Abstract

Sistem pengolahan data laporan pekerjaan downloader pada unit Flight Data Service (FDS) yaitu seorang engineer membuat daftar pekerjaan yang akan dikerjakan oleh petugas downloader, kemudian petugas downloader mengisi form download secara manual pada waktu melakukan pekerjaan download recorder pesawat, dan kemudian form download diserahkan kembali ke engineer untuk disetujui bahwa pekerjaan tersebut telah selesai. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada proses pelaporan pekerjaan yang sering terjadi adalah kehilangan data, salah pembacaan penulisan laporan dan kerusakan data laporan. Metode yang digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut dengan cara membuat Blueprint untuk memvisualisasikan rancangan system menggunakan Unified Modeling Language dengan metode Prototype digunakan pada Android. Aplikasi laporan kerja Downloader di unit Flight Data Service pada PT GMF AeroAsia Tbk memiliki beberapa fungsi untuk mengelola proses input data engineer ke petugas downloader, mengisi form download manual dan approval dari engineer, kemudian output laporan dalam bentuk pdf.

Abstract

We propose a credit card application using blockchain to improve the approval, transparency and security process. Some studies explain the use of blockchain technology in credit card applications but have not described the concept and architecture. Therefore, this study describes and describes the architecture of using credit cards for credit card applications. The motivation of this research is to explain the implementation of blockchain technology, especially the decentralization process of ledgers in credit card applications. Next, we propose architecture and algorithms for credit card applications using blockchain. The conclusion in this study is a decentralized ledger for credit card applications that allows peer-to-peer transactions, decentralized credit card applications that are not bound by geographical boundaries, have two advantages for debtors and the banking industry. In addition, the architecture is made using a credit card for application credit cards and an explanation of how the architecture works.

Abstract

Customer complaint handling is critical in maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction in the e-commerce industry. Currently, SIRCLO Commerce uses traditional methods that are often time-consuming and prone to errors, leading to suboptimal complaint resolution and negatively impacting customer experience. This research utilizes observation, interviews, and literature studies, along with SWOT analysis and system development using Rapid Application Development (RAD). The results indicate that complaint management at SIRCLO Commerce is not yet fully computerized, so implementing a CMS is expected to ease staff in managing customer complaints. The CMS is anticipated to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through quick and accurate complaint resolution, and provide insights into complaint trends for strategic decision-making. This CMS implementation could also serve as a model for other e-commerce companies, boosting their competitiveness and business sustainability in an increasingly competitive market Keywords: Complaint Management System, E-commerce, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty, Order Cancellation. AbstrakPenanganan keluhan pelanggan sangat penting dalam mempertahankan kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan di industri e-commerce. Saat ini, SIRCLO Commerce menggunakan metode tradisional yang sering memakan waktu dan rentan terhadap kesalahan, sehingga penyelesaian keluhan tidak optimal dan berdampak negatif pada pengalaman pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka, serta analisis SWOT dan pengembangan sistem dengan Rapid Application Development (RAD). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen keluhan di SIRCLO Commerce belum terkomputerisasi maksimal, sehingga implementasi CMS diharapkan mempermudah staf dalam mengelola keluhan pelanggan. CMS diharapkan meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan melalui penyelesaian keluhan yang cepat dan tepat, serta memberikan wawasan mengenai tren keluhan untuk pengambilan keputusan strategis. Implementasi CMS ini juga bisa menjadi model bagi perusahaan e-commerce lain, meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan bisnis di pasar yang semakin kompetitif. Kata Kunci: Complaint Management System, E-commerce, Kepuasan Pelanggan,                              Loyalitas Pelanggan, Pembatalan Order

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam mengelola fasilitas akademikmerupakan kebutuhan penting untuk meningkatkan efektivitasadministrasi di perguruan tinggi. Fakultas Teknik UniversitasMuhammadiyah Tangerang menghadapi permasalahan dalampengelolaan peminjaman ruang sidang karena belum adanya sistemyang terintegrasi, sehingga menyebabkan keterlambatan dalamproses peminjaman, ketidakmampuan untuk melakukan peminjamanpada jam libur, serta hasil laporan yang belum akurat dan lengkap.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasipeminjaman ruang sidang berbasis WEB menggunakan frameworkLaravel. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi,metode wawancara, dan metode studi literature. Untuk Metodeanalisis sistem yang digunakan adalah metode PIECES, yangmencakup tahap performance, Information, Economics, Control,Efficiency, and Services, Serta untuk metode pengembangan sistemyang digunakan adalah model Prototype, yang mencakup tahapanalisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, danpengujian. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan menyediakan fiturpermohonan peminjaman, validasi oleh administrator, serta tampilanjadwal ruang secara dinamis. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwaaplikasi ini mampu mempermudah proses pengajuan dan pengelolaanpeminjaman ruang sidang secara efisien, akurat, dan terorganisir.Dengan adanya sistem ini, diharapkan kegiatan akademik dilingkungan Fakultas Teknik dapat berjalan lebih tertib dan efektif.

