Abstract

The influence of Quality of Work Life on Person Organization Fit and its implications on Employee Performance. Attempts to identify and analyze the level of influence directly or indirectly and which variables are more influential on employee performance on non-medical employees of Siti Khodijah Palembang Islamic Hospital. This study analyzed by using Structural Equation Modeling. The results show the Quality of Work Life variable to the Person Organization Fit of 1,074, the direct influence of Quality of Work Life on Employee Performance of 0.960 and the magnitude of the direct influence of Person Organization Fit to Employee Performance of 0.290. While the indirect influence of Quality of Work Life (QWL) Variables on the Performance of Non-Medical Employees of Siti Khodijah Palembang Islamic Hospital is 0.853

Abstract

Influence of competence and discipline to satisfaction and the implications on performance.Aims to identify and analyze the level of influence directly and indirectly and which variable has more influence on employee performance on Insurance AJB Bumi Putera 1912.This research analyzes using Structural Equation Modelling.The results showed variable competency has a greater direct influence on satisfaction of 0.32 compared to only 0.14 Discipline.Competence has a direct influence most to the achievement of 0.28, compared Discipline and Satisfaction 0.11 and 0.05. Variable discipline greater indirect effect on the achievement of 0.37, of the competence of 0.19

Abstract

ABSTRACT Motivation is important because the motivation of every employee is expected to work hard to achieve organizational goals. This study analyzes the factors that influence culture and organizational commitment on employee motivation at PT. Astra International, Tbk – Honda Sales Operation Kanwil Palembang. The problems of the researcher is to knowIs there any influence of organizational culture on employee motivation and organizational commitment influence on employee motivation and to determine which variables most influence on employee motivation PT. Astra International, Tbk- Honda Sales Operation Kanwil Palembang. This study develops three hypotheses in order to answer the problems that exist. This study conducted a census of 170 people while as many as 162 questionnaires were returned. The respondent is an employee of PT. Astra International, Tbk- Honda Sales Operation Kanwil Palembang. This study uses Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) using Lisrel programas ananalysis tool. Results of data analysis showed that the hypothesis can be accepted. The results proved that organizational culture has apositive and significant impacton employee motivation with at-value>1.96 is equal to11.54 with an estimated value of 0.82 and acommitment to the organization also has a positive effect on the motivation of working with t-value of 16,42 with an estimated value of 1.02. Organizational commitment is the most significan t variable with a value of 11.54t- value in comparison with the value oforganizational culturet-value 11.54 on employee motivation PT. Astra International, Tbk- Honda Sales Operation Kanwil Palembang. Based on the results of this study provide the oretical implications of a strong influence on employee motivation such as organizational culture and organizational commitment. managerial implications of this research is the PT. Astra International, Tbk- Honda Sales Operation Kanwil Palembang. need to pay attention and make employees become part of the organization because of the presence of emotional or psychological bond that employee shave the awareness and commitment to the organization is indeed to be done.

Abstract

Analysis of interpersonal communication to fit people organization and its implication on work achievement to know and analyze the direct influence of interpersonal communication to people Fit Organization And Its Implication On Job Performance of Inspectorate Employee of South Sumatera Province. This analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that the influence of Interpersonal Communication (IC) variable to Person Organization Fit (POF) is 0.53, Interpersonal Communication (IC) to Job Performance of -0.04 and Person Organization Fit (POF) on Job Performance of 1.00. Indirect Influence Interpersonal Communication Variables (IC) To People Organization Fit (POF) And Its Implication On Job Performance (PK) employee Inspectorate Province of South Sumatra equal to 0,53.

Abstract

Influence Service Quality And Compliance Pay Private Vehicle Tax Service Satisfaction. This study aims to determine and analyze the magnitude of the influence of Service Quality and Compliance Pay Private Vehicle tax partially and simultaneously to Satisfaction Satisfaction Personal Vehicle Tax Service at UPTD Palembang Regional Revenue Office of South Sumatra Province. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression analysis with SPSS program assistance (Statistics for Product and ServiceSolution). The results showed that the Quality of Service and Compliance Pay Private Vehicle tax significantly partially and simultaneously affect Service Satisfaction. Quality of Service dominant influence on Satisfaction Satisfaction Personal Vehicle Tax Service at UPTD Palembang Regional Revenue Service of South Sumatra Province.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of communication and service quality on the performance of nurses at Bhayangkara Hospital Palembang. Sample of research is nurse of Bhayangkara Palembang Hospital counted 110 respondents by using purposive sampling method. The analysis of this research using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), which is operated through Lisrel Program. The results showed that Communication Variables and Service Quality have a positive and significant impact on the Performance of Nurse Hospital Bhayangkara Palembang. Communication Variables more dominant influence on the Performance of Nurse Hospital Bhayangkara Palembang in comparison of service quality variable

Abstract

The purpose of this Community Service focus is on Managerial Training for Productive Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Lubuklinggau City, namely to provide understanding to MSME actors about Managerial. This training activity was held at the Dewinda Hotel, Lubuk Linggau City, which took place from 6 to 8 October 2021. The training method used was to use a logic model for evaluation and socialization by providing managerial material for Productive MSMEs and participants were given the opportunity to asked about MSME management through four components, namely input, process, output, and outcomes. In addition to using technical analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Variance or Component Based (VB-SEM) approach with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) technique to examine the effect of managerial training on motivation and its implications for the Spirit of Leadership for MSME actors in Lubuk Linggau City, with the sample used as many as 42 respondents. Community service can reduce the negative impact caused by a lack of managerial knowledge or limited experience from MSME actors. So that the results of this training can improve and improve the Quality of Human Resources (HR) of MSME actors, and be able to set more realistic business goals, besides that proper business management can create a comfortable atmosphere, improve time discipline, expedite all activities and in the end can increase business turnover.

