Abstract

Penelitian ini telah berhasil dikembangkan produk multimedia layanan dasar bimbingan dan konseling pada kompetensi perkembangan personal/sosial di sekolah menengah  kejuruan yang valid, praktis, dan memiliki efektifitas terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMKN 2 Palembang dengan menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan (R D). Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model Allesy dan trollip. Tahapan-tahapan  yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini meliputi tahap perencanaan, tahap desain dan tahap pengembangan . Hasil validitas diperoleh melalui uji alpha yang dinilai oleh tiga ahli desain pembelajaran, ahli materi dan ahli media. Hasil rerata penilaian para ahli diperoleh angka sebesar 0,77 dari ahli design pembelajaran, 0,97 dari ahli materi dan 0.77 dari ahli media sehingga multimedia layanan dasar bimbingan dan konseling yang dikembangkan dinyatakan tinggi kevalidannya. Hasil kepraktisan diperoleh melalui uji betha dengan hasil rerata penilaian adalah 0,83   dengan kategori sangat tinggi tingkat  kepraktisannya.  Hasil  Uji  lapangan  menunjukkan  bahwa  hasil  belajar  meningkat20,29 dengan rata-rata skor pretest sebesar 52,94, sedangkan skor posttest sebesar 73,23 dengan N-gain score sebesar 0,41 dengan kategori sedang. Produk multimedia ini menggunakan video yang menarik sehingga dapat memberikan informasi yang akan disampaikan  kepada  pengguna  dalam  menyampaikan  isi  dan  materi, lebih  mudah dimengerti,  tampilan  yang menarik  tentunya  tidak membuat  penggunanya menjadi  cepat bosan, dan dalam proses pembelajaran yang menyenangkan.

Abstract

This study aims to develop products in the form of Development of Children's Songs Using Musescore Applications in Learning Aspects of Early Childhood Development. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) model of ADDIE. The product trials were conducted by two expert namely material experts and media design experts with a valid category with a percentage of eligibility 75.5 and 78% respectively so that the product was eligible to be continued in small-scale trials. A small group trial was conducted on respondents totaling ten teachers and ten students. Furthermore, to find out the effectiveness of the use of songs in PAUD, an evaluation is carried out by means of pretest and posttest. The average pretest value obtained was 63%, while the average posttest value was 82% with effectiveness based on the n-gain formula of 0.68 in the medium category. In a large group trial, the average score of the pretest respondents was 42%, and the average post-test score was 81% with an effectiveness level of 0.67 in the medium category. So, it can be concluded that the Development of Children's Songs Using Musescore Applications in Learning Aspects of Early Childhood Development as valid, practical and effective is used by Early Childhood

Abstract

The main purpose of this study was to explore the belief that parents were able to perform or to manage tasks effectively related to parental involvement in educating elementary school children. 60 parents of elementary school children participated in this study, consisting of 20 fathers and 40 mothers. They were selected randomly from two public elementary schools and fulfilled informed consent showing they participated voluntarily in the study. The Parents Self Efficacy Scale which has been tested for validity and reliability administered to the parents. This self-report instrument, which consists of 68 questions asked parents to respond six aspects of the scale, namely the ability to parent children, communicate with the school/teacher, help children learn at home, become school volunteers, make decisions, and collaborate with the community. The results showed that parents have a high level of efficacy in all six aspects. However, among the six aspects, the higher level of parental self-efficacy was parenting children, communicating with the school/teacher, helping children learn at home. Abstract

Parental involvement had benefit for the education of elementary children. Yet, knowing parental efficacy was important factor to do such involvement. The purpose of this study was to design and examine a practical, valid, and reliable parental efficacy scale for measuring parents’ capabilities to involve in elementary education. A total of 402 parents of elementary children participated in this study, consisting of 114 fathers (28.36%) and 288 mothers (71.64%). They were selected randomly from 10 elementary schools and fulfilled informed consent showing they participated voluntarily in the study. A Parental Efficacy Scale which had been designed was tested for its practicality, validity and reliability. This self-report instrument asked parents to respond 67 items containing six aspects, namely their belief to be able parenting children, communicating with the school, helping children learn at home, becoming school volunteers, making decisions, and collaborating with community. The results showed that the scale fulfilled all of three requirements in all six aspects.

