Abstract

The problem is, so far we have actually carried out moral education, both at home and in formal educational institutions, such as madrasas and schools. In the Law on the National Education System itself, it is explicitly stated that one of the objectives of implementing national education is to form human beings with noble character. However, it seems that we 'failed' in forming human beings with noble character. The phenomenon as described above is one proof of this 'failure'. Therefore, observing this, the discussion and discussion about moral education is increasingly finding its urgency. Because, one of the crucial problems that must be responded to and overcome by the world of education, especially Islamic education, is the problem of moral education.Keywords: Ruju’, Hukum Islam, Ushul Fikih

Abstract

Abstract

This research was conducted in North Sumatra, by selecting three research locations altogether under the auspices of PTKIN (State Islamic Religious High School) namely the Library of North Sumatra UIN Medan, IAIN Padangsidimpuan and STAIN Mandailing Natal. The selection of this location was based on the representation of religious college libraries in North Sumatra. The three universities have different characteristics. This study aims to see a portrait of a university library in North Sumatra. The existence of a library is very vital in improving the academic quality of a university. The research model used is qualitative, by extracting in-depth data from the point of view of informants, through FGD (Focus Group Discussion), Observation and documentation studies. The results show that there are three roles of library managers in realizing an effective information service system in university libraries. North Sumatra, among others; providing guidance services to users (users), providing circulation services, "providing reference services, also encountered obstacles, such as limited resources, while the efforts of library managers to realize an effective information service system, namely training for managers and improving service management

Abstract

This research aims to reveal at the management of human resources and the management of digital systems in the libraries of state Islamic universities, specifically in the North Sumatra region, namely UIN North Sumatra Medan, IAIN Padangsidimpuan and STAIN Mandailing Natal. This study used a qualitative approach with data sources are the head of the library, librarians and users, both lecturers and students. This research data collection technique used observation sheets, interviews and focus group discussions so that the resulting data is more comprehensive. The data that has been collected is analyzed with interpretation. The results of the study indicate that there is an imbalance between users and human resources, this is the cause of the service in the library is not good. Increasing the quality of human resources in the PTKIN library in the North Sumatra region is very urgent to be carried out to optimize performance and become a driver of other resources more optimally. This optimization is also to support the competitiveness of libraries in this massive digitalization era, so scientific knowledge development is progressively advanced in Islamic universities in North Sumatra. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi program radio siaran yang disusun oleh radio DIS Fm Tebing Tinggi pada program Good Morning Dislovers dengan menggunakan teori strategi program yang dijelaskan oleh Morissan yaitu tentang: strategi program yang dirancang, eksekusi program dan pengawasan serta evaluasi terhadap program selain itu peneliti juga menggunakan teori uses and gratifications yang berkaitan dengan pendengar radio sebagai pengguna media. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan strategi yang digunakan yaitu dengan melihat bagaimana kebutuhan pendengar yang haus akan hiburan dan informasi, untuk itu program Good Morning Dislovers hadir dengan gaya yang “berkelas”, karena tidak hanya informasi, Good Morning Dislovers juga menyajikan kuis, serta menjadi wadah penyampaian opini pendengar. Selain itu, target sasaran yang diharapkan oleh pembuat program Good Morning Dislovers juga tercapai, sebab dari hasil wawancara dengan pendengar memperlihatkan bahwa pendengar dari kalangan muda menyukai program yang dirancang oleh pembuat program

Abstract

Pemilihan Umum (PEMILU) which will later be held in 2024, require every political party to complete factual verification as a condition that must be met. In Law no. 7/2017 explains that political parties that won the election in 2014 have no obligation to win elections for the next period. Certainly this policy is discriminatory towards several political parties that are relatively new, which in the end form a civil society coalition related to the review of article 173 which discusses the necessity of verification to the Constitutional Court. Abstract

