Abstract

This study aims to describe the level of academic procrastination based on the intensity of the use of social media in Palembang State Middle School 18. The population consisted of 120 students from class VIII with sample selection using a purposive sampling technique so that getting samples for each category in the form of: Light Users (numbered users) totaling 41 students, Medium Users (medium users) totaling 37 students, and Heavy Users 42 students. Research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods. The data collection technique used a closed questionnaire to measure the intensity of social media use as well as sample determination and the Likert scale to measure the tendency of academic procrastination. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative. The results showed that the majority of subjects in the Light Users category were low on academic procrastination with a percentage of 53.7%, the Medium Users category including being on academic procrastination with a percentage of 43.2% and the Heavy Users category including academic procrastination with 45.3% . The results showed that the more often students used social media, the higher the tendency to do academic procrastination.

Abstract

This type of research is development research by using the ADDIE model. This research aimed to produce products of audio visual media which were valid, practical and effective. The research was conducted at SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang. This research consisted of 5 stages, namely 1) analysis (pre-test and interview with BK teacher), 2) design (making RPL and media manuscript), 3) development (making media, after the media was finished, the researcher conducted validation with three experts: material expert, media expert, language expert and small group test), 4) implementation (field test and post-test), 5) evaluation (strengths and limitations of the media). The results obtained at pretest with materials that can be updated in the future are 47.9% in the "moderate" category, which means that students still need improvement. From the comments and suggestions given by the three experts, the results of themedia were valid and appropriate to be tested in a small group trial. The students gave comments and suggestions to improve the video, after which the researcher conducted a field test, the results obtained were 87% "very practical" and in the post-test 88.9% of the" high "category wasobtained. The effectiveness of audio visual media obtained by N-Gain was 0.71 which "high" category. From the results of the research, it can be concluded that the classical audio visual service media developed has been valid, practical and effective used in classical service delivery on the career field of future orientation materials.

Abstract

The study was conducted with the aim to determine the level of learning anxiety of students who have low academic ability in class X Palembang N 4 SMK. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were students who had low academic ability with a number of 85 and a sample or respondent of this study that was 85 students using purposive sampling. Date collection techniques use a percentage count. Aspects measured by learning anxiety in students who have low academic ability in class X of SMK N 4 Palembang, namely, physical, emotional, and mental or cognitive. The results of date analysis showed that the level of learning anxiety in students who had low academic ability in class X junior high school 4 Palembang, 35% in the very low category (SR), 49% in the low category (R),16% in the high category (T), and 0% in the very high category (ST).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of group counseling training on the understanding of Guidance and Counseling Teachers. The research method used is an experimental method with a pre-experimental design of One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The research subjects of this research were guidance and counseling teachers who participated in group counseling training using a reality approach to community service lecturers of guidance and counseling study program. The number is 30 people consisting of 16 guidance and counseling teachers for SMP/MTs, and 14 SMA/SMK in Indralaya Ogan Ilir. Data collection techniques using test techniques. The test wasgiven before treatment and after treatment. The data analysis technique used is the ttest (paired sample T test). The results of the study mean the pretest score is 14.5 and the standard deviation is 4.0, while the average score for the post-test is 17.9 with a standard deviation of 4.3. The results of the t test obtained t count = -6.89. The result of the t-test obtained is 6.89, which is greater than the t-table 2.04 with 0.00 < 0.05 in a significant level of 5%. This shows that there is an effect of training on understanding group counseling materials for guidance and counseling teachers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang penerapan pendekatan experience learning dalam pembelajaran Bimbingan dan Konseling di sekolah Menengah pada mahasiswa Program studi Bimbingan dan Konseling FKIP Unsri. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah pendekatan experience learning berpengaruh terhadap keaktifan mahasiswa dalam belajar pada mata kuliah Bimbingan dan Konseling Sekolah Menengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksprimen, dengan rancangan pra eksprimen One Group Pretest-Post test Design, karena rancangan tersebut merupakan salah satu desain penelitian yang termasuk dalam jenis penelitian pra eksprimen dengan observasi yang dilakukan sebanyak dua kali yaitu sebelum eksprimen yang disebut pretes dan sesudah eksprimen yang disebut post test pada subjek penelitian. Subjek penelitian adalah mahasiswa Program studi bimbingan dan konseling FKIP Unsri semester 3 tahun akademik 2019/2020 kelas Palembang yang berjumlah 25 orang. Untuk mendapatkan data menggunakan metode Observasi dengan pedoman observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis statistik t-tes. Berdasarkan hasilpenelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan menggunakan eksprience learning dapat meningkatkan keaktifan belajar pada Mata Kuliah Bimbingan dan Konseling Sekolah Menengah pada mahasiswa program studi Bimbingan dan Konseling FKIP Unsri. Hasil uji t hitung yang diperoleh = 8,56 lebih besar dari t tabel 2,02 , yaitu t hitung 8,56. > t tabel 2,02 dengan df N-1 dalam tarafsgnifikan 5%. Dengan demikian Pembelajaran dengan pendekatan ekperince learning dapat meningkatkan keaktifan belajar mahasiswa program studi bimbingan dan konseling.

