Abstract

In recent years, there has been an increase in the number of students and achievements in both academic and non-academic fields. This happens allegedly because the agency has made management changes by applying TQM. The purpose of this research was to investigate: 1) application of TQM, 2) quality of school service. This research used descriptive qualitative research approach. This research was conducted in MA Raudlatul Ulum Guyangan Pati. The subject of research as a responsible source was the head of the madrasah. While the research informants were teachers, students, guardians, board members and madrasah committee. Data collection techniques are participant observation, interview, and documentation. The validity checks of the research data were obtained by triangulation of sources and methods. While data analysis techniques used interactive model analysis that includes: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the research can be summarized as follows: (1) Quality management system when viewed from TQM elements which include: (a) focus on the customer; (b) improvement on quality; (c) teamwork cooperation; have implemented quality management. (2) Improving the quality of school services is made by drawing up a strategic plan embodied in a development plan that contains the vision, mission and objectives and strategic programs of the school as well as the clear division of tasks. Learners are well served to start the learning process in the classroom or outside the classroom. For instance, by praying dhuha prayer, five-time prayers, and extracurricular activities. Thus the quality of the madrasah service is satisfactory.

Abstract

Integrated guidance model between IQ, EQ and SQ are essential to produce the quality of next generation. Here, the author examines the Seminary of St. Vincent High School Blitar that has specificity in terms of an integrated development model of IQ, EQ and SQ. This study aims to gain a real picture of the integrated high school guidance model is based on stages of planning, organizing, implementation, and evaluation. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. Techniques used to conduct the data such as interviews, observation and documentation. Analysis and data management is done by: data reduction, data presentation and verification of data. To ensure validation of the data it uses triangulation, namely: triangulation of data sources. The results of this study addressed that: 1) Development planning has been carried out based assessment company needed guidance. 2) The organization has done well through the establishment of organizational structure and establishment of authority and responsibility. 3) The implementation has been done procedurally by stipulation curriculum and budget amounts 4) evaluation has been carried out with good effective evaluation of the level of reaction, the rate of learning, behavioral level, and the level of impact.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is: to describe the teacher's strategy in developing thematic learning media for students with special needs, slow learner; to describe the implementation of thematic learning models in slow learner students; to describe the implementation of thematic learning assessment in slow learner students. This study uses a case study qualitative approach. The source of the data is from the teacher who teaches the slow leaner students, while the data regarding the strategies used by the teacher was obtained from some information with interview techniques, observation and documentation studies. The validity of the data is by triangulation of data sources and methods. The results of this study are as follows: the teacher's strategy in compiling thematic learning media in slow learner students is the same as regular students namely referring to the 2013 Curriculum; the implementation of thematic learning models in slow learner students in principle is the same as regular students by applying various learning models but for slow learner students there is special assistance; and the assessment of thematic learning in slow learner students is the same as regular students covering aspects of attitudes, knowledge and skills.

Abstract

Terbangan sebagai musik pengiring nyanyian yang berisi tentang pujian kepada Nabi Muhammad Saw untuk mengingatkan dan memberikan nasihat yang baik kepada pelaku maupun penonton. Pertunjukan musik terbangan dikemas sesuai dengan aturan adat istiadat masyarakat Semende sehingga tercermin nilai-nilai budaya pada setiap aktivitas sebelum pertunjukan, pada saat pertunjukan dan setelah pertunjukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memahami nilai budaya yang terkandung dalam pertunjukan musik terbangan pada prosesi pernikahan adat tunggu tubang masyarakat Semende. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini metode kualitatif  dan pendekatan Antropologi Seni. Sumber data pada penelitian ini menggunakan sumber primer dan sekunder dengan teknik perngumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumen. Teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan yaitu triangulasi sumber sedangkan teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mereduksi data, penyajian data, dan memverifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai budaya tercermin dalam pertunjukan musik terbangan tercermin ketika manusia berhubungan dengan lima aspek yaitu tuhan, manusia, alam, kerja dan waktu sehingga menghasilkan nilai religi, tanggung jawab, gotong royong, solidaritas, nilai ekonomi dan nilai cinta budaya. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi masyarakat kedepannya.

