Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya minat masyarakat Indonesia untuk berinvestasi di pasar modal khususnya saham. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi pasar modal terhadap minat mahasiswa berinvestasi saham pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana tingkat literasi keuangan mahasiswa semester IV jurusan Manajemen Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Riau (STIE) dan apakah literasi pasar modal berpengaruh terhadap minat mahasiswa berinvestasi saham pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI)?. Populasi adalah mahasiswa jurusan Manajemen yang duduk di semester IV Sekolah Tinggi Ekonomi Riau (STIE), sedangkan sampel diambil dari sebagian populasi yaitu 74 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah random sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif.

Abstract

Usaha Tabulampot bisa dijadikan sebagai usaha sampingan bagi wanita khususnya para ibu rumah tangga yang bermukim di perumahan sederhana. Lahan yang terbatas dan bahkan sempit yang ada di pekarangan rumah bisa dioptimalkan fungsinya dengan menanam berbagai jenis tanaman di dalam pot. Sistem ini dikenal dengan istilah Tabulampot (Tananaman Buah dalam Pot). Hasil dari tanaman ini diharapkan bisa meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Selain hasilnya bisa dijual, juga bisa dikonsumsi sendiri sehingga menghemat pengeluaran rumah tangga. Secara riil, penghematan ini dipandang sudah meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Tujuan jangka panjang penelitian ini adalah peningkatan hasil Tabulampot sehingga bisa juga meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Namun yang terjadi selama ini dari observasi yang telah penulis lakukan di sekitar perumahan sederhana tersebut, usaha Tabulampot ini betul-betul hanya dijadikan sebagai kegiatan sampingan yang tidak begitu diharapkan hasilnya. Terbukti dari tampilan Tabulampot dan hasil yang didapatkan tidak optimal. Padahal jika usaha ini betul-betul dikelola dengan baik maka akan bisa mendatangkan hasil yang optimal yang akan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Penelitian ini dititik beratkan pada responden yang memiliki Tabulampot di Komplek Perumahan sederhana. Dalam penelitian ini diambil sampel 18 orang dari keseluruhan ibu rumah tangga yang memiliki Tabulampot yang ada di RT 0I RW 02 Perumahan Wisma Kualu Permai Tarai Bangun Kecamatan Tambang Kabupaten Kampar Riau. Setelah dilakukan penelitian diketahui bahwa usaha Tabulampot yang dilakukan oleh para ibu rumah tangga hanya untuk kesenangan semata yang tidak begitu diharapkan hasilnya. Para ibu kurang melakukan pengelolaan keuangan yang baik terhadap usaha ini khususnya evaluasi hasil usaha sehingga diketahui bahwa dampak usaha ini terhadap peningkatan pendapatan keluarga masih kecil yaitu 16,7%.. Dari penelitian juga diketahui kendala yang paling utama dialami oleh ibu-ibu rumah tangga perumahan sederhanan ini adalah dalam hal perawatan dan pengelolaannya. Abstract

In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic that hit this country, the public was again shocked by the fever of ornamental plants that began to become epidemic. This time it was not only women who were infected with flower fever or ornamental plants but also Adam. People are getting tired of staying at home or working from home. Day by day the demand for ornamental plants is increasing. In addition to the old traders who were busy fulfilling market demand, impromptu ornamental plant traders began to appear. Many people are starting to switch to the ornamental plant business. As time goes by, the number of traders continues to grow. But lately the group of ornamental plant hunters began to appear less. Both in parks that sell ornamental plants and in markets in Pekanbaru. Turnover of farmers or ornamental plant traders began to decline. However, the number of ornamental plant traders who enter the market is not decreasing but even increasing. Therefore, this study was conducted to find out what the future prospects of this ornamental plant business will be during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The formulation of the problem from this research is how the business prospects of ornamental plants are seen from the perception of "Alhuda Business Community". Abstract

