Abstract

Abstract Social skills are crucial for early childhood development, especially for children with ASD. Success in improving social skills in children with special needs depends heavily on the learning system implemented. Based on observations, Fun & Play Inclusive Kindergarten Semarang implements an individual learning program utilizing realia media to develop the social skills of children with special needs. This study aims to determine how the use of realia media in an individual learning program can support social skills in early childhood with autism. This study used a qualitative research study with a descriptive qualitative approach. The results showed that the use of realia media is adjusted to the severity of autism, ranging from mild, moderate, to severe, where each level has different social skill abilities. The success of this learning method is influenced by several factors such as the suitability of the media to the learning objectives, teacher competence, the child's physical and emotional condition, cooperation between parents and teachers, and the appropriate implementation of special dietary patterns for children. It is hoped that this research will further enrich teachers' knowledge in the world of inclusive education and improve their readiness to become an inclusive school that can open opportunities for anyone to receive adequate educational services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh permainan pesan berantai terhadap kemampuan bahasa reseptif anak usia 4-5 tahun di TK Islam Sultan Agung 02 Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode Quasi Experimental design dalam bentuk nonequiivalent control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anak didik kelompok A TK Islam Sultan Agung 02 Semarang. Yaitu kelompok A1 yang terdiri 13 anak dan Kelompok A3 yang terdiri 13 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi dan dokumentasi. Penggunaan metode permainan pesan berantai memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dalam meninkakan kemapuan bahaa reepif anak kelas A TK Islam Sultan Agung 02 Semarang. Hasil analisis uji normalitas menunjukkan data berdistribusi normal dengan nilai Sig. (2-tiled) 0.200 > 0.05, dan uji homogenitas menunjukkan data bersifat homogen dengan nilai Sig. 0.955 > 0.05 . Hasil uji t terhadap data awal dan data akhir dengan nilai Sig. (2-Tiled) 0.005 < 0.05 yang artinya bahwa H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima, dengan demikian terdapat pengaruh metode bermain pesan berantai terhadap kemampuan bahasa reseptif anak.

Abstract

Peningkatan mutu pendidikan anak usia dini menuntut guru mampu mengembangkan karakter serta keterampilan berpikir kritis sejak usia dini. Urgensi penelitian ini didasarkan pada pentingnya penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka, yang mengedepankan pembelajaran berbasis proyek (Project-Based Learning) melalui Proyek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5). Karena pelaksanaan P5 di PAUD masih dalam tahap awal, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi empiris mengenai praktik implementasinya di lapangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan pelaksanaan kegiatan P5 pada dimensi bernalar kritis untuk anak usia 5–6 tahun melalui proyek daur ulang sampah di RA Al-Maskuri Kayen, Pati. Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif digunakan dengan melibatkan 15 anak, 2 guru, dan 1 lembaga pendidikan. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan P5 berbasis daur ulang mampu meningkatkan kemampuan anak dalam mengajukan pertanyaan, mengenali masalah, dan mengemukakan alasan atas keputusan mereka. Guru juga mulai mampu mengintegrasikan konsep bernalar kritis melalui pendekatan yang kontekstual dan partisipatif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar guru mengikuti pelatihan lanjutan guna memaksimalkan penerapan P5 dalam pembelajaran PAUD.

Abstract

Teaching and learning activities are carried out through teacher guidance. The results of observations made that in the learning process the teacher has applied various teaching variations in order to achieve learning objectives. In carrying out a learning process, teaching variations are applied evenly. However, there are some whose implementation in the learning process is still not optimal so that there needs to be mastery or improvement in its implementation. In other cases, there are still some teachers who focus too much on learning to read, write and count, so that children's intelligence and creativity are not optimally honed. The research method used in this study is the experimental research method. The research design used is a pre-experimental research design. The results of data processing obtained during the study showed an increase in children's visual spatial abilities and creativity. In the data normality test, it is stated that it is normally distributed if the significance value is 0.05. The results of the data normality test from the variables of visual spatial ability and creativity show that the data is normally distributed with a Sig. value. Visual spatial ability 0.200 0.05, and a Sig. value. creativity 0.076 0.05. In the homogeneity test, the data is stated to be homogeneous if the significance value is 0.05. The homogeneity test of the variables of children's visual spatial ability and creativity also shows that the data is homogeneous, with a Sig. value of visual spatial ability of 0.556 0.05 and a Sig. value of children's creativity of 0.625 0.05.

Abstract

In the Argomulyo Salatiga subdistrict, early childhood education teachers in particular do not yet have the ability to design holistic integrative early childhood education programs and are not yet able to teach about health, nutrition, parenting, care, protection, and welfare for children in early childhood education units. Teachers' knowledge of holistic integrative early childhood education is very important for producing high-quality children. The solution offered is training and assistance in developing a holistic integrative PAUD program, as well as implementing education, health, nutrition, parenting, care, protection, and welfare for children in PAUD units. It is hoped that with holistic integrative PAUD training, teachers at the Argomulyo District PAUD Post will find it easier to design holistic integrative PAUD in their educational units. The Holistic Integrative PAUD training was conducted twice, both offline and online. The results of the Holistic Integrative PAUD program activities were continued and developed with more creative and interesting activities, which were part of a planned and documented cooperation system involving all elements of Holistic Integrative PAUD, namely education, health, nutrition, childcare, protection, and child welfare.

Abstract

Global changes in education demand learning strategies that can develop 21st-century skills, making the deep learning approach increasingly relevant in fostering conceptual understanding and meaningful learning experiences. This study compares the implementation of deep learning in early childhood education at PG-TK Semesta International School, Indonesia, and Satit Phatna Witya School, Southern Thailand, to identify similarities, differences, and factors influencing their success. The study employed a descriptive qualitative method with a comparative study design, utilizing observation, interviews, and documentation, which was then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results show that both schools apply deep learning principles with different approaches: PG-TK Semesta emphasizes learning by doing through projects and environmental exploration, while Satit Phatna Witya integrates cultural values ​​and utilizes technology in its learning process. Supporting factors include the role of teachers as facilitators, a conducive learning environment, technological support, and a positive school culture. Meanwhile, the barriers include variations in children's abilities, limited teacher understanding, language differences, and unequal learning resources. This research demonstrates that the success of deep learning is determined by teacher readiness, environmental support, and contextual learning strategies. This research also helps advance the use of adaptable deep learning methods in early childhood education.