Abstract

Pengelolaan surat masuk dan keluar di Fakultas Teknik Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang masih dilakukan secara manual menggunakan buku register dan pengarsipan fisik. Hal ini menyebabkan masalah seperti rentannya kesalahan pencatatan, kehilangan dokumen, keterlambatan informasi, serta ketidakefisienan dalam pencarian dan koordinasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun aplikasi mobile berbasis Android untuk mendigitalisasi proses tersebut menggunakan Flutter (frontend) dan Laravel (backend). Metode pengembangan sistem mengadopsi Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan empat tahap: perencanaan kebutuhan, desain sistem, pengembangan, dan implementasi. Hasilnya berupa aplikasi yang memfasilitasi pencatatan, penyimpanan, pelacakan surat secara real-time, disposisi digital, notifikasi otomatis, dan manajemen multi-role (admin, staf, wakil dekan, dekan). Pengujian Blackbox Testing mengonfirmasi fungsionalitas aplikasi sesuai kebutuhan, termasuk fitur login, manajemen surat, filter, dan pencarian. Aplikasi ini meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mengurangi ketergantungan proses manual, dan menyediakan akses fleksibel melalui perangkat mobile.

Abstract

Stunting pada masa balita yaitu suatu keadaan menjadi lebih pendek untuk usia seseorang. Hal ini menimbulkan suatu konsekuensi selama seumur hidup dalam bidang kesehatan, tetapi juga berdampak pada kualitas sumberdaya manusia dan bidang ekonomi. Stunting ini dikaitkan dengan perkembanganga IQ yang lebih rendah, Dosen dan Mahasiswa Fakultas Teknik dan Kesehatan Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangernag melalui Sosialisasi apliksi yang merupakan terobosan dalam pembuatan Aplikasi yang dapat merubah perilaku pengetahuan, sikap dan ketrampilan kader dalam meningkatkan status gizi balita. Sosialisasi Teknologi Digital Smart Care sebagai Upaya Pencegahan Stunting Pada Balita Di Desa Suka Asih, Kecamatan Pasarkemis  bertujuan untuk merubah perilaku pengetahuan, sikap dan ketrampilan kader dan ibu balita dalam meningkatkan status gizi. Selain itu mempermudah dalam penyimpanan data. Kelebihan teknologi ini adalah lebih mudah digunakan di masa sekarang, sedangkan kekuranganya membutuhkan kuota dalam pemakaian.

Abstract

As the present era progresses, information technology (IT) is expanding enormously. In the world of education, mainly primary and secondary school, some jobs carried out manually. SMK Avicena Rajeg is a place where the writer carried out practical work, still inputting data using Microsoft excel — analyzing the SPP payment information system in SMK Avicena Rajeg which is means for supporting TU staff performance. The method used by the writer includes interview method, observation method, literature method and Unified Modelling Language (UML) to describe a running model system and proposed system. With the production of an SPP payment information system analysis in the discussion that the writer described could be used as consideration in the process of developing student payment information systems. The writer suggested that the student tuition payment process should be computerized, as of the data that managed can be well-integrated, for example, by using the PHP programming language and MySQL database server.

Abstract

Analysis and Design of the decision-making system for the appointment of permanent employees is done at PT. Aerofood ACS. The problem with appointment of permanent employees is that the selection process for permanent employees is still long, it is difficult to determine which employees should be taken if the number of qualified employees is more than needed. This research is a system analysis conducted with the aim to provide analysis and design results making it easier for management to develop into web-based applications. the method conducted in this research is by communicating with management and employees, determining problems, the process of finding data, making plans about the research to be carried out, conducting analysis followed by making a design proposal given to management, the latter being the process of making reports . The conclusion from the research carried out can find out how the process of hiring non-permanent employees to become permanent employees, giving design proposals to the management in detail so that hopes can be developed into a web-based decision support system that has the goal so that the system uses the most suitable method.

Abstract

One of the hospital's external reporting systems is the inpatient morbidity report (RL 4a), at X Hospital it has not fully used computerization, currently inpatient morbidity reports are still being processed using Microsoft Excel which takes quite a long time and has an impact on monthly and even annual reporting . This study aims to create a planning framework to overcome the ongoing gloom at X Hospital by using Microsoft Visual Studio and Microsoft Access as information data storage using the RAD (Rapid Application Development) strategy. Descriptive qualitative research is the type of research used. The result of implementing the RAD method is to produce an inpatient morbidity information system and RL 4A reporting that makes it easier for officers to make reports, improves hospital quality and reduces delays in hospital external reporting.

Abstract

The hospital’s hospitalized patient food ordering service is an important component and process that is not separated from the patient’s healing process during the hospitalization treatment, which is to provide quality and fast food menu to achieve optimal nutrition status. Currently, the process of recording food orders and reporting data in the nutrition installation of Cengkareng Hospital is still done manually and not fully computerized, which has drawn criticism because it is considered slow in the process of managing food orders and reporting data. This research aimed to create an inpatient food ordering information system that could help medical staff and nutritionists in the food ordering process, increase time and energy efficiency, and provide accurate and real-time data reporting. This research method applied data collection methods through observation, interviews, and literature studies. The design method focuses on developing models using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) model such as Use case diagrams. Sequence Diagrams, Activity Diagrams and Class Diagrams.  In software development, the method used is the waterfall method. This system was built using PHP programming language with SM framework and PostgreSQL database and testing using the black box method.