This research is motivated by less optimal employee performance and low employee discipline. This research was conducted at PT. Fast Food Indonesia Tbk Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) Arifin Ahmad, Pekanbaru city. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance. This research involved all employees of PT. Fast Food Indonesia Tbk Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) Arifin Ahmad Pekanbaru city as many as 35 people as a population and all of them were used as samples because the total population did not reach 100 people. The sampling technique used was a census technique. While the analytical method used is descriptive and quantitative analysis. Data processing using SPSS version 23. Based on the results of research with an analysis of the influence of work discipline on employee performance at PT. Fast Food Indonesia Tbk Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) Arifin Ahmad Pekanbaru city, it can be concluded that: work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is evidenced by the simple regression equation Y = 11.425 + 0.777X +e and the results of the t test obtained tcount greater than ttable (13.784 > 2.03452) with a significance level of 0.000 less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05) . From the determination test it is known that (R2) is 0.852 which means that the work discipline variable has an influence of 85.2% on employee performance at PT. Fast Food Indonesia Tbk Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) Arifin Ahmad Pekanbaru city, the remaining 14.8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Pinasthika Mustika Motor Pekanbaru Partner. The aim of this research is to find out whether work ability influences employee performance at PT. Pinasthika Mustika Motor Pekanbaru Partner. The population in this study was 50 people. This research took samples using a saturated sampling technique, namely the entire population was sampled, namely 50 people. The data used is primary and secondary data with analysis using simple linear regression. The results of the research found that the regression equation was Y=17.614+ 0.617X and the value obtained was t_count > t_tabel (7.129 > 2.01063) with a significance value of 0.00 < 0.05 so that H_0 was rejected and H_a was accepted or it could be concluded that work ability had a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Pinasthika Mustika Motor Pekanbaru Partner. The results of the coefficient of determination obtained an R_square value or coefficient of determination of 0.514, which means the magnitude of the influence of the independent variable (work ability) on the dependent variable (employee performance) at PT. Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Motor Pekanbaru was 51.4 percent while the remaining 48.6 percent was influenced by other independent variables that were not observed in this research, such as compensation, work environment, etc

Abstract

Abstract: This research is motivated by the decline in profit growth in the mining sector from 2019 to 2023. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of capital structure, firm size, and sales growth on profit growth, both partially and simultaneously, in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2019–2023. The method used is quantitative research with an associative approach. The population of this study consists of 75 mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with specific criteria, resulting in a sample of 8 mining companies. Observations were conducted over a 5-year period, from 2019 to 2023. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression, complemented with classical assumption tests, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination analysis with the help of SPSS 25.0 software. The analysis results, both partially and simultaneously, indicate that capital structure, firm size, and sales growth do not have a significant effect on profit growth. Keyword: Capital Structure, Firm Size, Sales Growth, and Profit Growth Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh penurunan pertumbuhan laba sektor pertambangan tahun 2019-2023. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal, ukuran perusahaan, dan pertumbuhan penjualan terhadap pertumbuhan laba baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada perusahaan pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2023. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi penelitian ini ialah 75 perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Pengambilan sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah purpose sampling dengan kriteria tertentu sehingga diperoleh 8 perusahaan sektor pertambangan. Pengamatan dilakukan selama 5 tahun yaitu mulai tahun 2019 sampai dengan tahun 2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis regresi linier berganda dilengkapi dengan uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan uji kofisien determinasi menggunakan bantuan software SPSS 25.0. Hasil analisis secara parsial maupun secara simultan dimana struktur modal, ukuran perusahaan, dan pertumbuhan pernjualan tidak berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan laba. Kata kunci: Struktur Modal, Ukuran Perusahaan, Pertumbuhan Penjualan, dan Pertumbuhan Laba.

Abstract

Financial performance reflects the economic results achieved by a company at a specific time through its activities. Therefore, companies are required to have a competitive advantage. Furthermore, companies are expected to improve their performance and generate maximum profits to ensure the company's survival and future development. This study used a population of 18 insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2020-2024. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, which involves determining the sample based on specific considerations. In accordance with the criteria, this study used a sample of 11 companies that met the criteria set by the researcher during the study period of 2020-2024. Based on the partial study, leverage, total asset turnover, and cash holdings did not affect financial performance. However, simultaneously, holdings did not affect financial performance.
