proses pelayanan, meminimalkan kesalahan pencatatan, serta mempermudah pemilik dalam memantau stok dan laporan penjualan. Dengan demikian, sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kualitas layanan toko mini di Provinsi Sumatera Utara.

Abstract

Proses pembelajaran merupakan salah satu faktor yang dapat meningkatkan pembelajaran, faktor tersebut dikelola oleh sekolah melalui sebuah manajemen pendidikan. Hal-hal yang mempengaruhi proses pembelajaran di kelas yaitu guru, keaktifan siswa, sarana dan prasarana, metode dan media pembelajaran, aktifitas siswa dapat berupa aktifitas pribadi maupun kelompok Berdasarkan hasil pra-survei yang dilakukan oleh peneliti di SD ALoban terdapat 15 dari 20 murid yang terkendala dalam menerima pembelajaran di sekolah. Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) yang merupakan salah satu sistem pendukung keputusan, menghasilkan nilai terbesar yang dapat dipilih sebagai alternatif terbaik. Perhitungan alternatif telah sesuai dengan metode SAW karena telah memenuhi kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Perangkingan terhadap bobot nilai yang diambil berasal dari kriteria C1 Metode Pembelajaran, C2 Kegiatan pembelajaran, C3 Kompetensi guru, C4 Sarana Pembelajaran. Terdapat tiga alternatif yang diuji yaitu A1 sebagai kurikulum 2006, A2 sebagai kurikulum 2013, dan A3 sebagai kurikuum merdeka. Manfaat yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian adalah untuk meningkatkan kualitas hasil belajar anak, proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih jelas dan menarik, dan penyampaian materi pembelajaran dapat disamaratakan sehingga menjadi lebih efektif.
