Abstract

Net shots in a match play a very important role because they can make it difficult for the opponent to take the shuttlecock properly if they hit the net correctly. In netting, the coordination of the eyes and hands plays a very important role when the opponent's ball comes towards the front, the hand starts the stance to hit the shuttlecock slowly and in a straight or crossed direction, either to the right or left. This study aims to determine the relationship between eye-hand coordination and netting shots. This research is quantitative research with correlational techniques. The research sample consisted of 30 respondents who were assisted by PB Tamasya OKU. Sampling used the total sampling method. Data collection used the tennis ball throwing and catching test as an instrument to test hand-eye coordination and the netting test as an instrument to test netting hitting ability. Data analysis was carried out univariately and bivariately with the Chi Square test at a confidence level of 95% with a significance value of p value ≤ 0.005, then Ha was accepted and p value > 0.005, then Ha was rejected. The results of the statistical test between the independent variable and the dependent variable obtained a significant value (p value) of 0.000, which shows that there is a relationship between eye and hand coordination and netting strokes in PB Tamasya OKU's coaching staff..

Abstract

This research aims to develop a valid and practical application for physical condition tests in volleyball. Research refers to the Borg and Gall development model which consists of ten stages: potential and problem, data collection, product design, product validation, product revision, product trial, product revision, product usage trial, product revision, and ends with mass production. Data was collected using validation sheets and questionnaires. This physical condition test app has been validated by experts with 4.20 in the highly valid category. Product trials showed a practicality level of 3.40 very good categories, then product usage tests showed practical results of 3.79 in category very good. The results showed that the use of physical condition test applications that have been developed is practically used to facilitate the collection and storage of physical condition test result data. Users are advised to use a physical condition test application when performing the test to get accurate test results.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the creativity of sports and health physical education teachers in dealing with online learning in physical education subjects (PJOK). Creativity is needed in doing something like the learning process, in the learning process creativity is needed, a teacher who does not have creativity in teaching is unlikely to create creative and innovative students during the learning process. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive with percentage data and the method used is a survey method. The population of this study were all teachers of PJOK of State Junior High Schools in North Inderalaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency. Researchers took other subject teachers, principals and PJOK teachers with a total of 97 samples. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used is statistical analysis of percentages in the form of frequency tables and histograms. Based on the research results obtained from the creativity of PJOK teachers in dealing with online learning, it is known that the percentage of PJOK teachers' creativity is 90,0% and for online learning 90,1% For the overall indicator of 90,2 %, the result means that it is included in the good category for the criteria for the percentage of teacher creativity in dealing with online learning.

Abstract

This research is preliminary research to develop a tool that measures the agility ability of an athlete or student automatically and modern using a sensor system and application-based. This study is a survey research using unstructured questionnaires. Five statements have been prepared to find out how much the a need for the development of agility test instruments. The survey results show that most respondents have difficulty in using traditional measurement instruments, only a small percentage of respondents report using these instruments. All respondents involved in this survey agreed that agility test instruments can be developed and modernized from manual measuring instruments to fully automated measuring instruments. The results of this research will be used as a consideration for the development of an effective and easy-to-use scientific agility test instrument. Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Model Pembelajaran Multimedia Beladiri Pencak Silat Berbasis Video Pada Anak Tunarungu Di Sekolah Luar Biasa Pembina. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran multimedia beladiri pencak silat berbasis video pada anak tunarungu kelas VII Sekolah Luar Biasa Pembina Palembang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan desktitif kuantitatif. dan menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) atau Pengembangan menggunakan Model ADDIE. Penelitian ini menggunakan anak tunarungu kelas VII Sekolah Luar Biasa Pembina Palembang yang berjumlah 32 orang siswa. Uji coba skala kecil dilakukan terhadap siswa tunarungu kelas VII yang berjumlah 10 orang dan 22 orang untuk uji kelompok besar. Instrumen pada penelitian yaitu pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar validasi, lembar kuisioner dan hasil belajar siswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan deksritif kualitatif dan statistic deskriptif. Produk penelitian yang menghasilkan berupa model pembelajaran multimedia beladiri pencak silat berbasis video. Berdasarkan penilaian para ahli materi, ahli media dan tanggapan siswa dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran ini layak dan efektif untuk digunakan. Hasil analisis data uji coba lapangan didapatkan persentase pilihan jawaban yang sesuai hasil penelitian skala kecil yaitu 94% (Sangat Baik) dan hasil penelitian skala besar yaitu 94% (Sangat Baik), hasil dari penilaian guru pada aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotor uji coba skala kecil dan uji coba skala besar hasil rata-ratanya baik. Implementasi dari peneltian ini bahwa saja model pembelajaran multimedia beladiri pencak silat berbasis video pada anak tunarungu dapat digunakan untuk pembelajaran beladiri pencak silat pada mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga dan Kesehatan. Keterbatasan penelitian ini adalah sampel yang digunakan hanya terbatas pada siswa berkebutuhan khusus yaitu siswa tunarungu dan peneliti keterbatasan untuk berkomunikasi pada siswa berkebutuhan khusus (tunarungu). Kata Kunci : Multimedia Pembelajaran, Video Pembelajaran, Beladiri Pencak Silat.