Abstract

Minat merupakan keinginan yang tinggi terhadap sesuatu, rasa suka, kecenderungan seseorang dalam memperhatikan sesuatu yang diminatinya tersebut. Maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui minat guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam mengikutipelatihan layanan konseling kelompok dengan pendekatan realitas . Subjek yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini ada 24 guru bimbingan dan konseling SMP/MTS dan SMA/SMK di Indralaya Ogan Ilir. Penelitian ini meggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, data diambilmenggunakan kuesioner (angket) tentang minat guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam mengikuti pelatihan layanan konseling kelompok dengan pendekatan realitas. Angket disebarkan melalui google form yang dibagikan melalui grup whatsapp pelatihan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa minat guru bimbingan dan konseling dalam mengikuti pelatihan layanan konseling kelompok dengan pendekatan realitas berada pada kategori tinggi 25%, kategori sedang 71%, dankategori rendah 4%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa guru bimbingan dan konseling berminat dalam mengikuti pelatihan layanan konseling kelompok dengan pendekatan realitas.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran sikap guru BK terhadap layanan konseling kelompok dengan pendekatan realitas. Dua puluh empat guru BK dilibatkan dalam studi ini. Kami menggunakan angket sikap guru BK terhadap layanan konselingkelompok dengan pendekatan realitas untuk mengumpulkan data dan penyebarannya melalui google form serta dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sikap guru BK terhadap layanan konseling kelompok dengan pendekatan realitas pada kategori positif 88%, dan kategori negatif 12%. Mengacu temuan penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa guru BK memiliki sikap positif terhadap layanan konseling kelompok dengan pendekatan realitas.

Abstract

With the Copid-19 pandemic situation, the implementation of guidance and counseling services in schools was carried out online. This is in accordance with the Minister of Education and Culture Circular Letter Number 4 of 2020 with the term learning from home. To realize guidance and counseling services during the Covid-9 pandemic, counseling teachers are required to use technology in carrying out their roles to carry out various counseling services according to student needs. The counseling teacher can use a variety of media and communication platforms that are familiar to students. Cyber Counseling is an alternative that can be carried out by counseling teachers or counselors in carrying out guidance and counseling services during the Covid-19 pandemic. With cyber counseling, counseling teachers can facilitate students to get basic services, responsive services, and individual planning.

Abstract

Self-concept is a person's view of himself, if someone has a positive view of himself, it will develop the nature of self-confidence and the ability to see himself positively. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of experiential learning-based group counseling services on the self-concept of students of the Guidance and Counseling study program FKIP Unsri. The research subjects were taken by purposive sampling technique, based on the analysis of the results of the identification of needs, obtained 7 students who became research subjects. This study uses an experimental method with a One-Group Pre-test Post-test design. The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire. From the results of the research, the students' self-concept scores were 68.42 in the medium category, after the post-test results increased with a self-concept score of 112.42 in the high category. Based on the results of the t-test, it is obtained that it is greater than t-table at a significance level of 5% (3.56> 2.45. This indicates that there is a significant effect of Experiential Learning-based group counseling services on students' self-concepts.

Abstract

Interest is a high desire for something, liking, a person's tendency to pay attention to something that is of interest. Therefore, this study aims to determine the interest of guidance and counseling teachers in participating in group counseling service training with a realityapproach. The subjects involved in this study were 24 guidance and counseling teachers for SMP/MTS and SMA/SMK in Indralaya Ogan Ilir. This study used a quantitative descriptive method, the data was taken using a questionnaire (questionnaire) about the interest of guidance and counseling teachers in participating in group counseling service training with a reality approach. Questionnaires were distributed through a google forms which was shared through a whatsapp groups. Data were analyzed using the percentage formula. The results showed that the interest of guidance and counseling teachers in participating in group counseling service training with a reality approach was in the high category of 25%, medium category 71%, and low category 4%. Based on this research, it can be concluded that guidance and counseling teachers who are interested in participating in group counseling service training with a realityapproach.
