Abstract

Writing is one of the subjects taught at school. Through poetry writing, students’ imaginative writing skills can be improved. The purpose of this research is to describe the improvement in poetry writing skills and students’ activity using Prezi. This research employed a classroom action research method conducted in three cycles. Each cycle consisted of four stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this research were fifth-grade students of a primary school in Inderalaya consisting of 13 male students and 16 female students. The instrument of the data collection was a poetry writing test. The results of the three cycles in this research were 44.44%, 78.57%, and 89.28% respectively. It showed an increase in poetry writing skills of fifth-grade primary school students after the use of Prezi media in learning.  Hence, it can be concluded that Prezi was an appropriate media to teach poetry writing. It is recommended that Prezi could be used as an alternative media to teach writing in the primary school.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the teachers' understanding of ratings-based thinking higher-order skills (HOTS) in teaching elementary school in the city of Palembang. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subject of research is a teacher with a class VI elementary School in the city of Palembang, amounting to 8 people. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The results showed that an understanding of elementary school teachers in both Palembang city on the already excellent ratings. But understanding the teacher assessment and application of Assessment based on HOTS is still lacking. Teachers have difficulty composing Assessment based on HOTS instrument for learning in elementary schools. Based on the results of this study need to be developed guidelines to develop instruments assessment based on HOTS learning in elementary schools

Abstract

The successfulness of learning process at school is influenced by several factors. Initial observation result indicates that learning process in SDN 11 Kampung Tarandam Kecamatan Koto XI Tarusan did not run condusively so that students’ score of IPA subject decreased. This research is aimed to improve students’ learning achievement of IPA subject by using learning model Quantum Teaching. Subject of this research are students grade V SDN 11 Kampung Terandam Kecamatan Koto XI Tarusan. This research consist of three cycles. Data of research were obtained from observation result and students’ test result. Data were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. Researcher decided the standard of students’ learning achievement as 70. After cycle I, students’ learning achievement was 66. after cycle II, students’ learning achievement was 73. After cycle III, students’ learning achievement was 79. result of research show that implementation of learning model Quantum Teaching on IPA subject can improve students’ learning achievement.

Abstract

In the teaching and learning process in schools, teachers of certain subjects experience various kinds of obstacles. The essence of these problems is the occurrence of missed understanding or missed communication between the two parties, which in the end has fatal consequences. The purpose of this research is to explain how Sheikh Al-Zarnuji thinks about the method of education in the book of Al-Muta'alim. This research is literature research that uses a qualitative approach and an analytical approach. The data collection technique used is a documentary technique, and the data analysis uses content analysis. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that in teaching Al-Zarnuji uses several methods such as the lecture method, discussion, memorization, and example. Then he also explained that the relationship between a teacher and his students must have a good personality, and guard against doubtful things. Not much to laugh at and talk in pointless things. A teacher to his students must be humble and stay away from arrogant pride.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi dampak Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kondisi Lingkungan Kerja, dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Gapura Angkasa, Bandara Internasional Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar. Variabel-variabel yang diteliti meliputi Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kondisi Lingkungan Kerja, dan Motivasi Kerja. Populasi yang menjadi subjek penelitian ini adalah para karyawan di PT. Gapura Angkasa, Bandara Internasional Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 54 individu. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode deskriptif dan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan Regresi Linear Berganda untuk menilai pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kondisi Lingkungan Kerja, dan Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kondisi Lingkungan Kerja, dan Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan, kecuali Kondisi Lingkungan Kerja yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, pengujian koefisien korelasi mengungkapkan bahwa hubungan antara Gaya Kepemimpinan, Kondisi Lingkungan Kerja, dan Motivasi Kerja dengan kinerja karyawan memiliki tingkat korelasi yang tinggi, yaitu sebesar 56%. Selain itu, gaya kepemimpinan teridentifikasi sebagai faktor yang paling dominan dalam memengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan; Kondisi Lingkungan Kerja; Motivasi Kerja; Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