Abstract

Education at home is preparing a child for the future even though parents educate their child without a specific goal. But the child gets the knowledge, value, skills, and habits of parental education with love and compassion. The purpose of this research is to know the entrepreneurial education conducted by parents to children in Indonesia and the Philippines. The study was conducted in Indonesia and the Philippines. The population of this research comes from university students in Indonesia and the Philippines. The research respondent is the first semester student to become a respondent, as it is still heavily influenced by family education, the spread of questionnaires using Google forms, where the intended student is 2019 class students to fill the form provided. The maximum sample amount is determined, 216 respondents were acquired for each country. Data analysis techniques use percentages, data is outlined based on the educational aspect given to students by parents in the family. Shows that parents in Indonesia and the Philippines have done their job well. Indonesia acquires higher average value than the Philippines for all components, namely: knowledge, values, habits, and entrepreneurial skills. Overall, it looks how much the average acquisition shows the difference in the results of Indonesia and the Philippines in educating future entrepreneurs by parents. Habituation in children through assignments to do something at home or homework. The value of skills educated by parents in the form of leadership values and the ability to network, communicate, and make decisions quickly. Entrepreneurship education can provide an intensive investment value as long as the child is still in the educational process of his parents at home.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to investigate the relationship between the two at the high school level using a correlational research design. Two instruments, namely the Multicultural Self-Efficacy Scale and the Academic Self-Concept Scale, were administered to 302 high school students randomly selected as respondents. The study employed Pearson's product-moment correlation to analyze the relationship between the two variables using SPSS 25 for Windows Release. This study also displayed descriptive data from each variable according to gender and grade level. The results found a positive relationship at a moderate level between students' multicultural self-efficacy and students' academic self-concept (r=0.488). In addition, 70.9% of students had a multicultural self-efficacy level in the medium to the very high category, and 81.5% had medium to very high levels of academic self-concept. Meanwhile, based on grade level, the data of the two variables showed the same position, that the tenth graders had the highest score (7.99 and 3.53), followed by the eleventh graders (7.77 and 3.50), and the twelfth graders (7 .49 and 3.45).Keywords: multicultural self-efficacy, academic self-concept, high school student  ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menyelidiki hubungan keduanya di tingkat sekolah menengah atas dengan menggunakan desain korelasional. Dua instrumen, yaitu Skala Efikasi Diri Multikultur dan Skala Konsep Diri Akademik, diadministrasikan kepada 302 siswa SMA yang dipilih secara acak sebagai sampel. Korelasi product moment dari Pearson digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan kedua variabel dengan memanfaatkan SPSS 25 for Windows Release. Penelitian ini juga menampilkan data deskriptif dari masing-masing variabel menurut jenis kelamin dan tingkat kelas. Hasil riset menemukan adanya hubungan positif pada level moderat antara efikasi diri multikultural siswa dan konsep diri akademik siswa (r=0,488). Kemudian, 70,9% siswa memiliki tingkat efikasi diri multikultural pada kategori antara sedang-sangat tinggi dan 81,5% siswa memiliki konsep diri akademik kategori sedang-sangat tinggi. Sementara itu berdasarkan tingkatan kelas, data kedua variabel menunjukkan kesamaan posisi, yaitu siswa kelas X memilih skor tertinggi (7,99 dan 3,53) , diikuti oleh siswa kelas XII (7,77 dan 3,50), dan kelas XI (7,49 dan 3,45).Kata kunci: Efikasi diri multikultural, Konsep diri akademik, siswa sekolah menengah atas

