Abstract

This study analyzes the development and impact of FOKUS!, a web-based scheduling application designed to help individuals, particularly students and professionals, manage time and tasks effectively. The system was built using an Agile approach across three sprints, involving UI/UX design, backend setup with Next.js and Supabase, and implementation of task management and notification features. Results from White Box testing indicated 100% frontend code coverage, with stable component rendering and logic validation. Black Box testing confirmed that core features—registration, login, task CRUD, and reminders— functioned as intended. Feasibility studies showed that the system is viable technically, economically, and organizationally. Users appreciated the intuitive interface and real-time synchronization. The system is expected to positively impact productivity and time efficiency. Future improvements include enhancing backend testing, integrating external calendar services, and conducting user acceptance testing to ensure a better user experience.

Abstract

The early detection of stunting program is an important strategy in stunting prevention efforts at the community level through the role of integrated health post (Posyandu) cadres. In the context of program implementation, cadre behavioral factors, particularly attitudes and motivation, are important aspects that need to be reviewed to understand the quality of early stunting detection implementation. Highlighting that other contextual and structural factors influence success can help policymakers feel responsible and motivated to address these broader influences. This study aims to examine the attitudes and motivation of cadres in implementing the early stunting detection program at Posyandu. This study used an observational analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. The study sample consisted of 96 health cadres actively involved in implementing Posyandu activities. The variables studied included cadre attitudes and motivation as independent variables, and the ability to detect stunting as an indicator of program implementation. Data analysis was performed using univariate analysis, bivariate analysis using the Chi-square test, and multivariate analysis using logistic regression to assess the role of variables simultaneously. The results showed a significant relationship between cadre motivation and the ability to detect stunting early (p = 0.003), as well as between cadre attitudes and the ability to detect stunting early (p = 0.019). However, in a multivariate analysis, the attitudes and motivations of health cadres did not show a significant partial effect on the ability to detect stunting early. This finding suggests that the implementation of the early detection program for stunting at integrated health posts (Posyandu) is influenced not only by the attitudes and motivations of health cadres, but also by other contextual and structural factors.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

Product quality is a crucial factor in enhancing the competitiveness of the manufacturing industry, particularly in the Bottled Drinking Water (BDW) industry. This study aims to optimize the quality of bottled drinking water products through the Six Sigma approach in an effort to reduce product defect rates. The method employed is Six Sigma with the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) framework. The data used consist of product defect records collected over a three-month period, including broken bridge defects, tilted caps, standing caps, and overpressure defects. In the measure phase, defect rates, Defects Per Million Opportunities (DPMO), and sigma levels were calculated to evaluate the performance of the production process. The analyze phase revealed that broken bridge defects were the dominant type of defect based on Pareto diagram analysis, making them the primary focus for improvement efforts. Root cause analysis using a cause-and-effect (fishbone) diagram indicated that the main contributing factors originated from machine, method, and human aspects. Furthermore, in the improve phase, several corrective actions were proposed, including machine torque adjustment, operator training, implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and improvement of raw material quality. The control phase was conducted by establishing operational standards and process monitoring systems to ensure the sustainability of improvements. The results demonstrate that the implementation of Six Sigma provides a systematic solution for reducing product defects and continuously improving the quality of bottled drinking water products.
