Abstract

The purpose of this research is to create and build a technology application that assesses the results of a special physical fitness test for tonnis. This research uses the ADDIE development method which starts at the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation stages. The subjects of this study were students of SDN 1 Kayuagung grade 6 at the age of 11-12 years, totaling 30 students. This research was validated by 3 experts, the first material expert to validate the instrument and norms whether it is in accordance with the results of 88%, the second media expert to validate the calculation whether it is appropriate by 85% and the third linguist to validate whether it is in accordance with standard spelling by 92% using a questionnaire of various questions. Of the three validations there is an average of 88%, the application of measuring the results of the physical fitness test of storing and managing test results is feasible to use. However, from the statistical test results of the trial with a normality test of 0.200 > 0.05 homogeneity test of Sig. 0.793 > 0.05 and independent sample t test of 0.379 > 0.05. From the results of the study it can be concluded that it is valid, practical, and effective. and can be used as a storage medium, managing student fitness test results both at school and in extracurricular school forms.

Abstract

This researcher wants to examine whether petanque athletes have the motivation to continue developing and increasing potential at the upcoming porprov XV in 2025. Because at the 2023 porprov event several districts and athletes who contributed participated, and the development of pentanque sports was not optimal. This study aims to examine whether there is motivation for petanque athletes after porprov XIV Year 2023. This study uses quantitative descriptive research with data collection methods. The population used was 88 petanque athletes. The sample in this study were 40 petanque athletes. Implementation and data collection using non-test technique methods in the form of questionnaires / surveys. The results of this study petanque athletes have high motivation, this refers to intrinsic motivation, namely encouragement from within athletes based on indicators of need, pleasure, and interest, which is 97.5%, while extrinsic motivation scores 87.5% which shows on a high category scale. with 39 athletes. Based on the data from the results of the analysis above, it can be concluded that the motivation of South Sumatra petanque athletes after porprov XIV Year 2023 is included in the high category, this refers to intrinsic motivation, namely encouragement from within athletes based on indicators of need, pleasure, and interest.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of a combination of dumbbell wrist curl exercises and maryland 5 spot shooting drill on the 3 point shooting results of basketball extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 1 Palembang and the magnitude of the influence. This study used a pre-experimental research design with a one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were all 25 basketball extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 1 Palembang. The sampling technique in this study was total sampling or saturated sampling so that the sample used was 25 people. The implementation of the research is the form of physical exercise was carried out 16 times within a period of one month. The data analysis technique using the t test for two dependent samples (paired samples) gives the result that is t count = -8.497 > t table = -2.064 and the value is ????????????. (2 − ????????????????????????) = 0.0000 < ???? = 0.05 then Ho is rejected thus giving the conclusion that there is an influence of a combination of dumbbell wrist curls and maryland 5 spot shooting drill on the 3 point shooting results of basketball extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 1 Palembang. The influence of the combination of dumbbell wrist curl and Maryland 5 spot shooting drill on the 3 point shooting results of basketball extracurricular students at Palembang 1 Public High School was 0.2827 in the moderate category.

Abstract

This research aims to produce web-based sepak takraw learning media as a learning resource for Physical Education and Physical Education students at FKIP Sriwijaya University. The type of research used is research and development (R&D). The population in this research were all students in the third semester of Physical Education, FKIP, Sriwijaya University. The sample for the small-scale test in this study was twenty-three third semester physical education students. The large-scale trial consisted of sixty-five third semester Physical Education students. The instruments in this research are data collection using validation sheets, questionnaires, and student learning outcomes tests. Data analysis techniques include validity, practicality analysis and effectiveness analysis. Based on the research results obtained from this research, the sepak takraw learning media is said to be very valid, seen from the validation results for the average score for all aspects of the assessment of 4.45 in the very valid category. From the student response questionnaire, this learning media was said to be practical to use by getting a practicality score of 3.81 in the very positive category. Based on the results of student learning tests, the web-based sepak takraw learning media, namely as a learning resource for Physical Education and Physical Education students, FKIP, Sriwijaya University, is said to be effective to use. The test results from the learning outcomes obtained 90.9% completeness which is included in the high category. The conclusion of the research is that the web-based sepak takraw learning media for Physical Education and Physical Education students at FKIP Sriwijaya University is stated to be very valid, in its use this media is also said to be practical in the positive category and this media is also effective for use as a support for learning process activities because it is in the high category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a product in the form of an application that can measure the results of physical fitness tests in creative gymnastics. The result of this study is a media product in the form of an application. A total of 30 students, aged 14-15 years, were the subjects of this study. This study was validated by three experts. The first is the media expert, namely the IT specialist of the Physical Education programme (85%), the material expert, namely the teacher of the State Junior High School 4 Palembang (88%), and the language expert, namely the secretary of the Indonesian Language Education programme (84%), using a questionnaire with various questions. From the three experts there is an average (86%). The application of measuring the results of physical fitness test of gymnastics creation is a media tool to measure several test components that are feasible to use. Based on the statistical test results of the study with a test of normality of 0.089, and a test of homogeneity of 1,000 and a test of independent samples of 1,000. It can be concluded that the measurement of the results of the application-based creation gymnastics physical fitness test developed and tested for validity and effectiveness can be used in teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