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan multimedia interaktif yang valid, praktis, dan menghasilkan efek potensial terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian pengembangan (development research) yang mengadopsi dari model pengembangan Barbara N.Flagg. Prosedur penelitian dimulai dari planning, design, production, dan implementation. Penelitian dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Pemulutan Barat. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI Tahun Pelajaran 2013-2014. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar validasi, wawancara, angket, observasi, dan tes. Teknik analisis data terdiri atas uji validasi, analisis data wawancara, analisis data angket, analisis data observasi, dan analisis data tes. Hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa multimedia interaktif yang peneliti kembangkan dengan kompetensi dasar mendeskripsikan unsur estetis tari tunggal nusantara di kelas XI Sekolah Menengah Atas sudah memenuhi aspek validitas baik valid secara materi (content), desain instruksional (construct), dan media (layout). Multimedia interaktif yang dikembangkan sangat praktis sehingga layak untuk digunakan oleh siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 1 Pemulutan Barat, karena kepraktisannya sudah diujicobakan secara satu-satu dan kelompok kecil. Multimedia interaktif yang telah dikembangkan mempunyai efek potensial terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Efek potensial terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada tahap uji lapangan yaitu sebesar 90 berada pada kategori sangat baik, dan setelah dianalisis dengan N-gain termasuk kategori tinggi yaitu di atas 0,7.

Abstract

Remaja merupakan individu yang mempunyai potensi untuk melakukan kesalahan karena memiliki akal dan pikiran yang memungkinkan seseorang menentukan pilihan atau langkah tehadap sesuatu hal. Kesalahan dapat terjadi akibat dari kurangnya perhatian atau kecerobohan, belum mempunyai pengetahuan, keterampilan ataupun pengalaman yang cukup ketika dihadapkan pada situasi tertentu. Refleksi personal merupakan suatu tindakan reflektif yang bertujuan untuk mengamati kembali aktivitas ataupun pengalaman sebelumnya yang nantinya diharapkan seseorang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan dan pemahaman yang dapat ditindaklanjuti apabila dihadapkan pada situasi ataupun peristiwa yang serupa dimasa mendatang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan skala berbasis web untuk mengukur kemampuan refleksi personal setelah melakukan kesalahan yang validitias, reliabilitas dan praktikalitas. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian pengembangan (Research Development). Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI SMA sebanyak 60 peserta didik untuk pilot test dan 188 peserta didik dilibatkan untuk main test yang dipilih secara random dari dua sekolah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdapat sebanyak 22 item pernyataan yang dinyatakan valid dari 31 total seluruh item yang diujikan. Diperoleh tingkat reliabilitias skala berbasis web adalah 0,848 yang termasuk kedalam kategori tinggi dan hasil uji kepraktisan diperoleh 80,4% termasuk kedalam kategori sangat praktis. Penelitian ini menghasilkan skala berbasis web yang valid, reliabel dan praktis sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu pilihan alat ukur refleksi personal setelah melakukan kesalahan oleh guru bimbingan dan konseling disekolah.

Abstract

Education is not only about transferring knowledge, but also developing critical and creative thinking skills in students. One of the approaches that can be used to realize this goal is through the application of the philosophy of science in education, especially at the elementary school level. The purpose of this study is to understand how the principles of philosophy of science can be applied in the learning process in elementary schools, as well as to assess their impact on the development of students' critical and creative thinking skills. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to explore the application of philosophy of science in building critical and creative education at SDN Rantau Pangeran. The results of this study show that the application of philosophy of science in learning at SDN Rantau Pangeran has had a significant positive impact on students' critical and creative thinking skills. Through this approach, students not only receive information passively, but are also invited to actively ask, analyze, and solve problems in a more in-depth way. The application of the philosophy of science successfully encourages students to think logically, systematically, and creatively, which is reflected in the improvement of their critical thinking skills and creativity which can be measured through tests and observations.

Abstract

Primary education has a very significant role in forming the foundation of a critical mindset in children. At this stage, students should begin to be taught how to understand information in depth, make informed judgments, and develop the ability to make decisions based on logical reasoning. This research aims to develop the critical thinking patterns of students at SD Negeri 2 Sumber Harum through the application of philosophical epistemology in learning. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive design to explore the application of philosophical epistemology in learning to improve the critical thinking of students at SD Negeri 2 Sumber Harum. The results of this study show that the application of philosophical epistemology in learning at SD Negeri 2 Sumber Harum significantly improves students' critical thinking skills. Through learning methods such as group discussions, debates, and case studies, students not only understand the subject matter more deeply, but are also able to analyze, evaluate, and construct logical arguments. This improvement was seen in the results of the critical thinking test, which showed an increase in the average score from 58 to 76 after the intervention. In addition, students also began to show higher confidence in expressing opinions and being actively involved in the learning process.
