Abstract

 In Pasaman Regency, West Sumatra, gender equality remains a significant challenge, particularly in family decision-making processes. This research focuses on understanding women's roles and their representation in decision making within Binubu Baru Village. Despite prevalent patriarchal norms that often marginalize women, this study explores how women engage in decision-making, the factors influencing their choices, and their overall involvement in family decisions. Emphasizing the ideal of horizontal relationships between married couples where no partner is considered superior—the research aims to highlight the importance of equality and mutual support within family units. By examining these dynamics, the study seeks to identify key elements affecting women's participation and contribute to strategies for enhancing gender equality and family well-being

Abstract

Keanekaragamansuku, etnis dan agama membuktikan bahwa Indonesia merupakan masyarakat majemuk. Hal tersebut dapat menjadi potensi disintegratif apabila tidak ditangani secara arif. Dalam bidang agama misalnya, apabila masing-masing agama menonjolkan “kebenaran” dari agama nya masing-masing tidak dalam proporsi yang wajar maka tidak bisa dipungkiri akan adanya perpecahan antar agama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif. Pendekatan kualitatif merupakan prosedur penelitian yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis atau lisan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa pola pola interaksi komunikasi antar umat beragama terhadap kehidupan masyarakat dalam hal toleransi sesama umat dalam upaya membangun dan mempererat tali persaudaraan antar masyarakat di desa Aman Damai Kabupaten Langkat.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance the digital administrative skills of student organization leaders at SMK Negeri 1 Cimahi. The main issue faced by the participants is their limited ability to manage administrative tasks using technology, which calls for a practical and relevant solution. The training was designed to introduce and train participants in using Canva, a digital application that supports professional administrative design. The method used was a participatory approach with stages of preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The training involved 30 participants and was conducted in three sessions: an introduction to Canva features, a demonstration of its use, and hands-on practice with guidance from the organizing team. Evaluation was carried out through observation and feedback surveys to assess participants' understanding and skills. The results show that 90% of participants were able to apply the training material effectively, such as creating reports and posters. Additionally, participants provided positive feedback, considering the training helpful in understanding and practicing technology-based administration. Therefore, this activity not only enhanced students' technical competencies but also provided long-term benefits for school organization management and prepared students for the digital era.