This recearch employed a collaborative approach between the researcher and the teacher through the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method. The research was carried out over four face-to-face meetings, divided into two cycles, with each cycle consisting of two sessions. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent to which the implementation of the throw-and-catch ball method in volleyball learning could improve the overhead passing skills of students in Junior High School 13 Palembang. The subjects of this study were 10 students from Junior High School 13 Palembang. Data collection was conducted using observation sheets. The results of the study showed an improvement in overhead passing skills in volleyball through the application of the throw-and-catch ball method. Based on descriptive qualitative data analysis, the average student score in Cycle I was 22, which increased to 30 in Cycle II, indicating progress. The learning mastery level also improved from 63% in Cycle I to 85% in Cycle II, showing an increase of 22%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis minat dan bakat dalam olahraga bola basket pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Batu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode survei untuk mengumpulkan data. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari 216 siswa, dan sampel yang diambil berjumlah 36 siswa dengan kriteria laki-laki dan perempuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 89% siswa menunjukkan minat yang baik terhadap olahraga bola basket. Tes fisik yang dilakukan meliputi tes sprint 20 meter, Illinois agility run test, push-up, dan vertical jump. Hasil tes bakat melalui tes fisik menunjukkan 40% siswa laki-laki, yaitu 5 dari 14 siswa, yang memiliki bakat dalam olahraga bola basket, sehingga dapat dikategorikan bahwa siswa laki-laki kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Batu menunjukkan bakat yang lemah dalam olahraga bola basket. Sementara itu, 36% siswa perempuan, yaitu 9 dari 22 siswa, yang memiliki bakat dalam olahraga bola basket, sehingga juga dapat dikategorikan memiliki bakat yang lemah pada siswa perempuan kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Tanjung Batu.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi guru dalam meningkatkan minat olahraga siswa melalui penerapan permainan tradisional "Bentengan" dan "Cabut." Permainan tradisional dipilih sebagai media pembelajaran karena sifatnya yang interaktif, menyenangkan, serta mampu mendorong keterlibatan siswa secara aktif. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan permainan tradisional dapat meningkatkan minat olahraga siswa.Guru berperan penting dalam merancang kegiatan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa, memberikan motivasi, serta menciptakan suasana belajar yang mendukung. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar permainan tradisional dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam kurikulum pendidikan jasmani untuk menjaga budaya lokal sekaligus meningkatkan partisipasi siswa dalam olahraga.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kepercayaan diri peserta didik di SMA ‘Aisyiyah 01 Palembang. Kepercayaan diri merupakan aspek penting dalam pendidikan yang berperan dalam mempengaruhi prestasi belajar, hubungan sosial, dan pengambilan keputusan siswa. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah survei dengan instrumen skala kepercayaan diri, yang diadaptasi dari teori yang dikembangkan oleh Lauster, melibatkan 50 peserta didik kelas X. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 48% peserta didik memiliki tingkat kepercayaan diri tinggi, sedangkan 48% lainnya berada pada kategori sedang, dan 4% berada di kategori rendah. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa secara umum, peserta didik telah memiliki kepercayaan diri yang baik, meskipun masih ada kelompok yang perlu ditingkatkan. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran yang jelas mengenai pentingnya mengembangkan kepercayaan diri dalam konteks pendidikan, serta perlunya dukungan lingkungan yang positif baik dari keluarga maupun sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to apply STEM-based teaching materials to learn Physical Education in Junior High School basketball material. This study uses a development research approach, the ADDIE model. The results showed that STEM-based teaching materials in junior high school basketball materials have been assessed as feasible to apply to students based on expert assessment. In the first validity test, the score obtained was 90%, with a very feasible category with some improvements. In the second validity test, the product scored 93% with a very feasible category without improvement, and in the third validity test, the score obtained was 97% with a very feasible category. At the implementation stage, STEM-based teaching materials proved effective when applied to basketball learning. This can be seen from the increase in the average value of student learning outcomes, with a pretest value of 72.52 which increased to 78.17 on the post-test, with a tcount of 8.982> ttable 1.675 at α = 0.05. So, it can be concluded that STEM-based teaching materials on basketball material at the Junior High School level are valid, applicable, effective, and feasible to use.
