Abstract

The purpose of conducting this research is to obtain data on the form of lectures and the results of information on students' efforts to take part in online lectures on PJKR students at the University of PGRI Semarang as a covid effect 19. The research method uses quantitative descriptive using survey methods. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The subjects in this study were PJKR University PGRI Semarang students in the second, fourth and sixth semesters. Research conducted obtained the following results: (a) Aspects of the distribution of students in the second semester 47.7%, semester four 21.2% and semester six 31.1%. (b) The most widely used application aspects are Zoom 34.7%, SIP 41.2%, SPADA 1.3% and Google Classroom 22.8%. (c) The duration of online learning is more than 60 minutes 18.6%, 30 minutes to 60 minutes 64.8% and under 30 minutes 16.6%. (d) Material aspects, namely: easy to understand 71.2% and material difficult to understand 28.8%. (e) Aspects of student readiness, in the ready category of 20.9%, quite ready 52.4%, less ready 26.7%. (f) The biggest obstacle for students is challenging the signal of 58.9%, quota of 25.3%, and time of 15.8%. From the research that has been carried out it can be concluded: (1) The form of lectures conducted at the PJKR Study Program of the University of PGRI Semarang utilizes online learning platforms such as Zoom, Google Classroom, SPADA, and SIP. While for field practice lectures using video and assignment forms, (2) The efforts of students to take part in online learning are quite good with the acquisition being quite ready and the percentage is 52.4%.

Abstract

The background of this study is the lack of understanding of students about the basic techniques of volleyball, one of them is about the bottom passing. In the learning process. The teacher always gives conventional learning model. It is like only give instruction so it makes the students less enthusiastic in participating in learning. So, the students just reach the learning value of volleyball bottom passing which is still much below the KKM (70), which is 12 students while those above the KKM (75) or complete A total of 15 students. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the problem-based learning model on the learning outcomes of volleyball bottom passing game in grade IV students of SDN 2 Sendangharjo. The type of research used by the researcher in this research is quantitative using a one group pre-test - post-test design. The Population is a fourth grade student of SDN 2 Sendangharjo. with the method of taking saturated samples (all populations are made into samples), which is 23 students. The instrument used in this study is a volleyball bottom test pass. Data calculations are assisted by using Microsoft exel.The results of the study using problem-based learning model in learning to pass bottom the volleyball game increased by 30.43%. From the results of the study, it was explained that the learning method given to each group had an effect from the initial data of complete student data was only 34.78%,  65.22% of incomplete students and  the pre-test showed it increased to 60.87% for students who complete. The student who have not completed are 39.13. Meanwhile, in the post-test is 91.30 for students who are in the complete category, while those who have not completed it are 8.70%. The increase can be seen from the results of the pretest of 60.87% to the posttest of 91.30%. The conclusion of this study is that the problem-based learning model is effectively used to improve the learning of passing under the volleyball game in students. The presentation, the learning outcome increased by 30.43%. The suggestion from the researcher to the next researcher is to be able to develop a problem-based learning model to improve the learning of other PJOK materials.

Abstract

Abstract: The research is based on initial findings that students struggled to perform accurate underhand volleyball passes. An effort to address this problem was made by providing wall volley drills to observe their effect. A quantitative approach was chosen with an experimental method and a single-group pretest-posttest design. The study's population consisted of 248 tenth-grade students, with a sample of 30 students selected using cluster random sampling. Data collection was conducted using an underhand passing test instrument and analyzed with a paired sample t-test. The results showed an improvement in the accuracy of underhand passing, with the average pretest score increasing from 4,47 to 7,47 in the posttest. T-test analysis indicated that the calculated tvalue (12.51) ttable (1.70), and the significance level  (0,00) 0,05, leading to the rejection of H0 and acceptance of H1. The conclusion is that wall volley drills have a significant impact on the accuracy of students' underhand passing in volleyball. These findings suggest that wall volley drills are effective in improving underhand passing techniques, making them a viable alternative method in teaching basic underhand passing skills in volleyball.Keywords: Wall Volley, Underhand Passing Accuracy, Volleyball Abstrak: Penelitian didasarkan pada temuan awal bahwa siswa kesulitan dalam melakukan passing bawah bola voli dengan tepat. Upaya mengatasi masalah dengan memberikan latihan wall volley untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruhnya. Pendekatan kuantitatif dipilih dengan metode eksperimen dan desain pretest-posttest kelompok tunggal. Populasi penelitian 248 siswa kelas X, dengan sampel sebanyak 30 siswa dipilih menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan instrumen tes passing bawah dan dianalisis menggunakan uji paired sample t-test. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan ketepatan passing bawah dengan skor rata-rata pretest 4,47 meningkat menjadi 7,47 pada posttest. Analisis uji-t menunjukkan thitung (12,51) ttabel (1,70) dan nilai signifikansi  (0,00) 0,05, sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima. Kesimpulannya, latihan wall volley berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ketepatan passing bawah siswa pada bola voli. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa latihan wall volley efektif memperbaiki teknik passing bawah sehingga, dapat dijadikan metode alternatif yang efisien dalam pembelajaran teknik dasar passing bawah bola voli.Kata Kunci: Wall Volley, Ketepatan Passing Bawah, Bola Voli