ABSTRACTLatar Belakang Masalah: Kapitasi Berbasis Kinerja (KBK) mempunyai tiga indikator penting yang harus diterapkan sebagai upaya peningkatan kualitas pelayanan peserta JKN di FKTP. Adapun ketiga indikator tersebut adalah angka kontak ≥ 150 per mil, rasio rujukan rawat jalan non spesialistik ≤2%,dan rasio peserta prolanis terkendali ≥ 5%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis Pelaksanaan Kapitasi Berbasis Kinerja  (KBK) Di Puskesmas Meuraxa Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan indept interview, observasi, dan telah dokumen sebagai cara untuk mengumpulkan data. Informan penelitian ini berjumlah 5 orang dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Analisis data secara reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Angka Kontak mencapai target pada zona aman dengan kriteria rating 4 dengan capaian angka kontak ≥150% nilai capaian 1,6. Rasio Rujukan Rawat Jalan Kasus Non Spesialistik mencapai target pada zona aman dengan kriteria rating 4 dengan capaian Rasio Rujukan Rawat Jalan Kasus Non Spesialistik ≤ 2%  nilai capaian 2 dan Rasio peserta prolanis tidak mencapai zona aman dengan kriteria rating 1 dengan capaian Rasio peserta prolanis terkendali <3% nilai capaian 0. Diharapkan Puskesmas Meuraxa melakukan koordinasi dengan kepala desa dan kader puskesmas serta optimalisasi  penjadwalan konsultasi dan pemeriksaan penunjang secara rutin dan kunjungan ke rumah.Kata kunci: Kapitasi Berbasis Kinerja (KBK), Prolanis.Background of the Problem: Performance Based Capitation (KBK) have three indicators that are applied as an effort to improve the quality of services for JKN participants at the FKTP. The three indicators are contact rate ≥ 150 per mile, non-specialist outpatient referral ratio ≤2%, and Prolanis participant ratio controlled ≥ 5%. The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of performance-based capitation (KBK) at the Meuraxa Public Health Center, the Banda Aceh City. This study used a qualitative approach using in-depth interviews, observation, and documents as a way to collect data. The number of informants in this study were 5 people with purposive sampling technique. Data analysis in qualitative research consists of the stages of data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and verification. The results showed that the contact number reached the target in the safe zone with a rating criterion of 4 with a contact number achievement ≥150%, an achievement value of 1.6. Outpatient Referral Ratio for Non-Specialistic Cases reached the target in the safe zone with rating criteria 4 with the achievement of Outpatient Referral Ratio for Non-Specialistic Cases ≤ 2%, score of 2 and the ratio of prolanis participants not reaching the safe zone with rating criteria 1 with the achievement of controlled prolanist participant ratio 3% achievement value 0.1. It is hoped that the Meuraxa Health Center will coordinate with the village head and puskesmas cadres as well as optimize the scheduling of consultations and routine supporting examinations and home visits.Keywords: Performance Based Capitation (KBK), Prolanis

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has significantly influenced the transformation of administrative processes in the education sector. At MA Al-Aqsha Massaile, the student admission process had previously been conducted manually, leading to data management inefficiencies, extended queues, and delays in selection result announcements. This study aims to design and implement a web-based student admission information system to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user satisfaction. The research adopted a qualitative and system development approach, involving interviews with school administrators to identify workflow challenges, followed by system development using the waterfall model. System testing and evaluation were conducted through user trials involving 30 respondents, including prospective students, parents, and school staff. The results indicate that 93.3% of users rated the system as "very effective" in simplifying the registration process, while 90% found the user interface intuitive and easy to navigate. Furthermore, 86.7% of respondents agreed that the system reduced errors in data input and improved the overall registration experience. These findings confirm that the web-based system significantly improves administrative efficiency and user experience in student admissions. Future recommendations include integrating the system with academic databases and implementing mobile-friendly features to support wider accessibility.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan faktor penting bagi suatu organisasi untuk mencapai tujuannya. Berbagai upaya dilakukan oleh suatu organisasi untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawannya. Salah satu upaya tersebut dilakukan dengan penilaian kinerja. Penilaian kinerja pada Bengkel Pemeliharaan dan Perbaikan Toyota PT. Hadji Kalla Makassar dilakukan dalam empat faktor, yaitu kinerja yang berhubungan dengan keuntungan perusahaan, kompetensi karyawan, pelayanan pelanggan, dan peningkatan pekerjaan. Manajemen di perusahaan ini menggunakan penilaian kinerja untuk memberikan bonus, kenaikan gaji, dan promosi jabatan. Namun, manajemen sering menemukan ketidakakuratan (hasil yang salah) dalam penilaian mereka. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja karyawan, sedangkan variabel independennya adalah kompetensi karyawan, yang terdiri dari kompetensi komunikasi, kerja sama dalam kelompok, kepemimpinan, dan pengambilan keputusan analitik. Metode penelitian observasional, dimana data diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan anialisis regresi linier berganda (Multiple regresional analisis) program SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences).. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi, komunikasi, kerja sama dalam kelompok, kepemimpinan, dan pengambilan keputusan analitik pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Bengkel Pemeliharaan dan Perbaikan Toyota PT. Hadji Kalla Makassar.

Abstract

This study focuses on the implementation of the Multilingual BERT (mBERT) architecture combined with a Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) model to classify Instagram comments into positive, negative, and neutral sentiments. The primary objective is to support the monitoring of personal branding among recipients of the Bright Scholarship managed by the Baitul Mall BRILiaN Foundation (YBMRILiaN) at the Makassar Regional Office. The experimental results indicate that mBERT is capable of effectively analyzing sentiment from Instagram comments on scholarship awardees from Hasanuddin University and UIN Alauddin Makassar. Using a sample of 10 awardees, the model demonstrates a consistent increase in accuracy across epochs, achieving an average accuracy of 63.87% and a peak accuracy of 73.18% for Awardee 10, with a corresponding loss value of 1.094. These findings highlight the potential of this approach to assist scholarship organizers in systematically evaluating the personal branding of awardees on social media. Moreover, the analysis identifies one awardee whose personal branding performance may require further consideration regarding scholarship eligibility.
