Abstract

Pineapple (Ananas comosus L) is a fruit crop coming from Brazil. Besides pineapple can be eaten directly can be further processed into chips pineapple, pineapple dodol, jam, syrup and others. In the village there Nenas Kualu agro-industrial raw material, namely pineapple pineapple chips, diamonds pineapple and pineapple dodol. Pineapple chips are most widely refined products developed by craftsmen in the village Kualu pineapple processing pineapple. Processing of agricultural or agro-industry is a subsystem of agribusiness very big role in increasing the added value of agricultural products. Employers will also seek to do business with a decent order to obtain the maximum revenue to improve their welfare. In connection with this condition, this study aims to conduct feasibility analysis, Break Even Point (BEP), and the added value that can be produced by the pineapple industry. The results showed that the Agro-Industry Pineapple "Thanks to the Joint Enterprises in May 2016 to produce pineapple chips of 651 Kg. With a production cost of Rp. A sum of 45,475,122, - and the revenue generated Rp. 13,114,878, -. Results BEP analysis shows that this business in the breaks even when producing pineapple chips 60 kg with admission of Rp. 5,371,598, -. If the expected profit of Rp. 20.000.000, -, sales of chips should reach 902 Kg. the added value generated by effort "Berkat Bersama" is Rp. 872, - /kg of fresh pineapple.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan : 1) menganalisis faktor-faktor yangmempengaruhi produksi usahatani padi sawah, 2) menganalisis efisiensi alokasipenggunaan faktor produksi pada usahatani padi sawah, 3) mengetahui implikasiproduksi usahatani padi sawah terhadap pengembangan wilayah. Tempat penelitian di Desa Seberang Pantai Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik danberlangsung selama 6 (enam) bulan Mei 2013 s/d November 2013. . Jumlah berlangsung selama 6 (enam) bulan Mei 2013 s/d November 2013. . Jumlahanggota populasi di Desa Seberang Pantai adalah 240 KK. Metode pengumpulandata yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Stratified RandomSampling Untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor-faktor produksi usahatani padi sawah terhadap produksi diestimasi melalui power function Cobb-DouglasHasil yang dicapai menunjukkan bahwa rata rata luas lahan sawah yang dimilikipetani Responden di Desa Seberang Pantai adalah 0,25 Ha. Rata-rata biayaproduksi usahatani padi sawah adalah Rp 10.552.647, dengan rata-rata produksi2.377 Kg per hektar. Rata-rata pendapatan kotor adalah Rp 11.883.800 per hektar. Sedangkan rata-rata pendapatan bersih Rp 1.331.153 per hektar. Rata-rata nilaiBCR adalah1,13. Ini artinya setiap biaya yang dikeluarkan sebesar Rp 1 akanmendapatkan keunntungan sebesar Rp 0,13 Dari hasil perhitungan analisis sidikragam diketahui nilai F hitung adalah 3,086. Nilai F hitung lebih besar dari Ftabel. Ini artinya variasi produksi dijelaskan secara signifikan oleh variasi faktor produksi, walaupun secara parsial terdapat dua variabel yang tidak memberikanpengaruh signifikan yaitu variabel pupuk, pestisida dan tenaga kerja.Kegiatan pertanian tanaman pangan khususnya padi sawah adalah merupakan Kegiatan pertanian tanaman pangan khususnya padi sawah adalah merupakankegiatan basis di Desa Seberang Pantai. Artinya dapat merupakan salah satupendorong untuk pengembangan wilayah Kecamatan Kuantan Mudik.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe problem of this research are how about 1) productin factor who influenceprduction patin fish that cultivated in pool; 2) efficiency cultivation patin fish inpool; 3) prospect business cultivation patin fish in future at Kampar regancy, theresearch do at Kampar regency with sample district, XIII Koto Kampar District.Total of responden are 69 people from 137 hausehold fish farmer. Data collectiondo with technique direct interview. Data that taken in one periode production andanalysed with production function Cobb-Douglash model. From research product,we can know potential business fish cultivation at pool at Kampar regency stilllarge that is 2112 hectare, the while has used 645,22 hectare. Area of pool about1.323,4 m2, where smallest area about 200 m2 and largest area 10.000 m2 Scattereddense seeds at pool 8090,87 tails or about 6 tails/m2. total woof given 68 kg orabout 0,97 kg for one fish in one cultivation periode (about 6,7 month). While averageproduction that yield quantity 6.263,70 kg. the based of analyse production functionwith way collective all variable, seeds, woof, large pool variable and periode ofproduction variable influence positive and evident for production patin fish at pool.If seen with separate, seed and woof variable very influence for production patinfish at pool. The while if seen from use of production factor for efficiency business,use of seed and woof production factor not yet efficient