Abstract

Special Education is intended for students who experience difficulties in the learning process due to physical, emotional, mental, intellectual, or social disorders, or have extraordinary intelligence and talent potential (National Education System Law of 2003). Children with physical, cognitive, and behavioural disorders generally receive educational services at Special Schools (SLB), which are special schools for children with special needs. This study used a "One Group Pretest - Posttest" design with a sample size of 10 female students in elementary school. Before being given treatment, an initial measurement of gross motor skills was carried out on moderately mentally retarded students at SLB Negeri Wiradesa with light warm-ups. Furthermore, bocce games were given as a treatment to train gross motor skills. After that, re-measurements were carried out to see changes in gross motor skills, referred to as final tests. The results of the study showed that bocce games could improve the gross motor skills of moderately mentally retarded students in Physical Education subjects at SLB Negeri Wiradesa, especially for female students.

Abstract

This research is based on the fact that many students still have not completed the KKM in the PJOK subject of volleyball under passing material at SD Negeri 1 Jaraksari, Wonosobo Regency. The learning process of bottom passing still uses conventional methods, there are no tools to make it easier for students to do bottom passing, so many bottom passes produced by students are still not good and correct. This research aims to create a volleyball hanger passing tool in volleyball, this learning aid is expected to help teachers so that learning activities are more effective and efficient. This research is a research and development (R&D). The sample of this study uses 2 validations, namely the validation of material experts and media experts. The subject of this study is students of SD Negeri 1 Jaraksari Wonosobo Regency with a small-scale trial of 14 students and a large-scale trial of 28 students. The data collection technique uses an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The technical data analysis of this study is qualitative descriptive and quantitative percentage descriptive. The results of this study are assessed by the material as a whole aspect is "Very Feasible", with a percentage value of 87.5%, The assessment from media experts on this product is "Very Feasible with a percentage value of 90%. In a small group trial, the student assessment was "Very Feasible" with a percentage value of 88.72% and in the large group trial, the student assessment was "Very Feasible" with a percentage value of 95.75%. The conclusion of the study is to produce a volleyball hanger passing product that is an effective tool for learning to pass volleyball under the board for students of SD Negeri 1 Jaraksari Wonosobo Regency. Teacher's advice for teachers and students to make the most of this volleyball hanger passing tool in learning volleyball bottom passing material

Abstract

This research is based on when students do cartwheels they are still not optimal so that in practice students still have difficulty and have not mastered the technique well. Apart from that, in learning there are still students who have not optimized their learning time as well as possible, they don't pay much attention to the teacher and tend to get bored. In this study, the researcher aims to improve learning outcomes in floor exercise activities on cartwheels using a differentiation learning approach. This research is classroom action research (PTK) which took place in 2 cycles with 2 meetings. The research subjects were 33 class VIII students at SMPN 2 Semarang. Data collection techniques using observation of learning and skills. In cycle I, the percentage of students reached 54.5% who had completed the KKM and 45.4% who had not completed the KKM. In cycle II there was an increase in the category of having completed the KKM as many as 27 students or 84.9% and 5 students or 15.1%. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that using a differentiated learning approach in learning cartwheels on floor exercise activities for class VIII students at SMPN 2 Semarang can improve student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Kekurangan pendampingan dari orang dewasa dapat menjadikan anak malas berolahraga dan lebih disibukkan dengan gadget. Permasalahan anak-anak di Desa Waruloor, Kecamatan Wiradesa Kabupaten Pekalongan adalah tingkat ketergantungan gadget yang tinggi, kurangnya pembinaan prestasi atlet di usia muda terutama cabang tenis meja.  Solusi yang ditawarkan mitra adalah dengan melengkapi sarana prasaraa dan melakukan pendampingan pelatihan selama 3 bulan. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah service learning. Jumlah sampel dalam pengabdian ini berjumlah 28 anak. Hasil dari pengabdian ini tingkat minat anak dalam bermain tenis meja rata-rata tergolong tinggi dengan jumlah 64,3% tinggi, 25% sangat tinggi dan 10,7% kategori cukup. Sedangkan selama 3 bulan pendampingan jumlah rata-rata kehadiran anak dalam berlatih tenis meja adalah  88,4%.  Kesimpulan dari pendampingan ini tingkat olahraga anak-anak menjadi meningkat dan dapat dijadikann pembibitan atlet baru dalam cabang olahraga tenis meja.