Abstract

Tanjung Pinang II Village is located 10 km from the administrative center of Ogan Ilir Regency, Indralaya. Tanjung Pinang II Village can be developed as a tourist area due to the easy access. The problems of to be tourist village is unproductive of potential land, the emergence of noise pollution from blacksmith activities in residential areas, do not have a tourism management master plan; and The absence of basic infrastructure supporting ecotourism-based Edutourism. The solution of this problem is Counseling on Strengthening Human Resources in Edutourism Villages and Revitalizing Non-Productive Multi Sector Integrated Land as well as Cultivation Technique Training, Relocation of Blacksmiths to Integrated Areas and Planting Sound Barrier Plants, Making a Master Plan for Mapping the Development of Integrated Edutourism Areas in Science Techno Park (STP), Building Edutourism Supporting Facilities Based on Low Cost Ecotourism. The solutions offered are in accordance with the background of the expertise. The purpose of PIPK in Tanjung Pinang-II Village is to provide the solutions in the fields of production, management, marketing, infrastructure and the environment. The method of implementing this PIPK is analyzing the situation and conditions of partners, providing solutions to problems, Making Appropriate Technology (TTG) that will be transferred to partners, Training and Mentoring and Evaluation of Implementation of Activities. The results of the service can be concluded that this activity is a solution for Tanjung Pinang II Village to prepare itself as a tourist village.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk dan daya saing pengrajin sangkar burung di Palembang melalui penerapan teknik inovasi dan pemasaran. Melalui tahap analisis situasi dan kondisi mitra, ditemukan bahwa pengrajin menghadapi berbagai tantangan, termasuk kualitas produk yang rendah, kurangnya pengetahuan tentang inovasi dan pemasaran, serta keterbatasan akses ke pasar. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, dilakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan di bidang inovasi produk dan pemasaran. Melalui pelatihan ini, pengrajin sangkar burung belajar tentang teknik inovasi dalam desain dan produksi sangkar, penggunaan bahan yang berkualitas tinggi, dan peningkatan fungsionalitas produk. Pelatihan pemasaran membantu mereka memperluas penjangkauan pasar melalui pemasaran online, pengembangan branding, dan pelayanan pelanggan yang baik. Melalui tahap monitoring dan evaluasi, kemajuan pengrajin dalam menerapkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan yang diperoleh dievaluasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan kualitas produk, peningkatan penjualan, dan peningkatan daya saing pengrajin. Strategi pemasaran online dan pengembangan branding telah berhasil memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan visibilitas produk. Manajemen usaha yang lebih baik telah memberikan efisiensi operasional dan peningkatan keberlanjutan usaha.

Abstract

Abstract:  The partner in this activity is Dedy Gerabah who is in the Sukomoro village, Talang Kelapa District, Kab. Banyuasin. Business Management Improvement and Product Quality Improvement for Pottery Craftsmen in Banyuasin Regency. The purpose of Community Service (PKM) activities is to empower target partners to become independent communities. After the training and mentoring activities are carried out, it is expected to increase the knowledge and skills of partners in producing neater pottery products. The success indicator is increasing the quality of partner products so that they have competitiveness. Improvements in partner business management, indicators of the success of PKM activities in the form of changes in partner business patterns with better business management by 85%. By showing the products produced according to the standards that have been set based on the wishes of consumers, an effective and efficient production system, as well as increasing the quality of human resources in partners. Improvements in the field of marketing are shown through the continuous use of e-commerce and digital marketing in product promotion and marketing of at least 85%.Abstrak: Mitra pada Kegiatan ini yaitu Dedy Gerabah yang di kelurahan Sukomoro Kecamatan Talang Kelapa Kab. Banyuasin. Perbaikan Manajemen Usaha dan Peningkatan Kualtas Porduk Pada Pengrajin Gerabah di Kabupaten Banyuasin. Tujuan dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) untuk memperdayakan Mitra sasaran agar menjadi masyarakat mandiri.  Setelah dilakukan kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan diharapkan dapat menigkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra dalam menghasilkan produk gerabah lebih rapi. Indikator keberhasilnya yaitu menigkatnya kualitas produk mitra sehingga memiliki daya saing. Perbaikan manajemen usaha mitra, indikator keberhasilan kegiatan PKM berupa perubahan pola usaha mitra dengan manajemen usaha yang lebih baik sebesar 85%. Dengan ditunjukan produk yang dihasilkan sesuai standar yang telah ditetapkan berdasarkan keinginan konsumen, sistem produksi yang efektif dan efisien, serta meningkatnya kualias SDM pada mitra. Perbaikan di bidang pemasaran di tunjukan melalui penggunaan e-commerce dan digital marketing secara kontinu dalam promosi dan pemasaran produk minimal sebesar 85%.