This article aims to see how the role of Sheikh Abdul Halim Khatib in the spread of Islam in Mandailing Natal. Sheikh Abdul Halim Khatib is a major scholar figure who is quite well known in Mandailing Natal and its surroundings. However, the role of Sheikh Abdul Halim Khatib in developing the religion of Islam, especially in Purbabaru, the people there participated in many recitations, and the people there were more active in religion. The researcher aims to find out the historical process of the entry and development of Islam in Mandailing Natal, the life of Sheikh Abdul Halim Khatib and his role in the development of Islam in Mandailing Natal and the writings of Sheikh Abdul Halim Khatib in spreading Islam in Mandailing. The research that the author is doing is field research using historical research methods, and this research was conducted in Purbabaru Village, Lembah Sorik Marapi District, Mandailing Natal Regency, and the informants in this study were Musthafawiyah alums who were considered more knowledgeable about the role of Sheikh Abdul Halim Preacher. Sheikh Abdul Halim Khatib's relationship with the community is different from that of his teacher, Sheikh Musthafa Husein because he teaches more in the classroom, such as giving recitations at home to the community and his students on a scheduled basis, and Sheikh Abdul Halim Khatib has knowledge in the field of Sufism.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejarah, kondisi dan kelestarian Kubah Datuk Batu Bara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang menyajikan data informasi dari beberapa pihak yang terkait dengan penelitian ini yaitu mengenai upaya pelestarian kubah Datuk Batu Bara di desa Kuala Gunung kecamatan Lima Puluh. kabupaten batubara Subyek penelitian ditentukan dengan purposive sampling, berdasarkan kemampuan dan kualitas informasi yang disampaikan informan yaitu: 1 orang juru kunci atau wali kubah Datuk Batu Bara, 1 kepala desa, dan 5 masyarakat, sehingga jumlah subjek yang terlibat adalah 7 informan. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa pedoman wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan: reduksi, penyajian, penarikan, dan verifikasi data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa Kubah Datuk Batubara yang terletak di Desa Kuala Gunung Kecamatan Limapuluh Kabupaten Batubara merupakan salah satu tempat wisata yang masih diminati oleh masyarakat. berpesta. Pengurus atau juru kunci kubah ini sudah melakukan pembersihan kubah, namun dari beberapa sumber yang didapat, kubah ini hanya dilestarikan oleh peziarah dan kendala dalam melestarikan situs sejarah kubah Datuk Batubara adalah ahli dalam pelestarian seperti kurangnya perhatian pemerintah setempat terhadap bangunan bersejarah ini

Abstract

This study looks at the idea of love for Allah as explained by Zufikar Ahmad Naqshabandi. The researcher will try to explain the ideas of Mahabbah Zulfikar Ahmad Naqshabandi and what love for Allah looks like in practice. In Paya Pasir Village, Medan Marelan District, Ta'aruf Marriage is used by researchers as an illustration of how love for God is shown. Ta'aruf is designed to help people get to know each other's personality, background, social, culture, education, family, and religion. This type of research is qualitative, which uses a series of sentences to describe the data. Descriptive method used in this research.The findings of this study suggest that Zulfikar Ahmad Naqshbandi's definition of love for Allah Swt. is correct: deep love for Allah Swt. is a proof of flawless faith. This love endures through the ages, undeterred by how life's circumstances change constantly. Marriage in Ta'aruf is a sign of being a lover of Allah SWT with an approach to love for Him. By abstaining from the forbidden and following His instructions. Then offer what has been predetermined to Allah Swt.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the preservation and conservation of historical sites in Natal District, Mandailing Natal Regency. The Mandailing Natal region boasts a wealth of cultural heritage in the form of various historical sites. However, the current condition of these historical structures is deeply concerning, necessitating urgent restoration and maintenance efforts. This article employs a qualitative research approach with a descriptive method. The research methodology utilized the historical method, consisting of four stages: heuristics, verification or criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The research findings reveal that the local community, including the Department of Culture and Tourism, has started to recognize the significance of historical sites in Natal District. Nevertheless, concrete measures to safeguard and preserve the heritage within the Mandailing Natal region, particularly in Natal District, have yet to materialize. Therefore, an active role from both the community and the government is imperative to protect and conserve these historical relics, ensuring that they can be cherished by future generations.