Abstract

Pada pembahasan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis teknik gerakan keterampilan tubuh gaya ortodock terhadap hasil tolakan pada olahraga tolak peluru yang dilihat dari segi kinesiologi (anatomi, fisiologi, dan biomekanika). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode survey dengan jenis penelitian korelasioner dan menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa PJKR semester 2 Universitas PGRI Semarang dengan jumlah populasi 213 mahasiswa, sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 40 mahasiswa putra semester 2. Teknik dalam pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling dengan sistem undian. Variabel penelitian ini adalah mengkorelasikan dan menganalisis teknik keterampilan tubuh gaya ortodock terhadap hasil tolakan pada olahraga tolak peluru yang dilihat dari segi kinesiologi (anatomi, fisiologi dan biomekanika) tubuh. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pengamatan keterampilan gerak tubuh dengan gaya ortodock terhadap hasil tolakan pada olahraga tolak peluru dilihat dari segi anatomi dengan jumlah 76,61% dengan kategori baik. Hasil dari keterampilan gerak tubuh pada gaya ortodock terhadap hasil tolakan pada olahraga tolak peluru dilihat dari segi biomekanika jumlah 62,81% dengan kategori baik. Teknik keterampilan tubuh gaya ortodock terhadap hasil tolakan pada olahraga tolak peluru mahasiswa semester 2 PJKR Universitas PGRI Semarang pada tahun 2018 yang dilihat dari segi kinesiologi (anatomi, fisiologi, dan biomekanika) dalam kategori baik dengan jumlah kriteria penilaian 72,63% kategori baik.

Abstract

Physical education has an important role in students' physical and mental development. One material that is often considered difficult by students is the cartwheel movement in floor exercise. This research aims to improve cartwheel movement skills in class VIII G students of SMP Negeri 2 Semarang using audio-visual learning media. This research uses the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method with two cycles. The research subjects were 32 students of class VIII G, with data collection instruments in the form of cartwheel skills tests, observations and interviews. The results showed significant improvements in students' cartwheel skills. In the pre-cycle, learning completeness only reached 40.6%, increased to 53.1% in the first cycle, and reached 78.1% in the second cycle. This increase shows that video media is effective in helping students understand and carry out cartwheels better. Thus, the use of video learning media can improve cartwheel movement skills in floor exercise at SMP Negeri 2 Semarang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of a traditional games approach in floor gymnastics learning, specifically to improve the psychomotor learning outcomes of the cartwheel movement in eighth-grade students at SMP Negeri 2 Semarang. In this study, the traditional game of "gerobak dorong" (push cart) was used as an approach to help students master the cartwheel movement. The research method employed is classroom action research with a pretest-posttest experimental group design. The research sample consisted of all 32 students from class VIII E of SMP Negeri 2 Semarang. Based on the data analysis, the results showed an improvement in the ability to perform the cartwheel movement. In cycle I, 19 out of 32 students (59%) achieved mastery, while 13 students (41%) did not. In cycle II, 27 out of 32 students (84%) achieved mastery, while 5 students (16%) did not. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the traditional game of gerobak dorong can enhance students' psychomotor skills in performing the cartwheel movement. The improvement in cartwheel ability was 59%. Students who previously found it difficult and were afraid to perform the cartwheel movement showed significant progress after the traditional game was applied.