Abstract

Keterlibatan seniman di dunia politik sebagai legislatif sejak era reformasi di Republik Indonesia kian marak. Keberadaan seniman dianggap representatif sebagai salah satu perwakilan dari masyarakat oleh partai politik, keterlibatan seniman dalam dunia politik peraktis terkadang menimbulkan berbagai pertanyaan tentang kesenimannya itu sendiri. ?Seni yang terlibat?dapat diartikan sebagai seni yang memiliki garis lurus yang tegas antara karya dan laku atau menciptakan  karya yang bertema politik, sedangkan kehidupan peraktis sehari-hari seniman justru apolitis. Jemek Supardi merupakan salah satu seniman yang banyak menciptakan karya-karya bertemakan politik namun tidak terjun dalam dunia politik praktis. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan studi pustaka, dokumen dan wawancara yang dipaparkan secara diskriptif. hasil yang didapat adalah sejak Indonesia memasuki era reformasi 1997 hingga saat ini, Jemek Supardi banyak menciptakan karya-karya yang bertemakan politik.Kata kunci : Jemek Supardi, Pantomim, Politik

Abstract

Magic Genjring is an art handed down from generation to generation in Randusanga Kulon Village, Brebes District, Brebes Regency. However, in 1968 this art experienced changes that could be considered very significant. So that researchers are very interested in analyzing the shape, structure of this musical art and find out the function of each instrument used. The method used in this research is qualitative descriptive, with an interdisciplinary approach to sociology and music science. While the data collection technique used observation, interviews, and document studies, the validity technique itself used triangulation, the data analysis technique is collecting the data from observations, interviews, and documentation, then it is reduced to sorting the data that supports the research until finally concluded. The results of the analysis of the shape of the musical structure are described as follows: the magic Genjring song consists of 4 motifs, 2 phrases (both question and answer sentences), the song starts from the 6th chord with Do = C, ie (am), with progress to the chord ii (dm). The beat or beat value uses ¾, then changes in the middle of the song to 4/4 in the 9th to 10th bar with percussion accent markers and changes 2/4 until returning to the initial sukat ¾. One of the factors that caused the change in shape, the structure of the music was due to the provision of extensive improvisation so that no patent standard. The results of this study are expected to become a serious concern, especially for senior artists, so that in the future it can be easier to reduce the next generation related to music because they already have a grip. Appreciation from related agencies and residents as art owners.

Abstract

Heo is a traditional musical instrument typical of the people of Timor, especially the Dawan Tribe, Insana District, East Nusa Tenggara, which is used as an accompaniment to dances, songs, and poems.One of the studio that still maintains this instrument specifically in its composition and function is the Feotnai Insana Studio. This study examines and analyzes the composition of the Heo musical instrument in Sanggar Feotnai Insana and its functions in society. The method used in this research is qualitative method. The technique of collecting data using observation, interview, document study techniques. The data validity technique uses triangulation methods / techniques. Data analysis techniques use the theory of music composition and the function of music in society. The results of this study obtained facts in the composition of the heo musical instrument playing: Allegretto Tempo: 106 bpm, the time signature using a 2/4 beat,the rhythmplayed using a Tamburwith a Timorese rhyme, the melody played by the Heo and Fekoo and harmony played by the Leko Boko by using the C chord. The benefits of this study can expand the reader's perspective on the traditional music of the Dawan Tribe, Heo and provide information about the composition of the Heo musical instrument in the community which also supports Heo's existence.

