Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh faktor internal dan eksternsl perusahaan terhadap harga saham perusahaan sektor konsumen primer yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolonearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi, uji koefisien korelasi dan determinasi, serta pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan dengan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengujian secara persial, variabel Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpenagruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham, variabel Return On Equity (ROE) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, Variabel Inflasi berpengaruh positif dan tidak sigifikan terhadap harga saham, dan variabel kurs berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan tehadap harga saham

Abstract

E-Commerce merupakan salah satu alternative yang dapat meningkatkan pendapatam UMKM di era pandemic Covid-19, di mana dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian tentang bagaimana e-commerce mempengaruhi pendapatan UMKM sebenarnya sudah banyak dilakukan, namun pada kondisi dua tahun belakangan. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode analisis regresi sederhana dimulai dari teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan jenis purposive sampling didapat sebanyak 100 sampel UMKM yang menggunakan e-commerce dalam keseharian transaksinya. Kegiatan penelitian ini dilakukan pada tahun 2022 dengan beberapa tahapan penelitian mulai dari pembuatan proposal, pengumpulan bahan penelitian, wawancara langsung dengan responden penelitian, mengolah data dan  membuat intrepretasi, hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Pengaruh e-commerce dalam hal ini Interface (antar muka), Navigation (Navigasi), Content (Isi) dan Technikal (Teknis) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap peninmgkatan pendapatan pada UMKM di Kota Makassar sedangkan Reliability (Keandalan) berpengaruh positif akan tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap peningkatan pendapatan pada UMKM di Kota Makassar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pendidikan kewirausahaan, ekspektasi pendapatan, lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa IBK Nitro Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode convience sampling. Teknik Analisa data yang digunakan berupa analisis Regresi Linier Berganda Uji t dan Uji F. Adapun Hasil penelitian bahwa pendidikan kewirausahaan, ekspektasi pendapatan, lingkungan keluarga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa IBK Nitro Makassar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how economic literacy and the use of Instagram social media affect people's interest in starting their own business. This research was conducted using quantitative methods and as many as 60 students from the city of Palopo participated in this study. The results of the study show that economic literacy has no effect on the interest in entrepreneurship, while the use of Instagram social media has a significant effect. In addition, the use of Instagram social media has a significant influence on one's business interests in Palopo City.

Abstract

In the business world, especially banking and non-banking, it has been very advanced, in order to remain on the stage of business competition, these institutions have made many technological innovations in their companies in order to provide the best facilities to customers so that they feel satisfied and remain loyal in the company. Customer satisfaction is one of the most important factors because it involves a person's feelings of pleasure or disappointment that arise after comparing perceptions or impressions of the performance or results of a product and its expectations. This study aims to analyze the level of user satisfaction with the digital service pawnshop application at PT. Pegadaian Unit Panaikang Makassar. The method used is gap analysis using the SPSS V. 20 program. 20. The data was tested with validity and reliability tests using SPSS V.20. The data obtained is valid because the significant value of each statement item is> 0.20, while the resulting data reliability test is> 0.6 with a performance of 0.642, and expectations of 0.691, so the research instrument is declared reliable. The research results obtained by the author show that the user satisfaction of the Pegadaian Digital Service application is very satisfying because> 69.

Abstract

Sharia Enterprise Theory (SET) hadir dalam memberikan pertanggungjawaban, utamanya kepada Allah SWT. (akuntabilitas horizontal) kemudian dijabarkan dalam bentuk pertanggungjawaban kepada manusia dan lingkungan alam (akuntabilitas vertikal). Shariah Enterprise Theory mengajarkan bahwa hakikat kepemilikan utama berada pada kekuasaan Allah, sementara manusia hanya diberi hak untuk mengelola (khalifah fil ardhi). Kavling syariah memiliki beberapa kelebihan diantaranya harga yang ditawarkan lebih murah dari properti lain. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis optimalisasi metode akad jual beli tanah kavling pada perusahaan properti syariah dengan pendekatan Shariah Enterprise Theory. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada CV. Pelangi Jingga Mandiri di Kota Makassar dengan metode wawancara langsung, observasi lapangan, serta menguraikan beberapa materi yang terkait sebagai analisis terhadap proses pembelian tanah kavling perusahaan properti syariah. Penelitian ini menerapkan deskriptif analitis yaitu penelitian berusaha menunjukkan perusahaan tanah kavling menerapkan sistem akad jual beli dengan pendekatan syariah enterprise. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa Prinsip SET sangat dipegang teguh oleh CV. Pelangi Jingga Mandiri. Di mana user melakukan down payment dan cicilan yang cukup terjangkau dibayar oleh user sampai lunas. Setelah dinyatakan lunas oleh developer baru dilakukan penyerahan unit kavling kepada user. Dengan demikian, user terhindar dari adanya wanprestasi dan penyitaan barang jika user lalai atau tidak taat terhadap akad jual beli yang telah disepakati bersama.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of Financial Technology (Fintech) and financial literacy on the financial behavior of millennials in Indonesia, with financial attitude acting as a mediating variable. As a global phenomenon, Fintech has revolutionized financial transactions through digital payments, online lending, investments, and personal financial management, significantly influencing millennials who are early adopters of these technologies. This demographic's responsiveness to Fintech results in reduced financial costs and improved financial management. Additionally, financial literacy and positive financial attitudes are crucial in shaping responsible financial behavior. This research highlights the necessity of understanding geographical, cultural, psychological, and social factors in the context of Fintech adoption and financial literacy, emphasizing the need for targeted educational programs and policies. Using a quantitative survey design with a sample of 300 Indonesian millennials aged 22-42, data was collected via online questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The findings reveal that both Fintech adoption and financial literacy positively influence millennials' financial behavior, with financial attitude significantly mediating the relationship between financial literacy and financial behavior. This study provides insights into enhancing financial literacy and Fintech adoption through effective education and public policies, contributing to better financial management among millennials.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui tingkat efektivitas modal kerja dalam meningkatkan profitabilitas perusahaan CV Rahma 35 selama tahun 2017-2021. Adapun 4 rasio yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diataranya: GPM, NPM, ROE, ROA. Analisis yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan laporan keuangan yang terdiri atas laporan laba rugi dan neraca tahun 2017 sampai dengan tahun 2021. Hasil penelitian dari CV Rahma 35 menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas modal kerja kurang efektif dalam meningkatkan profitabilitas perusahaan. Dikarenakan Nilai dari modal kerja dan Rasio profitabilitas naik turun tiap periode dan tidak termasuk dalam standar efektifitas.

Abstract

The competition between modern and traditional retail today does not only talk about price but the competition of all aspects found in stores. The presence of modern retail businesses has changed people's behavior patterns and shopping perceptions in shopping at retail stores. The presence of modern retail has an impact on decreasing the income of traditional retail business actors. To respond to this phenomenon, it is necessary to strengthen innovation and competitiveness from traditional retail business actors. This research aims to compare the public's perception of modern retail and traditional retail in Pinrang Regency, with the focus of this research being 7 aspects in the marketing mix including Product, Price, Promotion, Place, People, Process, and Physical Evidence. The subjects of this study are people in urban and rural areas who have shopped at both types of retail. The method of data collection is through a survey with a Likert scale. The results of data analysis conducted using SPSS show that there is a significant difference in public perception of the two types of retail entities, where modern retail is superior in terms of product, price, promotion, place, people, and physical evidence in both urban and rural area public perceptions. In terms of process variables, people in urban areas prefer modern retail, while in terms of people in rural areas, they prefer traditional retail. This research is expected to contribute to the development of retail modern and retail traditional in the future