Abstract

Education is the most basic thing to build someone’s character because the aim of education is changing someone towards a better way. Education is a continuous and never-ending process so that it will produce sustainable quality, which the aimed is to build a person character in the future. Learning basketball is not only helpful to improve physical skills, such as; hand-eye coordination, physical endurance, and dexterity, but also teaching the important values, such as; cooperation, communication, and discipline. It can involve strategy, analysis, and mathematical understanding. As technology advances, the integration of technology and mathematics in learning process becomes really important. This research was conducted by applying technology and mathematic-based design to learn PJOK basketball materials at Elementary School number 81 Palembang. This research used an Equivalent Time Series Samples Design which is measured using skill tests and Formative Class Evaluation (FCE) questionnaires at the end of learning. The sample was 32 students at fifth graders at the Elementary School number 81 Palembang. The results obtained by the learning design show the poor category. The Formative Class Evaluation (FCE) questionnaire shows the result with a good component category, the willingness component is in the good category, the method component is in the medium category and the cooperation component is in the medium category.

Abstract

Education is a person's effort to develop their personality in accordance with the values of society and culture. In learning pencak silat, students will be taught basic movements, self-defense techniques, and the art of pencak silat. To help develop themselves better, students must keep up with the times so that they have more freedom to develop themselves. In the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) learning model with an educational approach that combines science, technology, engineering and mathematics in an integrated learning environment. STEM learning is very good if applied to PJOK learning, especially in pencak silat material. This research was conducted to apply teaching materials designed on a STEM basis in PJOK subjects with pencak silat material at SMP Negeri 19 Palembang. This research is an experimental study of The Equivalent Time Series Sample during 4 weeks of meetings which was measured using LKPD (Learner Worksheets) and FCE (Formative Class Evaluation) questionnaires. The samples used were students in class 7.11 at SMP Negeri 19 Palembang, totaling 30 students. The results of the research carried out were: 1) LKPD showed results in the poor category. 2) The FCE questionnaire shows results in the medium category. So it can be concluded that there is a difference between learning pencak silat using STEM and not using STEM.

Abstract

This study aims to develop animated video-based learning media using the Canva application on volleyball passing material for Junior High School students. The development of this media is expected to facilitate a more effective, interactive, and interesting learning process for students. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The development results show that this animated video media meets the criteria of validity, effectiveness, and applicability based on the assessment of material experts, media experts, and trials to students. The trial shows an increase in students' understanding of volleyball passing techniques, which is reflected in the improvement of students' learning outcomes after using the learning media. In addition, the use of Canva as an animation video creation platform proved to be efficient in producing creative and accessible media. In conclusion, this Canva-based animated video learning media is effective in improving students' understanding of volleyball passing material. This media can be implemented in the PE learning process at school and is recommended to be further developed in other sports materials

Abstract

This study aims to produce volleyball learning media products through animated videos at Junior Hight School 3 Palembang so that students are not bored in the learning process. This research uses research and development method. The subjects in this study amounted to 90 large-scale trial students and 30 small-scale trial students. The product produced in this study is a learning application, namely “Video animation of volleyball learning”. The results of this study regarding the feasibility of products assessed by material experts received a percentage score of 87% at stage 1 validation and 94% at stage 2 with a feasible category. Then validation by media experts obtained a percentage score of 93% at stage 1 validation and 95% at stage 2 with a decent category.  At the small-scale trial stage the product received an assessment of 87.6% categorized as “Feasible” and at the small-scale trial stage the product received an assessment of 97.4% and categorized as “Feasible”. Based on the validation and trial of the product “Video animation of volleyball learning”. shows that it is feasible to use in learning and suitable for students. This animated video also helps teachers in delivering material easily and fun so that students are interested in participating in learning.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the feasibility and practicality of the learning media being developed. This type of research is research and development (R&D). The development procedure includes needs analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The material expert validation results were 87% with a very valid category. The validation results from media experts were 89% with a very valid category. The test results for small-group students were 89.16% in the convenient category. The test results for the large group of students were 95.04% in the convenient category. The effectiveness test saw an increase in learning outcomes from 67.11% to 87.33%, which means that after using animated video learning media based on the Canva application, there was an increase of 20.22% in the very effective category. Animated video learning media based on the Canva application is proven by increasing student learning outcomes based on pretest and posttest evaluation data. In conclusion, the animated video learning media based on the Canva application in high school is said to be very valid, as seen from the research results by getting a percentage of 87.27% of material validators in the valid category and 89% of media validators in the very valid category.