Abstract

Penelitian pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan instrumen penilaian psikomotor IPA berbasis kompetensi yang valid, reliabel dan praktis. Instrumen penilaian diujicobakan pada siswa kelas V SD tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 dengan melibatkan 5 guru sebagai sampel penilai. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain eksperimental. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling, terpilih SDN 2 Windusari sebagai kelas eksperimen, SDN 1 Windusari sebagai kelas kontrol. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi, observasi, dan angket. Analisis data bersifat kuantitatif untuk mengetahui efektivitas model secara empirik dengan menggunakan analisis multivariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prosedur pengembangan model di SD mampu menghasilkan instrumen penilaian yang valid, riliabel dan praktis dengan skor rerata masing-masing sebesar 3,7 (valid); 3,7 (reliabel) dan 3,7 (praktis). Koefesien ? inter rater hasil penilaian terhadap keefektifan instrumen sebesar 0,75, sehingga memenuhi syarat reliabel; tingkat keterlaksanaan model memiliki konsistensi yang tinggi, terbukti  percentage of egreement mencapai 84,85%; dan ditemukan adanya perbedaan prestasi antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Olah data uji banding dua sampel T-test didapat angka sig = 0,938 = 93,8%. Hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa instrumen PAP-IPA materi tumbuhan hijau berbasis kompetensi layak dan dapat meningkatkan penguasaan kompetensi psikomotor. Pada penerapan, seluruh instrumen valid, reliabel, dan praktis. This study aims to produce a psychomotor assessment instrument competency-based valid, reliable and practical. This study used an experimental design. Sampling using random cluster sampling, SDN 2 Windusari as an experimental class, SDN 1 Windusari as the control class. Methods of data collection using the methods of documentation, observation, and questionnaires. Analysis of quantitative data to determine the effectiveness of the model empirically by using MANOVA one lane. The results showed that the model development procedure in SD is able to produce a valid assessment instruments and riliabel, with a mean score of 3.7 each (valid); 3.7 (reliable). ? coefficient of inter-rater assessment of the effectiveness of the instruments of 0.75, making it eligible reliably; keterlaksanaan level model has a high consistency, proven percentage of egreement reached 84.85%; and achievement differences were found between the experimental class and control class. If the comparative test data two samples T-test figures obtained sig = 0.938 = 93.8%. Comparative tests obtained sig = 0,000 t = 0. Based on the findings, it was concluded that the IPA instrument PAP-green plant material competency-based approach to conservation-minded SEA feasible and may improve psychomotor competency mastery. At implementation, the entire instrument is valid, reliable, and practical.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development dengan tujuan untuk memotret penilaian pembelajaran yang sudah ada, mengembangkan instrumen penilaian pembelajaran dan menguji validitas, reliabilitas serta kepraktisan produk. Pengembangan instrumen mengacu pada model Sugiyono. Instrumen ini dirancang untuk mengukur kinerja siswa dan instrumen dibuat dalam bentuk aplikasi Android. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan metode tes kinerja, dokumentasi, observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Analisis data pada produk awal divalidasi oleh pakar untuk mendapatkan validitas isi. Selanjutnya, instrumen diujicobakan secara terbatas kepada peserta didik di SMP Negeri 2 Purwokerto dan diujicoba skala luas di SMP Negeri 3 Purwokerto dan SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Purwokerto. Hasil ujicoba instrument kemampuan bernyanyi diukur validitas dengan rumus formula aiken’s V. Sedangkan uji reliabilitas menggunakan rumus ICC. Pada instrument penilaian kinerja kemampuan bernyanyi yang diukur adalah validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan instrument penilaian kinerja kemampuan bernyanyi yang dikembangkan valid, reliabel, praktis dan efektif. This study uses the approach of Research and Development for the purpose of photographing existing learning assessment, learning and developing assessment instruments to test the validity, reliability and practicality of the product. Instrument development refers Sugiyono models. This instrument is designed to measure the performance of students and instruments made in the form of Android applications. Data collection techniques with test method performance, documentation, observation, interviews, and questionnaires. Analysis of the data on the initial products validated by an expert to get the content validity. Furthermore, the instruments tested on a limited basis to students at SMP Negeri 2 Purwokerto and tested a wide scale SMP Negeri 3 Purwokerto and SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Purwokerto. Results of testing instrument validity singing abilities measured by the formula aiken's V. While the reliability test using the formula ICC. In the performance assessment instrument that measured the ability to sing is the validity and reliability. The measurement results show the performance assessment instrument developed the ability to sing valid, reliable, practical and effective.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis model faktual pelatihan TIK,  merancang modelkonseptual manajemen pelatihan T2AD(Teacher Team Achievement Division) untuk meningkatkankompetensi, mengetahui keefektifan model final manajemen pelatihan. Metode penelitian inimenggunakan pendekatanResearch and Development (R&D) dengan teknik pengumpulan datasecara wawancara, angket, dokumentasi, dan tes. Uji coba model pelatihan menggunakanOneGroup Pretest-Posttest Design. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisiskualitatif dan kuantitatif. Teknik analisis kuantitatif dengan deskripsi kuantitatif untuk mengetahui kualitas pelaksanaan pelatihan dan untuk mengetahui keefektifan model dengananalisis statistik kuantitatif.
